- palpinzon (9/5): Muy buen lugar para familias - El lugar es excelente si la idea es disfrutar de los servicios que tiene el hotel: piscinas, caminatas en entorno natural, juegos para niños. Se requiere tener automóvil o cómo movilizarse al quedar en una zona alejada. Muy recomendable para familias A veces puede ser ruidoso cuando estan desarrollando eventos o actividades lúdicas para grupos en las instalaciones del hotel. Puede haber mucho ruido de personas asistentes, música etc.

- Caro Granada (7/5): Buena - La piscina privada, las opciones de entretenimiento tirolina, bicis acuáticas (aquí los empleados espectaculares cuidadosos y amables) y toboganes divertidos, el chef de el restaurante bar de afuera excelente comida y variedad, la bolera una opción más. Los toboganes los abren muy tarde 11 am, el desayuno es muy básico no hay relación precio calidad aquí porque la noche por persona costó TA 200.000 y el desayuno no hay variedad es muy básico y lastimosamente las niñas de ese restaurante no son muy amables

(7/5): - La tranquilidad de sus instalaciones y la privacidad de la Zona Humeda De acuerdo a la relacion Precio - Servicio, con respecto al costo del alojamiento recomendaria un servicio de restaurante bar para los huespedes solamente y que cuente con servicio de atencion al huesped con cargo a la habitacion, ya que hasta para comprar mecato o bebidas habia que desplazarse una buena distancia desde la piscina y se contaban con largas filas por el tema de los pasadias.

- Céline (9/5): Amazing hotel, great to stay with kids in beautiful area of Colombia - We LOVED our stay at this hotel. We travelled in December with 2 small kids and we didn’t know in advance that the hotel had a whole Christmas village in dinosaur theme set up with beautiful lights everywhere and a massive play area with ball pit to play. It was magical, our kids still talk about it ! For the rest it’s located in a beautiful green area, rooms were spacious and big, lots of playgrounds and water areas for the kids. It was fantastic and we would definitely come back! The quality of the breakfast is okayish, good portion size and still acceptable but quality could be a bit better.

The room was the most disgusting and disturbing room I have stayed in and I have traveled a lot. Everything was dusty the sheets were dirty there were animals every where. Es un club de una caja de compensación familiar y por lo tanto sus instalaciones son muy amplias. El desayuno es muy limitado y no te permite muchas opciones, la atención por parte del personal fué buena, pero tambien limitada.

- Angela (5/5): Muy regular, con ese precio podria haber ido a una mejor experiencia - Que contaban con camas y muebleria moderna, igual que TV El servicio de las personas, el desayuno, en general la alimentación, lo que se ve en la pagina web no concuerda con lo que es el hotel, sobre todo las atracciones de los niños, las piscinas heladas, los salvavidas y ayudantes de piscina de toboganes, sentados mirando el celular, la piscina de los toboganes muy pandita, casi hau dos accidentes en una hora que estuve. Mi hijo se enfermó y ningun personaje de recepción supo decirme si existia opcón de drogeria a domicilio, salí y a un km habia droguerias y si ofrecian domicilios.

Las piscinas y demás instalaciones son muy completas y están a disposición de los huéspedes del hotel. La comida podría ser mejor y más diferenciada para los huéspedes del hotel, dado el precio del alojamiento. Vimos algunas cucarachas en la sala de ingreso al hotel, no dan buena impresión, aunque la habitación en general estaba limpia.

No tienen espacios de parqueadero exclusivo para huespedes del hotel, como realizan actividades recreativas de la caja de compensación en varias oportunidad tuvimos que dejar el carro en el parqueadero más alejado del hotel porque estaba todo ocupado. El personal no es muy amable, en varias ocasiones no respondían el saludo. El desayuno estuvo regular.

Es un lugar ideal para ir en familia en navidad, el alumbrado y las actividades fueron super chéveres lástima que no estuvieran todos los días aún estando en temporada alta. Las piscinas son muy limpias y bonitas, hay mucho espacio para los niños por eso es muy bueno para ir en familia. Lo recomiendo mucho pues la relación costo beneficio es muy buena. El desayuno es muy regular, tiene mucho por mejorar así como la alimentación del lugar pues en el restaurante principal no es rica la comida y en el restaurante de la entrada aunque es muy rica la comida es muy costosa. En el día de alumbrado dejaron llenar el parqueadero de personas que no estaban hospedadas en el hotel y tuve que dejar el carro en la bolera eso no me gustó...

Está a 10-15 minutos del aeropuerto Todo ok, sin embargo el desayuno puede mejorar. El restaurante es muy limitado y las opciones son pocas, la comida puede mejorar.

- Heimberger (9/5): Superb - The staff was very helpful and accommodating, particularly with my late night arrival. The included hot breakfast was delicious. The hotel is located in a huge outdoor recreational complex with numerous large pools for adults and kids, tennis and padel courts, soccer fields, playgrounds, etc. all included! The rooms look to have been recently modernized. Very clean. Plenty of electrical outlets around. It's not a new facility, if that's what you're looking for, but that was not something that bothered me.

- Christopher (4/5): Extremely overpriced for the quality of stay. - The breakfast was pretty good, though the process of waiting in line at reception to get a breakfast voucher to then wait in another line in the cafeteria was not streamlined at all. The shower had ample hot water. The A/C worked perfectly. The staff was extremely slow and apathetic in most interactions (check in and check out). Throughout most hours of the day, other guests and their children were running the halls and screaming. The staff said nothing to the families, and we had to complain to the other guests ourselves. The toilet in the bathroom could hardly flush (had to hold the button down and hard for about 20-30 seconds to get it to flush). The hotel is located within a sort of shopping/recreation area that is behind a gate. The people at the gate have to let you in each time, and you are expected to wait in line with every shopper just to park anywhere near the hotel. We stayed during the first few days of 2025 so there were celebrations immediately in front of the (small) hotel. These celebrations included a DJ screaming into a mic and fireworks until after 10pm. The whole area is only accessible via a highway with an extremely long median. If you want to go to the only pharmacy or restaurant in the area, you have to detour for about 5-7 minutes in the opposite direction to make a u-turn back to the pharmacy. This U-turn is necessary every time you return to the hotel from Armenia (or basically any touristy part of the coffee region)

- Nicolas (10/5): Felicidades a Barranqueros hotel - La verdad fue una experiencia muy acogedora, muy buen servicio, los trabajadores son muy gentiles, excelente lugar para descansar, mucha tranquilidad, es un lugar gigante, con comidas muy rica, muy aseado todo, con piscinas deliciosas, no pudo haber sido mejor, todo fue una experiencia maravillosa. Lo único que dejaría para plan de mejora sería que consideraran adaptarse a plan Pet friendly,
