• Daniele (8/5): - Close (3,4 minutes walk) to DLR and Jubilee lines, therefore easy to go everyone in London. Easy to access and good bed and bathroom. I'd like to give a score higher than 8. Good value for money No TV, but for what I needed for this stay, it was better like this

• Polina (8/5): - Удобное расположение, чистенько и красивенько. Бесконтактное заселение, хозяин всегда был на связи в WhatsApp! Кофе и чай без ограничений, микроволновка в комнате! Выезд аж в 10 утра, а заезд только а в 15-00. Кровать была удобной, но был родавленный матрас со стороны окна, в ванной на работала батарея, или мы не разобрались, как её включить. Очень слышно соседей, аж вибрацию от телефона. А ещё было не приятно, что 1/3 от стоимости это оплата налогов😔

Really liked the shower and the bed was great The windows didn't open and we couldn't find a way for the aircon to work - bit we opened the bathroom windows instead as it was quite warm inside, but this was minor really!

• Ine (8/5): Perfect place to go for your stay around the Excel! - It was in a perfect location for the Excel/O2 but still very calm, room was nicely renovated and had a very spacious bathroom Due to floor heating, the room had a hard time becoming and staying warm, I’d just have packed a few extra layers if I knew

• Christopher (10/5): The stay was first class and would highly recommend it. - The room was a good size and the bed very comfortable. The en-suite was great. Everything was spotlessly clean. Franco couldn’t have been more helpful. Very convenient to bus routes and the Tube. We would be very happy to stay there again. The stairs could be a problem to someone with mobility problems if they were by themselves, especially carrying a breakfast tray to their room. My wife has poor mobility, and managed the stairs. I carried the breakfast so it didn’t hinder our stay at all.

• Rayner (8/5): It was fine. The landlord was very nice and the air conditioning unit was very efficient. - N/A No bottled water in room. But there was room temp filtered water in the downstairs hallway. No milk available in room or fridge downstairs. (We Brits usually have milk in our tea.) I was criticised for not leaving my shoes downstairs. However, these were expensive Nikes & I didn't want them stolen; secondly I am a woman travelling alone and my shoes would have been a giveaway. As I did not know who the other guests were, it would have been negligent to leave clues like that in obvious sight. The landlord is a man & might not understand the vulnerabilities of women travelling alone. I was worried about the lack of window covering in the bathroom, especially at night as the shower was right next to the window, which faced onto the main street. It was difficult to lower the blind in the main bedroom. I was afraid of breaking it further.

• Melissa (7/5): Functional place to stay - It is a house with 3 shared rooms. The instructions were clear however I arrived late at night so not knowing the area using google maps. I walked from Canning Town and the street lightning on route was not the best. I struggled to find the door but once I did no problem. The room was spacious, recently renovated. It even had spacious closet and microwave in the room. Great shower. The sheets had some fluff and hair on them, I believe their were cleaned and washed but the material was not the best as it holds onto “debris”. I would recommend they change the type of sheets they use to avoid that. The bed structure could have been studier and mattress could have been firmer for my liking but that is personal.

Nice self-service breakfast in the foyer to eat in the room, and there were several gluten-free alternatives (ask in advance). Everything was newly refurbished and clean. Could be marked as a b&b.

• Alex (1/5): Host entered room without permission whilst we were gone - It's not particularly clear from the pictures, but the host lives within the house and you only access to one room. The rest of the photos are just photos of other rooms. And there's three rooms, each rented out as separate rooms and the host also lives downstairs. The host Entered our room without permission every day whilst we were gone. Even though we didn't sign up for any sort of cleaning services and it was sold as a private apartment. We left a day early because we felt unsafe and then started to think there were hidden cameras in the apartment.

Taking shoes off and putting on supplied croc style slippers was odd but not a problem. There were no towels in the room, but after a message we're supplied immediately. No milk for coffee in room.
• Hays (4/5): Disappointing - Very clean. Nice restroom. The mattress is absolutely terrible. Woke up with agonizing back pain each day - absolutely no support. The neighborhood is fine, but you'll likely have to take the tube to go anywhere of interest.

Close to Canning Town bus/tube/DLR and a short walk from the station to the premises, which is just behind Barking Road populated by lots of cafes, convenience stores and small supermarkets. Ideal stopover location if you are attending an event in London and want something a bit cheaper than central London prices.
