• Vanessa (9/5): - Très bel appartement confortable et bien équipé, situé à proximité des lieux incontournables. Le manque de réactivité et de réponses de l'hôte suite à plusieurs messages de ma part. J'ai du contacter booking. Le jour même ce n'est pas la personne référente, dont j'avais le numéro, qui nous a accueilli mais une personne qui n'avait pas la connaissance de l'appartement. Le seul contact de la personne référente était la veille du départ à 23h via whatsapp pour m'indiquer la procédure de départ.

• Alexander147 (6/5): - Отличное расположение. Просторно. Чисто. Балкон. Мелочи, но лучше исправить. Засоры в четках на кранах в ванной. Плохо набирался бачок унитаза. Чайника нет. Кофемашина есть, а ни одной капсулы нет. Слабо работал, во 2 номере, WI-FI.

• Spencer (7/5): Good location! - It’s very clean with decent amount of amenities. Internet speed is adequate. Good location close to the Duomo, a few different grocery stores, and Metro stations. The check-in process wasn’t smooth, we had to wait in front of the building for 15 minutes with no news. Our window leads to a semi rooftop, so the view wasn’t great and we had to lock the window the entire time to feel safe, which meant no sunlight or outside view at all.
• Adam (6/5): Some small improvements required to make this a great apartment - The apartment was spacious and in a good location, close to the Duomo and metro stations. It seemed to have been recently refurbished and had good amenities for a short stay. The locks on the doors out to the balcony were broken and the balcony was connected to a roof, presenting a safety issue. We also found mosquitoes flying around the room at night which bit us while we were sleeping. This was likely due to the doors not closing properly. The building complex itself was easy to find, but a sign to tell people to go to the first floor would be helpful, we found ourselves in the reception of an unrelated business trying to check in.

• Hiroko (8/5): Very good location - Location was good spot. Very close to Metro and tram. There is a couple of supermarkets nearby. Easy to walk to Duomo area. I had a minor trouble to use washing machine. It was somehow locked and didn’t start but in the next morning staff came and showed me how to unlock and fixed the problem. It was a quick action and I really appreciated it.

• Anna (9/5): Superb - Staying in Milan was an absolute delight. My accommodation was top-notch, conveniently located near key attractions and public transport. The apartment is quite though. I didn’t know about extra taxes I was asked to pay when I arrived. Would be great to warn about it earlier, as I don’t use cash.

• Hamda (8/5): Very good - Excellent location, clean and modern apartment, it has all your needs from washing machine, iron, dish washer and all kitchen equipments. The bed is not comfortable, only one trash bin available, blanket was too light we had to buy our own.

• K (2/5): One of our worst-ever travel experiences - When I initially informed them of our estimated arrival time between 2pm and 4pm, the person in charge claimed it was not possible and passed the responsibility to another individual who had to leave before 4pm. Consequently, we were forced to waste time driving around, trying to time our arrival properly. Upon check-in, the unpleasant staff member charged me an additional 18 Euros for city tax. Unaware of this charge at the time, I paid the amount requested. However, upon reviewing my confirmation from Booking.com after settling into the room. Also he tried to double charge parking fee, Euro 105. The apartment was like a large student dorm room, with cheap Ikea furniture that was already stained and/or broken. Most essential supplies were missing, and the so-called “terrace” consisted of air-conditioner units, barbed wire fencing and a brightly-lit parking ramp just 10 meters away. The ramp lights stayed on all night, and since the doors to the “terrace” did not close properly, we couldn’t block out the bright lights. Also, the doors did not have proper locks, so we felt completely ill at ease all night. The bed and pillows were incredibly uncomfortable, so it was impossible to sleep anyway. Overall, one of the worst experiences we’ve had anywhere. It completely destroyed our stay in Milan.
• Dorothy (10/5): Amazing apartment at a superb location. - The location was superb, only few minutes away from Duomo square, metro station and all the shopping/restaurants. The apartment itself is clean and the facilities were new. We travelled with the family, so we had the sofa bed setup for us when we arrived. The kitchen had everything you need. There's no microwave to heat our food, but it didn't bother us because we ordered takeaways most of the time and dined out with selection of restaurants in the area. The bedroom was spacious with a comfy double bed. Toilet had cold/shower, hairdryer and basic toiletries. Linens and towels were also provided. There's also an AC, dishwasher and washing machine, which is amazing! There is also a balcony, the view was not so good, but it was perfectly fine. Overall, our stay at Velasca Pearl was absolutely great. 😊 Nothing
