- Maria (6/5): - Sehr gute Lage der Unterkunft. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, genau wie auf den Bildern. Die Küche hat alles, was man braucht, inklusive Spülmaschine. Mir hat der einfache und flexible Self Check-in und Check-out mit der Schlüsselbox sehr gut gefallen. Die Leitung im Bad war kaputt (siehe Bild), und in der Wohnung hat es deswegen unangenehm gerochen. Im Bad gibt es einen separaten Wasserboiler, der sich nachts ausschaltet. Daher musste ich morgens aufstehen, den Boiler einschalten und warten, bis das Wasser in der Dusche endlich warm wurde. Bei mehreren Personen in der Wohnung ist das sehr unpraktisch. Das sind die Hauptgründe für meine niedrige Bewertung. Das sind die Hauptgründe für meine niedrige Bewertung. Außerdem waren noch einige andere Dinge defekt: In einem Zimmer war der Lichtschalter so beschädigt, dass ich Angst hatte, einen Stromschlag zu bekommen. Alle Rauchmelder waren außerdem entfernt, obwohl in Deutschland Rauchmelderpflicht besteht. Fazit: Wenn alle Mängel in der Wohnung behoben werden, kann man problemlos 10/10 Punkten geben. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss. Die Straße ist jedoch nicht sehr laut, was in Ordnung ist. Da es sich um ein Altbau handelt, hört man allerdings deutlich, wenn die Nachbarskinder oben ab etwa 6:45 Uhr herumlaufen – das war aber zu erwarten und liegt nicht in der Verantwortung des Vermieters.
