• Yao charly (1/5): - Ma 1ʳᵉ venue en Côte d'Ivoire en 2022 fut dans cet hôtel. Je fus marquée. Par l’accueil et du fait de trouver un personnel chaleureux, souriant et accueillant. Avec un service qualité super, j'ai eu à recommander l’hôtel pour mes connaissances qui se rendaient pour un passage à Yopoupong. Cependant aujourd'hui je suis déçue par la qualité du service, principalement du réceptionniste du Matin, un monsieur très loin d’être courtois, à peine s'il dit bonjour. Faut surtout pas lui demander quoi que ce soit. Très désagréable, et hautain. Qui ne sait ce que c'est, un service client ? J'ai eu à demander du papier toilette souvent parce que j’ai des soucis de santé. Donc oui, j’en avais besoin, en demander était comme si j'élevais la prime du personnel. À la fin de notre séjour, le même réceptionniste, j’étais encore dans la chambre quand M. y est rentré. Pour venir vérifier si nous n'avons pas volé de serviettes ou même le PQ peut être qui semble un trésor rare pour l'hôtel. Je me suis senti humilié, car vous avez mon empreinte bancaire. La courtoisie aurait été de faire ce contrôle après ma sortie de chambre. Seule personne qui sait ce dont recevoir les clients était la réceptionniste de Nuit, une dame très agréable et courtoise. • JAMIH GROUP (5/5): Bon emplacement et petit déjeuner ponctuel, mais sécurité et service client à améliorer - L’emplacement de l’hôtel est très appréciable. J’ai aussi beaucoup aimé l’organisation du petit déjeuner : la commande est prise la veille et le service est fait à l’heure choisie. La ponctualité est vraiment un point fort, que ce soit à 7 h 30 ou à 9 h 30. J’ai moins apprécié le fait que le bar et le restaurant ferment tôt. Il y a aussi parfois un problème de monnaie, car il faut attendre ou réclamer pour recevoir le montant exact. De plus, l’établissement n’est pas réellement accessible 24 h/24 : à plusieurs reprises, j’ai dû frapper à la porte en rentrant, parfois pendant plusieurs minutes, et il fallait aussi frapper à la réception comme si le personnel dormait. Le point le plus préoccupant concerne la sécurité : le dernier jour, ma clé de chambre avait été laissée sur une table à l’accueil. Cela m’a beaucoup dérangé, car une autre personne aurait pu la prendre et accéder à ma chambre.

• Lilit (8/5): Wir haben uns in dem Hotel sehr gut erholt. - Das Bad war neu, bestens ausgestattet und sauber. Das Personal hilfsbereit und englischsprachig. Das Hotel befindet sich in einem sehr quirligen Stadtteil. Man ahnt nicht, dass es eine Oase mitten im Staub ist. Es hat einen sehr schönen Innenhof. Restaurants und Supermärkte waren fussläufig zu erreichen. Ich fand es ein wenig schade, dass es keinen Frühstücksraum gibt. Man hat das Frühstück immer aufs Zimmer bekommen.

I stayed here for 5 nights; the rooms were cleaned every day and the towels were replaced, and even the bed sheets were ironed smooth. Delicious breakfast. You could also order very tasty lunch and dinner. Card payments were possible, which is rare in most African countries. The reception offered currency exchange at a good rate. The hotel has its own car and transfer service, thanks to which I was able to make all the necessary trips very comfortably.

• KENRICK (9/5): A Wonderful Stay at Detente - We were surprised by the distance from the airport, but once there, we were delighted with the property and the helpfulness and courtesy of the staff. My wife was pregnant, so they took extra care and consideration and brought food to the room. Check-in was smooth as well. The meals we ordered from the restaurant were quite tasty and the portions were adequate. And breakfast was wonderful as well--we loved the fresh, natural fruit juices served. We needed to leave for an appointment before breakfast started, so they took breakfast to the room for us to have upon our return; this was quite considerate and a mark of great client service. A bit far from the airport.

• Noemi (8/5): - Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und das Personal bis auf eine Ausnahme sehr freundlich und bemüht. Ein täglicher Handtuchwechsel wäre nicht nötig gewesen (Umwelt)! Nachts war es durch ankommende Gäste oft sehr laut. Besonders auch, weil die Zimmertür nicht richtig schloss.

• Sujesh (6/5): Meets the Minimum, Misses on Location & Hospitality - Not much to boast about, but the hotel delivered what it promised—so I can’t really complain. I booked knowing what to expect. The room was fairly clean and comfortable, and I stayed for two nights without any major issues. Breakfast was simple, but I’m usually content with just eggs, as many business travelers tend to be. The hotel is quite far from the airport and major business areas, and it felt somewhat isolated. Since it was my first visit, I wasn’t very familiar with the locality, but it didn’t seem like the kind of area where you’d feel comfortable walking around—getting anywhere required a cab. The staff, unfortunately, came across as rather unwelcoming, and there seemed to be charges for almost everything, which made the experience feel a bit transactional.

Not the best location (shabby and far away from everything) and heftily ov - Friendly staff, decent breakfast, AC worked well Room wasn’t cleaned properly, floor was sticky and stained from spoiled drinks and there were bits and pieces of old party decorations in the corners. Location is shabby and there’s only on-street parking available, luckily there’s guard 24/7 but didn’t feel comfortable leaving the car there still, lots of drunkards and beggars around.

Madam Aurelie, Madam Blé they made our stay very warm even though our stay was short. We hope to return soon. The location is abit far from Centre of town. Not much food options. Otherwise the hotel is great.
