• Ana (1/5): Na kraju smo u podnožje gerlitzena morali ici spustat se 1 h da smo nasli drugi smjestaj - Katastrofa, otkazao nam je vlasnik 1,5 h prije check ina Neodgovorno i bezobrazno od vlasnika da nas ostavi na cijedilu, na planini , jedan sat prije ulaska u apartman, da nemamo smjestaj, ti jos nikada nisam doživjela, jos smo bili sa djetetom , i jednostavno mi je stigla poruka od bookinga da je vlasnik otkazao smjestaj, jednostavno nedopustivo, sramota

• Kurt (9/5): Perfekter Familienkurzurlaub in einem tollen Skigebiet! - Die Lage samt Ausblick! Direkt an der Skipiste! Holzboden müsste mal saniert werden. Hat gesplittet.

• Luisa (7/5): Im großen & Ganzen ok. - Das Appartment war groß und geräumig, gut ausgestattet, großer Balkon und zusäticjes WC, auch mit extra Bettwäsche, Pölster und Decken. Auch die Küche war großzügig ausgestattet. Preis-Leistung trotzdem nicht entsprechend. Alles sehr abgewohnt, leider keine zusätzlichen Handtücher, auch für den Pool. Lichter geben wenig Licht. Die Vorhänge dunkeln nicht an, daher schon früh hell. Mit Kindern eher ungeschickt.

• Marko (10/5): Auf jeden Fall kommen wir noch einmal vorbei. - Die Lage und der Blick. Genial. Konnten alles super gut schlafen. Es war so ruhig, man hörte höchstens seine eigene Zellteilung. Man muss eben wissen, dass man im Tal besser zehn Minuten über den Einkauf nachdenken sollte. Wenn man erst oben ist … muss man halt wieder runter. ;)
• Wieland (10/5): Jederzeit wieder - Wir waren mehr als zufrieden mit unserem Apartment - Raumaufteilung und Ausstattung waren top, die Aussicht ein Traum. Schon vom Bett aus am Morgen freie Sicht auf die umliegenden Berge. Die Hotelanbindung ermöglichte uns die Nutzung des bestens ausgestatteten Wellnessbereichs und des Pools. Wir buchten ohne Frühstück, konnten aber ohne Probleme dieses nachträglich dazu buchen. Das Apartment Panoramablick Gerlitzen inkl Hotelanbindung könnnen wir ruhigen Gewissens jedem weiterempfehlen und auch wir selber werden sicherlich wieder darauf zurückkommen, wenn wir die Gerlitzen besuchen.

• Martin (10/5): Exceptional - We liked everything about the apartment, but most of all we loved the view and easy access to the ski slopes.
• Julie (10/5): Exceptional - The view was amazing. The beds were comfortable. The aesthetic design of the apartment was open, airy and modern. The property facilities were great (infinity pool, sauna, steam room). Kitchen could have been a little better equipped with some more pots/pans and cooking utensils.
• Casper (8/5): Very good - Nice and clean. Beautiful views. The appartment is very nice. Excellent for hiking. A “private pool” was mentioned in the desciption of the appartment. In reality it was a pool for all the guests at the hotel. And it was only open between 14.00-20.00. That has to be changed in the description.
