Nobody warned us before arrival that the apartment door lock had been broken for weeks, so during our entire stay we had to ask the receptionist to open the door every time. That was both annoying and felt somewhat insecure. Overall, the apartment is nice, but it clearly needs some restoration and maintenance. The only two pillows provided were small, thin, and very uncomfortable.

• Richard (4/5): - La ubicación es excelente. La atención al cliente en recepción excepcional y muy amigables. Pero, la respuesta del propietario y el WhatsApp support muy malo. Escribí un resumen de los problemas que tuvimos. Después de una semana no he recibido respuesta. Inaceptable. La llave no funcionaba. El edificio está bajo reparación y no nos avisaron; los pasillos de acceso a la habitación con gente trabajando, ruido y polvo.
• eduardo (6/5): Bien ubicado con detalles incómodos - Buena ubicación Cuando llegamos al departamento no habían terminado de limpiarlo a pesar de que eran las 16:00 y el checkin era a las 15:00. El departamento no tenía llave magnética propia, cada vez que queríamos ingresar debíamos hacerlo en compañía de alguien del lobby con la llave maestra. Muy incómoda esa gestión y da la sensación de inseguridad para las pertenencias. Estaban haciendo refacciones en el corredor del piso. El propietario no contestó los mensajes.

• Alejandra (6/5): Perfecta ubicación pero mejorable mantenimiento. - La ubicación es inmejorable y Luis y Yuri fueron super atentos con nosotros a lo largo de toda la estancia. Aunque la entrada del edificio tiene una buena área común y da a entender que los apartamentos están aparentemente en buen estado, las habitaciones dejan mucho que desear. La limpieza es muy justa, las paredes están todas marcadas de golpes y la acústica es nula, solo llegar a la habitación olía a comida cocinada que a pesar de ventilar nos acompañó todo el fin de semana, menos mal nos pasamos todo el día fuera.

• Nathalie (7/5): Bien situé mais très mal insonorisé - Propre et très bien situé Très bruyant. Les voisines au 133 nous ont tenus réveillés jusqu’à plus de 1h30 tous les soirs. Aucune insonorisation avec ce voisin.

• Yeok (8/5): Very Good apartment in Madrid - Mr Yuri is a very nice and friendly Owner, he did a very well and patient to guide us regarding the apartment facilities, appreciate it. this apartment is located in a very good and convenience location, few minute walk to supermarket (carrefour express), metro station, you can easy walk to retiro garden and many attraction around Madrid. we are enjoy so much during stay. will recommend to my friend and i will come back if i visit again Madrid.
• Jasmina (7/5): Very small apartment for two people - The licacion is very good. The apartment is located in a building of the apartment hotel type. The furniture is relatively new. It is significantly smaller than what is stated in the description of the apartment. The apartment is 30m2 in size and suitable for 2 people. The kitchen is very small, it has a small sudo machine that did not work. I reported to the boss that he was not working, but he did not react. There is a small dining table and 1 chair which means that only 1 person can have breakfast while the other has to wait. There is a wardrobe in the bedroom. there is only 1 small wardrobe in the kitchen, which is enough for a couple of days. For a long stay there is not enough storage space. The apartment is connected by an internal door to another apartment and the insulation between the apartments is very poor. It is very unpleasant to listen to the conversation of the people in the apartment next to you because you can hear every word.
