- Younas (10/5): Comfortable Hotel with Friendly Staff - Really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a good location. The staff were kind and professional and helped me with everything from local recommendations to arranging transportation. The atmosphere felt welcoming and relaxing throughout my stay. Great value for money and I would happily stay here again. Nothing major honestly. Overall it was a very comfortable stay. Maybe a little more breakfast variety could make the experience even better, but everything else was great.

- YURIY B. A. (10/5): топ за свои деньги - Мне повезло приобрести очень выгодные билеты авиакомпании Azal из Москвы в Дели с долгой дневной пересадкой в Баку. Поразмыслив, я пришел к выводу, что после бессонной ночи в аэропорту и самолете, за которыми последует бродяжничество ранним утром по промозглому апрельскому городу, мне явно потребуется восстановление сил. В итоге решил заранее забронировать гостиницу, чтобы поспать хотя бы пару часов перед следующим перелетом. Оценил около 15 вариантов в центре города с базовыми удобствами, и остановил свой выбор на Elysium Hotel. И не прогадал. На ресепшн меня встретила очень милая девушка. Она была настолько любезна, что буквально растопила мое сердце, изрядно утомленное одинокими прогулками по еще не проснувшемуся незнакомому городу. Для одного человека номер оказался поистине королевским: большая удобная кровать, отличное рабочее место, быстрый Wi-Fi и уютный балкон. В паре минут ходьбы нашелся супермаркет, где я купил три бутылки азербайджанского пива — выпив их и приняв приличный душ, я прекрасно поспал несколько часов, прибодрился растворимым кофе на кухне, и поехал обратно в аэропорт. Девушка на стойке регистрации была удивлена, что я остановился на такое короткое время, но меня впереди ждал "прекрасный и ужасный" Дели. Однозначно рекомендую этот отель, а для стопверов 100%. Сам город Баку покорил своим уютом, архитектурой и атмосферой. Хотелось бы вернуться туда еще раз. За эти деньги грех жаловаться. Да и особо не на что.

Elleni hanım özellikle çok yardımcı oldu , kendisine teşekkür ederiz. Odamızın manzarası oldukça canlı bir caddeye bakması ve sahile çok yakın olması sevdiğimiz yanlariydi.Ücretsiz wi-fi,sürekli çay imkanı da pozitif yanları idi. Otel eski bir bina olduğu için konfor eksikliği vardı. 3.katta bulunan tesise bavullarla çıkmak ve bütün günün yorgunluğu üzerimizde iken merdiven tırmanmak oldukça zor geldi. Türkiye'deki kahvaltı alışkanlıklarımızı pek karşılamasa da doyurucu bir kahvaltı vardı.

Крайне не советую здесь остановиться. На эти деньги можно найти достойную отель или квартиру. Не верьте другим отзывам, так как в основном его написали мужчины, а мужчинам пофиг в основном где остановиться! 1. Завтра ждали 30-50 минут каждый день. Приходишь и ждешь пока тебе пожарить яйца, шведского стола нет. В меню только яйцо или каша. Яйца ждете 30 минут, кашу 45 минут нужно ждать. Это очень ужасно. Даже если закажете заранее, им все равно! 2. Обслуживание ноль. Парень не знает русский язык, Английский тоже особо не знает. Девушка русскоязычная хоть. Вода платная, нужно платить. Никто не спрашивает все ли у вас хорошо, нужна ли уборка. Никто ничего не сказал, правила отеля, абсолютно ничего, брали деньги и всё. Сами ходили и выпрашивали, как попрошайки. Если это читает владелец данного отеля, прошу обучайте своих сотрудников как работать с гостями. Элементарно здороваться и попрощаться 3. Я за несколько дней бронировала номер, и за 3 часа тоже написала, что уже в Баку, ждем трансфер. Сказали окей, нас были трое. Приходим, в номере не было воды, было очень холодно, и принадлежности только на 2 персоны было. Они вообще не готовились к нашим у приходу. Зачем ресепшионист вам, если они не работают? May with airport bus station is in walking distance, same as the promenade along Caspian Sea and the Old City of Baku. Room has economic size and all you need as budget traveller. - Hussain (8/5): Well priced and very close to everything - I liked the location it was very centrally located and everything was in walking distance and very easily reachable. The staff were very helpful and the room fit us very easily. There was plenty of space to sleep and hold our stuff. The beds weren't the most comfortable but for the price and location it was fantastic value.

- Nikolai (4/5): - Персонал был приветлив. При бронировании согласились на отсрочку платежа до заезда, так как провести платеж из России было нельзя. Матрац хороший, жесткий. Место неплохое, но оценивать расположение это как оценивать погоду. Под окнами шум от магистрали всю ночь, но до старого города 10 минут пешком. Парковаться негде. Отель три звёзды, но: 1. Питьевой воды бесплатно нет, ни в бутылках, ни в куллере, только за деньги, пол литра 2 маната, стаканов для воды тоже естественно нет. 2. Холодильника в номере нет, есть общий, на кухне. 3. Полотенца для ног нет и за три дня ни разу не поменяли ни одно на чистое. 4. При ремонте где-то забыли сделать водяной замок и ни разу за три дня не убрались и не вынесли мусор, представьте себе запах в туалете! 5. В номере двуспальная кровать, но одеяло одно и в размер кровати, 160, делите ночью как хотите. 6. Подушки двух видов: либо катающиеся ватные комки в наволочке , либо надутый барабан, видимо собрали 4 комковатых в одну, привозите свои. 7. Номер не мизерный, на балконе столик, но в номере всего один стул, нет ни кресла, ни стульев на балконе. 8. Чего не хватает для удобства спросили на третий день, вовремя, дали полотенце для ног и стаканы. Вывод: для любителей формулы 1, если надо смотреть из окна и быть на тонизирующих напитках. Если же приезжаете в другое время, как мы, категорически не рекомендую.

From the reception to the housekeeping, everyone was honest, friendly, and went out of their way to ensure I had a comfortable visit. Cleaning: Very good. The room was impeccably clean and well-maintained. The housekeeping team does an excellent job. The bathroom was spotless, the linens were fresh, and the entire room had a very hygienic and pleasant atmosphere. Overall Experience: My one-night stay was extremely positive. The room was comfortable, the WiFi was strong, and the amenities provided were great. It offered exceptional value for money.
