• Paul (1/5): Terrible we left early to enjoy the last few days in Bali - The bed and the pool Property wasn’t true to the photos and definitely needed a full renovation. As bathroom, terrace were falling apart. On the first night we got an intruder who broke through the front door and tried to get into our room, we also had a power outage on the second night. We just wanted to have a pretty bubble bath and the whirlpool didn’t worked after 2min the whole property was dark with no power. Don’t recommend a romantic bubble bath date in this accomodation

• Melissa (6/5): Location! Centre of the party vibe. - A rustic little villa right in the heart of Canggu close to everything you need and just a short Grab ride to anything else. It’s about a 4-minute easy walk to Berawa Beach. The beach itself is a little underwhelming right outside Finns, but turn right and walk 15 minutes to Canggu Beach and you’ll have a much better time. The villa is quaint, secure, and well-managed. The hosts are super lovely and helpful, and communication was effortless. The bed is comfy, and as long as you drop the mosquito net straight away and give it a quick spray with repellent, you’ll be fine. There’s a bar fridge, and the private pool is divine, such a treat to come back to. One thing to note: if you’re there for quiet, lazy nights, bring earplugs. From around 9 pm to 3 am, the music from a nearby club is pretty loud — I was practically singing along in my dreams! But if you’re in Canggu for the energy and nightlife, it’s all part of the fun.

• Rousseau (7/5): Great place, but the jacuzzi doesn’t work properly - Good location Big room Confortable bed The shower has very low water pressure and the hot water only lasts a couple of minutes. For a quick shower it’s manageable, especially since the weather outside is so warm. However, the jacuzzi was the main reason I booked this place, and unfortunately it wasn’t possible to fill it with hot water. It ended up feeling more like a cold bath than a jacuzzi, which was quite disappointing. Because of this, the value for money didn’t really match my expectations.

• Andre (3/5): Terribly maintained, management unresponsive. - Location and pool. I can't imagine how people are rating this place a 10. We stayed in the villa with a private pool, thus we paid even more the already overpriced villa. We had the room for 1 night and really wanted to enjoy a private villa with pool. The place has so much potential, However, 1) As soon as I arrived, I notice the the sink pipes were all broken and water was splashing all over the floor. I notified the manager right away, but they didn't send anyone to fix it. 2) There is a hot-tub, but the water heater tank is a fraction of what's needed to fill up the tub, so you can't have a hot bath. 3) the shower is terrible. 4) the front door lock broke after a couple of uses 5) all over the floor, there are nails to poke your feet I have pictures of all of this.
• Grace (1/5): Bad - Our experience with Villa Lalupa / Lasuita Villas was nothing short of frustrating and unprofessional. It's been the worst hotel experience of my life. We had a confirmed booking for New Year’s Eve, a time when accommodations are hard to come by. However, just a day before our scheduled check-in, they requested that we change our dates. Soon after, they informed us that the room was "unavailable" and proceeded to cancel our reservation entirely. To add insult to injury, the very same villa appeared on another website for hundreds of dollars more. It’s clear that our reservation was canceled to take advantage of higher holiday pricing, leaving us stranded during one of the busiest times of the year. Their actions completely ruined our New Year’s plans, and we are deeply disappointed by the lack of integrity and professionalism displayed. We would not recommend trusting this place with your travel plans, especially during peak seasons when reliability matters most.
