• Joshua (9/5): Cómodidad y lujo. - La ubicación es de fácil acceso, la vista es hermosa y el departamento es muy cómodo, espacioso y agradable. La cocina es muy linda, el balcón también. La atención fue excelente! Tiene detalles mínimos de desgaste que se pueden mejorar!
• Rafael (9/5): - Ubicación, organización, aseo La que se comunicó conmigo, pidió una hora aproximada de salida, cuando le dije de 9:00 a 10:00 a las 9:00, envió a alguien para que nos recibiera, y aún no estábamos listo. Luego a las 10:00 la presión de salir era inminente, innecesaria y hasta grosera. Salimos, a las 10:10 Cabe destacar que el checkout era hasta las 11:00 y cuando llegó, “déjeme revisar que todo esté bien, siempre rompen algo”

• Zapata (10/5): - Las instalaciones y el lugar central para desplazarse Que al quitar la tarjeta de la puerta hasta la nevera se apaga y los alimentos dentro de ella se calienta

• ADRIANA (10/5): Nos encantó todo especialmente la vista al mar desde cualquier lugar del departamento - Nos encantó la vista al mar no solo desde el balcón, sino también desde la cocina comedor y sala, la iluminación natural, la climatización todo el departamento tenía aire acondicionado, la anfitriona Rita estuvo en contacto y pendiente de todo antes de nuestra llegado. Recomendado el horario de la piscina de 10am a 6pm, para poder disfrutarla tendrías que optar por no salir a pasear, sería ideal que esté habilitada al menos hasta las 8pm para volver de los recorridos y usarla

• Alva (4/5): Insatisfecho - Buena ubicación Las instalaciones deterioradas, los muebles en mal estado con olor a guardado, los televisores no son Smart, los artículos de limpieza antiguos y rotos, según menciona que hay productos de aseo completamente gratis pero no hubo nada de ello. Tuvimos que hacer compras de aseo fuera de presupuesto para el departamento
• moya (10/5): Muy tecnologico y completo, muy bonito, servicial la host - El apartamento es completamente tecnológico, tiene un balcón, es hermosa la decoración, es cerca a la ciudad amurallada, tiene un tienda abajo que consigues todo.

• G (4/5): Not happy - The fact that we had a very nice view I was left very disappointed. My mother and uncle arrive early and was told by staff that they could only stay in the lobby for 30 mins, then they had to leave. My mother is a elderly woman with disabilities and my uncle is not a young person him self. After messaging rita, we managed to sort it out. The washing machine didn't work, tv in the main bedroom didn't work, air conditioning in the front room and 1 of the bedrooms didn't work. 28c heat at 2am-5am no air conditioning in the front room..now imagine how hot the bedroom was. There's was a hidden charge of 60 pesos for a wristband.. the host Rita only gave us 1 card to use, but after complaining, she handed 2 over. The microwave didn't work... I was actually left extremely disappointed by the host manners. I strongly suggest you take this review seriously... oh, and I forgot to mention that she did ask us to vacate the property because apparently there was another booking made on Thursday, but we had the apartment rented until Friday. That's the 1 thing I would say she did well and got it sorted it. I was travelling with 2 kids and my wife plus mum and uncle...

• Yesica (10/5): Increíble vista panorámica - La vista brutal, el departamento súper elegante y muy cuidado y la atención de los dueños súper bien Quizás el personal de seguridad es un poco grosero pero obviamente es algo q no tiene que ver con lo lindo del departamento como tal

• Charlenne (10/5): We've only stayed for 1 night so I can't say much but leaving out the staff situation, the experience was great. - The view was nice. The apartment was very nice. The owner of the apartment is a wonderful person and very attentive to see if everything is going well but the staff of the apartment complex weren't very friendly.
• Colleen (8/5): Good location - It’s in a good location. Easy to get to places. Lots of room. We only got 3 rolls of toilet paper for 6 people for 2 weeks. Only one towel for each person. No towels for use in kitchen. No extra garbage bags.

• Olga (8/5): Overall, besides what I mentioned, it was a positive experience. - The building was nice and Rita was very responsive and attentive throughout our stay. The apartment itself had a nice view and everything was comfortable. Part of the reason I booked this building was because of the gym in the building but that was closed for renovations. That was really disappointing because that information was not given prior and the building staff said it had been out for a while. Also, I know Cartagena is hot but it would have been nice to have hot water available to shower.
