• Julie (1/5): No stay - I didn’t even get to stay at this property, I arrived early and contacted them to ask where to park, no reply, I asked if the property would be ready by 3pm no reply, I was left with no accommodation after travelling 3 hours. Absolutely no contact from them whatsoever The whole experience was disappointing, how can anyone take your money then completely blank you and leave you without accommodation for the night. They do not know our situation, this property needs avoiding

• Lauren (3/5): Not the best experience, wouldn’t stay again unfortunately - The apartment was dirty from top to bottom. Broken shower screens, filthy fridge and freezer, dust everywhere, white stains on the bed covers, batteries left in the bedside table (we took a child of 6 with us) Furniture broken and hanging off, hairs in and around the bath and shower. To be honest we nearly just went home as neither my friend or myself wanted to sleep there. We didn’t use anything not a single mug not with the state of everything else. We messaged the owner soon after we arrived and sent pictures of the filth across and the reply was they were really sorry and they don’t know what the cleaner is doing, and that other tenants hadn’t mentioned it but looking back at other reviews at the time of the stay it was actually mentioned on booking.com the week before we had our own stay. Side note the lift was also broke so we had to lug everything up to the 5th floor from the basement which nearly killed us both. The location is as says, Bradford. The only positives I can truly say was that the beds were comfortable and it was a nice touch to have Netflix already signed into use. We enjoyed playing ludo. Traffic and outside noise very noisy so no good if you need silence to sleep. With a good clean and some tlc, maybe a bigger sofa, this could be a great little stopover.
• Jayne (7/5): Good - Location was perfect. Furnishings are nice. Parking. Secure. Lifts. Microwave. Not really equipped for 3 guests - shortage of plates and cutlery, eating area only sits 2, settee was very cosy when 3 people sat on it. Not equipped for self catering - only 1 small saucepan and 1 wooden spoon. Would benefit from more choice of pans, a couple of baking trays, cooking tongues, rack on grill pan. Apartment would benefit from some tlc - broken drawers and electric socket not working in main bedroom, kitchen cupboard fronts delaminating. Could be cleaner - sink, cupboard handles and fronts, cooker top and fridge were all dirty and sticky, dirt on kitchen, bathroom and bedroom floors.
• Y (9/5): Superb - Comfortable and secure with easy access to shops and motorway and trains and bus route. The apartment itself was well looked after warm and secure. Internet speed is really good for steaming or for working. TV in both the bedroom and living room was connected and set up to Iplayer or Netflix log in. Mood lighting in the living room looks really good. Host communication was good to ensure our stay was comfortable or requirements were met. The apartment could have done with the kitchen being fully stocked up with unitensils and 1 more sofa. Bedrooms need clothes storage space. Living room window and small bedroom could do with blinds.
