It rained for the 3 days we were there and only fined up the morning we were leaving. We couldn't take advantage of the peaceful surroundings of the balcony because of the rain. It would be good to have either a roof or large umbrella on the balcony. We did have a coffee on the balcony on the morning we were leaving and it was a great experience.

• Anetta (10/5): Wish we could have stayed longer. - We had an amazing stay for four days. We loved the location; it was the perfect place for exploring the Sunshine Coast and relaxing. We enjoyed the treetop views from the bedroom, and the open views from the living area, with the ocean in the distance. Visiting the stunning Buderim Forest Park, only a few minutes drive away, was one of the highlights of our stay. The unit was sparkling clean, welcoming, unique, spacious and comfortable. After arriving, we instantly felt at home, and we can't wait to return.

Everything is there to make your stay exceptional, from comfy bed to fully equipped kitchen and netflix account for your use. All the small things like spicies and oil, teabags and coffee machine in kitchen; laundry facilities and beautiful terrace - everything is there to make your stay most comfortable. Everything was just perfect, and hosts reply super quick to every message. Great stay and truly the best Airbnb experience I had. Unforgettable, and will be recommended to all my friends.

The living space had the blazing Sun coming in which made it uncomfortable. No effort was made prior to a guests arrival to clean the verandah of bird droppings etc.

Good communication with the owners. Exterior light at night for the stairs would be good. Road noise from Mons Rd intrusive. Screen on living room windows masked the view.
