We booked on very short notice and were warmly welcomed with a clean, fully prepared, and well-equipped apartment. The place felt comfortable and a bit indulgent, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. There’s a bakery and a supermarket right below the building, plus plenty of restaurants within walking distance, which made everything super convenient. The owner was incredibly kind and helpful. Highly recommended!

A very special thank you to Rubeen and Rios, who were absolutely exceptional. My car started having problems, and I suddenly needed help finding a mechanic and figuring out what to do. It disrupted my entire travel schedule and created exactly the kind of stressful situation that travelers fear most when they are in another country. Rubeen and Rios were simply there for me. They helped calmly, kindly, and practically, and made me feel supported instead of alone. Their hospitality was already wonderful from the moment I arrived, but in that difficult moment they showed a level of care and professionalism that went far beyond expectations. As someone who works and travels across the Balkans, I can honestly say this was one of the most pleasant and heartwarming experiences I have had in the region. They gave me such a positive first impression of Albania that they genuinely made me want to do more business here. I am deeply grateful. Highly recommended — 5 stars without hesitation.

Al ser apartamento tenía de todo (lavadora, lavavajillas, menaje,..) las camas muy cómodas ( con 2almohadas como me gusta ☺️). 💯Recomendado.

• Oz (10/5): מיקום ודירה מעולה - דירה ממש יפה, נקייה כמעט חדש, מרווחת מאוד, נוחה, יש לה מרפסת יחסית גדולה, מיקום מצויין מס' דק הליכה ברגל למרכז. בנוסף יש חניה מקורה של המלון, יש מכונת כביסה בחדר. הייתי חוזר לשם כשהגענו התבקשנו לשלם על השהייה מן הסתם אבל בנוסף גם 8€ מיסים במזומן, לא כ"כ היה ברור למה כי בהזמנה בבוקינג היה רשום שהמחיר כולל הכל אז אני לא יודע אם זה נכון או לא, אם לא זה חמור מאוד ואם כן אז בוקינג אשמה בחוסר הבהירות הזו. בנוסף בהגעה במיקום לא נתן לנו את המיקום המדוייק אלא לקח אותנו עוד 100 מ' קדימה, עצרנו בתחנת דלק והם כיוונו אותנו למקום

• Christina (9/5): - Wir hatten ein Appartement und es war schön groß und mit einem Garagenstellplatz - das war super! Leider gab es einen Stromausfall und wir könnten das Appartement nicht wie gewünscht nutzen (Kochen, Wäschewaschen, Entspannen). Vermutlich kann die Unterkunft nichts dafür da auch der Supermarkt nebenan betroffen war, dennoch war es äußerst schade.

• Éva (10/5): Tökéletes lakás - Minden szuper! Ez egy nagy ház, ahol a kiadó apartmanok vannak. A földszinten van egy recepció, érkezéskor mindent elmond, lehet kártyával fizetni. Az épület alatt mélygarázs, kártyával nyílik a sorompó. A mi apartmanunk a 8. emeleten volt, körpanoráma a városra, hegyekre. A lakás tágas, világos, mindennel felszerelt: mosópor, mosogatógéptabletta is van! Részleteiben is tökéletes, igazán mindenre gondoltak. A recepciós végtelenül kedves volt velünk, infókat is adott a környékről. A ház mellett egy nagy bolt van, szemben pedig kávézó és pékség. Ez a hely rövid de akár egészen hosszú tartózkodásra is tökéletes. Nagyon ajánlom, ha ebben a városban keres valaki szállást, mindenképpen ide jöjjön. Második éve működik csupán, minden teljesen új, friss. Albániában ez volt a legjobb szállásunk a 10 napos utunk során.

Une lumière ne pouvait pas être éteinte dans le couloir de l'appartement. Coupure d'eau et d'électricité le matin empêchant la douche. Aucune compensation liée à ce problème.
