• Sandro (6/5): Lage & Gastronomie TOP - Zimmer und Sauberkeit FLOP!!! - Grosse Hotelanlage an schöner Lage direkt am Strand, Essensangebot und -qualität sehr gut. Alles etwas schmuddelig und heruntergekommen. Vorallem die Zimmer präsentieren sich in einem inakzeptablen Zustand. Sehr klein (3-Sterne-Standard), alles sehr abgenutzt. Die Zimmer sind ungepflegt und vorallem sehr schmutzig (es klebt Scheisse an den Klodeckelscharnieren von Monaten), was einfach zeigt, dass nicht gründlich gereinigt wird. Auf dem Schreibtisch tummelt sich irgendwelches Ungeziefer und zwar nicht nur hin und wieder sondern die ganze Zeit krabbeln Minikäfer über die Schreibfläche. Alles wird amateurhaft repariert und irgendwie am Leben erhalten. Bei Iberostar ist das Motto Abzocke bei möglichst geringem Aufwand. Reklamationen werden erst nach wiederholtem Insistieren ernst genommen.

• Ievgen (10/5): Excellent - The hotel was on the pricier side, but everything was excellent. The food was exceptional, with a great selection at both breakfast and dinner. Ideal for those who value quality over quantity. One area for improvement would be the lunch offering at the round restaurant by the pool, which didn’t quite match the standard of the hotel. For lunch, I’d recommend heading elsewhere.

Lage und Aussehen von der Anlage auch seht gut Für mich ist das ein 3 Sterne Hotel gewesen, nicht 5 Ster - Das Essen war super, sind mega begeistert gewesen, ebenso das Personal in F&B. Sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Bereits beim Check-in hatten wir einen eher unangenehmen ersten Eindruck. Wir haben uns nach der All-Inclusive-Option erkundigt, woraufhin uns eine Mitarbeiterin mitteilte, dass man sich als All-Inclusive-Gast „wie die Königin des Hauses“ fühlen dürfe. Diese Aussage empfanden wir als unpassend und diskriminierend, da wir der Meinung sind, dass alle Gäste – unabhängig vom gebuchten Paket – wertschätzend behandelt werden sollten. Letztlich hat uns diese Erfahrung sogar davon abgehalten, All Inclusive zu buchen. Zudem wurden wir nach unserer 15-stündigen Anreise rund 30 Minuten lang mit privaten Geschichten der Mitarbeiterin aufgehalten, was in dieser Situation wenig angemessen war. Einige Tage später benötigten wir ein Badetuch und gingen zur Rezeption. Uns wurde erklärt, dass es feste Zeiten für die Ausgabe gibt – grundsätzlich verständlich, jedoch hätten wir uns in einem Fünf-Sterne-Hotel mehr Flexibilität und Servicebereitschaft gewünscht, insbesondere wenn man höflich danach fragt. Auch beim Getränkeangebot hätten wir uns mehr Urlaubsfeeling gewünscht. Für uns gehört eine gute Getränkeauswahl einfach zu einem gelungenen Urlaub dazu. Positiv hervorzuheben sind das sehr gute Essen sowie die schöne Lage und das ansprechende Erscheinungsbild der Anlage. Allerdings besteht bei den Badezimmern deutlicher Renovierungsbedarf. Die Sauberkeit ließ hier zu wünschen übrig – insbesondere die Toiletten waren stark verfärbt, was sehr unappetitlich war und dazu führte, dass wir uns nur eingeschränkt wohlgefühlt haben. Insgesamt gibt es Licht und Schatten: Die Anlage und das Essen überzeugen, beim Service und der Sauberkeit sehen wir jedoch noch deutliches Verbesserungspotenzial.

Apprezzatissima l’attenzione ad evitare plastica, ottima raccolta differenziata nelle camere e sorprendente la disponibilità di distributori per l’acqua, bravissimi 👏🏻 Unica pecca la mancanza di almeno una piscina riscaldata e la spa davvero troppo piccola
• Luiz Paulo (9/5): By the price, excellence is an obligation, and its excellent. - I would recommend. For the money paid, it is clear that the stay must be excellent, and it was. The staff is very friendly, the room is cleaned a couple of times a day, and the food is unstopable. It all falls under "obligation" for such an expensive stay, but there it was. Unfortunatelly, in a constant trial to let the clients have a good time, the Hotel does not set many rules, and count with the politeness of the guests. I witnessed customers setting their belongs in pool chairs for "reserving" it, but not even using that for literally days. It was just for the pleasure of having it reserved and available, while other guests had no place by the pool. I believe the hotel could set some basic 5 or 6 rules delivered during check-in.

• Viktorija (9/5): I have enjoyed my stay at Iberostar. - I have enjoyed my stay at Iberostar. Of course, if you will compare this to other 5 star places, where you have to pay several times more, you could find a difference, however I was renting a car and visited some other places on the island and I could say that Iberostar offers good value for money. The territory is much bigger than you can see on the map or pictures and although there are many guests, you still can find a place where to land near the pool or in the most public places. You have to walk in between levels and for me it’s a plus. I prefer places like this as opposed to those where you don't have to walk much. It lays on the beach with turquoise water and a nice whisper of the ocean and I enjoyed the room facing the ocean. I loved freshly cooked food and the seafood was at the very top. Big selection of smoothies and fresh juices, delicious vegan food. New selections and options every day. I had “all inclusive” option and could recommend this to anyone. What could be improved from my point of view: Bring some more personnel who speaks English that might help your English-speaking guests. Ask employees to respect “do not disturb” sigh. The ground floor is unprotected from the people walking around. Once a stranger was sitting on my terrace and I had to ask him to leave. Restrooms near the restaurant smells very badly. There was quite much garbage on the first floor on the grass and sides of the corridor during whole my stay, while other places were very properly cleaned. Water filters might require service because the quality of the drinking water near my room was not too good. It was challenging to reach reception over the phone or e-mail before and during my trip, while on application they answer right away. Traveler, get your Iberostar application before you come, it will easy your communication with the Hotel.

• Alina (8/5): 8/10 - Pros: • Incredible and diverse cuisine at the restaurant. • Very friendly and professional staff. • Beautiful modern design and lush green territory. • Perfect location right by a stunning beach. Cons: - Bathroom issues: Low water pressure, lukewarm water, and an outdated drainage system. - Lack of privacy: In poolside rooms, guests walk so close to your terrace/window that it feels like they are in your room. - 5-star inconsistencies: Charging extra for a very basic/small Spa and not including soft drinks at dinner felt stingy for a high-end hotel. - Even though the hotel is in Spain, I was given a birthday card in German, which was quite a strange and confusing touch.
• Claudia (7/5): Herrliche Aussicht - Die Lage und die Gestaltung der öffentlichen Bereiche (vor allem Terrassen und Poolebene). Due Technik war ausgefallen (dafür kann natürlich niemand), aber dadurch hatten wir überhaupt keine richtige Begrüßung. Auch eine Flasche Sekt auf dem Zimmer wie in den Vorjahren fehlte (aber vielleicht wurde das gestrichen).

• HUU DIEP (9/5): Très belle île avec beaucoup de vent - Hôtel digne d'un 5* : chambre standard spacieuse avec balcon et vue latérale sur mer, même pour 3 adultes (32 m2). Lits confortables, salle de bain équipée de douche effet pluie. L'eau potable est filtrée et disponible gratuitement pendant tout notre séjour. Les repas sont servis sous forme de buffet et de très bonne qualité. La nourriture est variée et ne se répète presque pas d'un jour sur l'autre. Le petit-déjeuner servi est fabuleux. Dommage que le café est un peu quelconque, comme celui qu'on trouve dans les distributeurs payants des lieux publics. La plage de sable fin est immense (25 km de long ! ). Beaucoup de vent (d'où le nom de Fuerteventura) qui nous rafraîchit. Surtout qu'on est en mars, donc pas question de se baigner. Il manque un bon café au petit-déjeuner

Liegenbelegung schon vor dem Frühstück insbesondere im sogenannten Star-Prestige-Bereich einem 5-Sterne-Haus nicht angemessen und unangenehm. Relativ einfache Zimmer mit kleinem Balkon bei Star-Prestige.

• Magdalena (10/5): Jeden z najlepszych hoteli na Wyspach Kanaryjskich - Wspaniała lokalizacja na wzgórzu z pięknym widokiem na ocean.Hotel jest świeżo po remoncie i wygląda niesamowicie.Dostalismy upgrade do pokoju :dwupokojowa suite z ogromnym balkonem-widokiem na ocean,designerskie wnętrze,bardzo gustowne,ogromna łazienka.W części sypialnej wielkie łóżko i wanna do dyspozycji.Wyjatkowo dobre jedzenie,codzienne inne potrawy,szczególnie polecam stacje z makaronami oraz risotto.Codziennie serwowane sa owoce morza,bywają ostrygi,homar czy kawior.Na śniadanie świeżo wyciskane rozmaite soki,świeże guacamole,regionalne sery i wędliny i oczywiście bajka we wszystkich postaciach.Bardzo dobra selekcja win i alkoholi w all inclusive,marki premium.W całym hotelu unosi się przepiękny zapach,jest mnóstwo pięknych sof ,foteli i miejsc do siedzenia .Na basenie leżaki z grubymi materacami,na wyposażeniu pokoi sa też bardzo gustowne koszyki w które można spakować ręczniki i rzeczy do wyjścia na basen.W barze nie czeka się praktycznie w ogóle na obsługę,drinki podawane sa bardzo szybko.Swietna obsługa recepcji. Obsługa w głównej restauracji jest bardzo nierówna,sa osoby które szybko Cię zauważają,przygotowują stolik, przynoszą napoje,sprzątają na czas a sa też kelnerzy,którzy Cię nie zauważają i trzeba czekać aż zostanie się obsłużonym

• Michelle (10/5): Schönster Urlaub den wir bisher hatten - Es war alles traumhaft schön. Die Lage ist nicht zu toppen. Das Personal war mehr als freundlich. Die Auswahl am Frühstück und am Abendessen war so unglaublich groß, dass man am besten alles von allem probieren wollte. Die Freizeitangebote, wie zum Beispiel das Beachyoga oder Tai Chi im Wasser, waren außerordentlich toll. Ich möchte mich nochmal herzlich für die netten Mitarbeiter bedanken! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!!

Nice quiet location with great views of the beach and sunrise form our first floor room. Good system for obtaining water for your room- with water “ stations “ on every corridor supply chilled and sparkling water on tap. Beds a bit soft for me. Confusion when trying to pay for drinks in the bar when half board. There seems to be an over complicated system where one me of staff takes, the order, another brings it and you then have to go chasing staff to sign for the order.

• Pablo (9/5): Un 9 con potencial de 10 - Se encuentra a pie de una playa maravillosa a la que todas las zonas comunes se asoman. La calidad y variedad de la gastronomía es muy elevada, siempre hay carnes premium, mariscos, pescados y alguna temática diaria. Mención aparte el desayuno, imbatible. El personal destaca por su amabilidad en todo momento. Cada noche hay espectáculos de alta calidad. Resulta extraño que en un hotel de esta categoría y en una isla que se destaca por su viento no haya ni una piscina climatizada decentemente. El agua estaba excesivamente fría y nadie se bañaba. Es lo único importante a mejorar. En la habitación deberían tener más amenities, algunas te las dan al pedirlas y otras directamente no hay en el hotel “por políticas sostenibles”. Los vinos incluidos en el todo incluido son de gama excesivamente baja para mi gusto. En el restaurante Al Mar el funcionamiento de carta y menú no está nada claro (descubrimos que en la cena era menú fijo solo una vez sentados previa reserva)

L hôtel nous dit que la vue se chiffre à 80e... Pour info le bus aéroport/hôtel vous dépose à 1h de marche de l hôtel...
• Stefano (9/5): Ottimo hotel con qualche piccola situazione da migliorare - Posizione , cibo, atmosfera in generale Terza volta che vengo mi sembra leggermente peggiorata la ristorazione (che rimane comunque otttima) , il bar piscina non fa più cibo veloce tipo hamburger ma propone piccole tapas che ho apprezzato meno, il personale oscilla tra persone molto cordiali e accoglienti tipo lana della reception a persone imbronciate e poco disponibili , in fase di check in Manuel della reception molto precisino non riusciva però ad accontentarci e solo cambiando l operatore con Lana siamo riusciti ad ottenere una camera di nostro gradimento, la camera aveva materassi un po’ smollati non da 5 stelle (comunque ci hanno messo subito appena richiesto un top che univa i due letti singoli attaccati per fare almeno apparentemente un normale matrimoniale ) . Le camere della zona piscina come la nostra nella notte col silenzio se viene lasciata aperta la finestra sentono il frusciare dell acqua della piscina ( andrebbe tolto questo leggero rumore non naturale ma sostanzialmente meccanico )
• BIrgit (9/5): Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen! - Die Nähe zum Strand war super. Besonders hat uns das vielfältige,sehr schmackhafte Essen und der Service gefallen.

• VicaBelle (8/5): - Modern/ neu renoviert, sehr sauber, gute Lage, Wasserspender, viel Auswahl und gute Qualität am Buffet. Schöner Strand und Einkaufsstraße fußläufig erreichbar. Wasser aus dem Wasserspender 3€ pro 0.5l beim Abendessen, während es überall sonst umsonst ist, Extrakosten für Spa-Bereich/ indoor pool ohne jegliche vorherige Information darüber. Meerblick / seitlicher Meerblick sagt nur etwas über die Lage des Zimmers aus, nichts über den Blick vom Balkon. Wir haben seitlichen Meerblick gebucht und keinen Millimeter Meer gesehen - das ist definitiv eine Abzocke. Auch viele der Meerblick Zimmer bieten gar keinen Meerblick, sondern sind nur zur Meerseite ausgerichtet.
• Uwe (7/5): Preis Leistungsverhaeltnis ist okay, aber noch Luft nach oben, siehe Bemerkungen. - Das Abendessen - Buffett war sensationell. Zimmer okay ! Die Wassertemperaturen der Aussenpools zu kalt, werden leider nicht beheizt, ca. 28 C waeren wuenschenswert. Spa Bereich zu klein und Anmeldung schwierig und darueberhinaus noch kostenpflichtig ! Anmeldung im Japanischen Restaurant nicht zeitgemaess.

• Nicole (7/5): Augen auf bei der Buchung der Zimmer Kategorie - Freundliches Service Personal (Frühstück) Fotos auf Booking com entsprechen zum Teil nicht der Realität. Als wir ankamen erhielten wir zwei Doppelzimmer die stark in die Jahre gekommen waren und zu einer laut befahrenen Hauptstraße lagen Nur gegen einen Aufpreis wurden wir in ein Zimmer weg zur Hauptstraße umgebucht. Wir mussten bei Buchung zwei Doppelzimmer als Familie mit einem Kind buchen, da es online nicht anders möglich war. Bei Ankunft vor Ort sagte man uns dann dass im Doppelzimmer kein Platz sei für 3 Personen, dabei war eines der beiden Doppelzimmer mit Zustellbett vorbereitet. Dies verleihte dem Check In einen Faden Beigeschmack. Für uns keinerlei Service eines 5 Sterne Hotels! Erfreulicherweise bekam mein Mann dann abends auch das gebuchte Zimmer von Booking com - ohne Aufpreis! Liegen am Strand für Hotel Gäste gebührenpflichtig 👎

• ken (7/5): Wonderful experience apart from the sea view that I paid for for was totally blocked. - The hotel was wonderful however we were very disappointed with the room - we had booked a premier room with a sea view unfortunately we could not see the sea as the Palm trees were totally blocking the view. I love palm trees but I had booked a sea view- I really think I was misled in the booking , I dont think it is honest to set expectations for a sea view and not be able to see the sea. I did say it to reception who offered us another room on the ground floor however we did not feel secure there leaving door open at night. The staff were very pleasant and tried to accommodate but there was no other room available. I did feel quite let down by that experience however outside of this disappointment the hotel service, the people ,the food was just excellent - thus explaining why I have score the hotel very high in these areas. The sea view was totally blocked by the Palm Trees - I was told when leaving the hotel that next time I should say that I wanted a room without Palm trees outside the window ? I think it I book a sea view - it should not be blocked
• FATMA (9/5): - Good food, modern facilities The cleaning staff needs training.They speak loudly ( almost scream) on the hallway at 07.30 a.m.I was waiting to toast some bread a cleaning staff cane and begin to sweep the floor between me and the toaster, then I sat on a chair on the terrace, a staff began to sweep the floor between me and table....Come on guys, maybe the cleaning staff are under too much pressure to do their job but it shouldn't be at the expense of disturbing the customers....

• Horst (7/5): Mit Abstrichen ein gutes Hotel - Die Zimmer mit seitlichem Seeblick, liegen alle an einer stark befahrenen Straße, also sehr laut! Dass in einem 5 Sterne Hotel die Sauna mit 13€ / Stunde berechnet wird, ist total überzogen. Das war auch die Meinung aller Saunabesucher die ich kennenlernte!
• Teresa (9/5): Increible experiencia y hotel muy recomendable - La ubicación del hotel es fantastica, en primera línea y con acceso directo a una gran playa, larga, bonita y agradable. La decoración y todos los espacios comunes son espectaculares. La calidad de la comida es muy buena y el servicio muy atento. La experiencia ha sido buenísima y volveremos. Si llegas por la tarde, ya no hay opción de coger toalla de piscina (acaba a las 16h). Por otro lado, en el caso de media pensión, en la comida te cobran el agua, cuando es agua filtrada que podrias conseguir en cualquier dispensador del hotel de manera gratuita. Esto es un detalle pero llama la atención ya que todo lo de más es impecable.

• gabriela (9/5): muy buena - Me pareció todo espectacular. El servicio es increíble. La gente muy calmada y la playa espectacualr. La habitación podría estar algo mejor, pero es verdad que estaba todo muy limpio y nuevo.
• Magdalena (10/5): - Hotel o najwyższych standardach, pyszne jedzenie, bardzo zadbany wystrój wnętrz, miła obsługa, piękny widok na ocean i plaże. Zdecydowanie można odpocząć. Było tak dobrze że zostaliśmy 1 noc dłużej niż planowaliśmy Woda w basenach bardzo zimna, chociaż jeden mogłyby być podgrzewany. Na początku dostaliśmy pokój zaraz przy samej ulicy - bardzo głośno ! Na szczęście udało się zmienić pokój i było już wszystko ok.

Das Essen im Buffetrestaurant war super lecker, ebenso der Matcha an der Kaffeebar! Das Personal war super freundliche und alles extrem sauber. Tolles Sportprogramm, guter Tennisplatz und super Gymausstattung Viele Liegen wurden bereits früh morgens reserviert und die Gäste kamen teilweise trotzdem erst zum Mittag hin zum Pool. Über Stunden waren also viele Liegen belegt, obwohl niemand da war, da sollte mehr drauf geachtet werden

Notes to.say beds not to be held and towels.would be removed but they weren't. Beach beautiful.but riptide extremely strong . No lifeguard at the beach if I had kids I'd be worried. Lovely stay but not worth the price.

• Christina (7/5): Erholsame Ferien. Mehrheitlich mit Golfspielen verbracht. - Sehr gutes Essen. Schöne uns gute Lage. Saubere und komfortable Zimmer. Wenig Stauraum im Zimmer für Kleider. Für Halbpensions-Gäste gibt es keine gute Möglichkeit für einen Lunch, z.b. Salatteller oder einen Teller Pasta. Da haben wir von einem 5 Stern Hotel mehr erwartet. Die Liegestühle werden ab 07:00 besetzt. Wer um 09:00 oder 10:00 kommt kann froh sein, wenn es noch Liegestühle hat. In anderen 4 oder 5 Sterne Häuser hat man das im Griff. Einfach durch das Pool Personal nicht zulassen.
• Ben (8/5): Comfortable but not perfect. - Absolutely pristine property, serviced by an army of excellent and very personable staff. The breadth of the food offering in the main restaurant was amongst the best I’ve ever experienced, and they still managed to vary it every day. The enormous beach in front is knock-out and extremely clean. Housekeeping was always excellent. Check-in was unbelievably slow - half an hour at least? Your location in the hotel really matters: my “side sea view” room barely had any line of sight to the sea, but more importantly all the hotel rooms facing the 4-star Iberostar Waves Hotel next door are subjected to loud music and partying deep into the night. This really is a problem and something they ought to be able to sort out and come to a more civilised arrangement on, given that both hotels are owned by the same group. The beach makes up for an otherwise pretty dull location on the island.

• Michael (10/5): Best food selection ever seen. Beautiful beach within easy access. Amazing views - We had a fabulous time from start to finish. The food was particularly exceptional. probably the best food selection we have ever seen at any 5 star resort with things like aged steak, oysters and even lobster on the menu on some of the days. The pool area (non prestige) is also nice with a drinks truck and also central bar. Food and drink galore. Exceptional sea views and easy beach access. The hotel is hard to fault. As we say, the hotel is hard to fault, but there could be a little bit of a better vibe in the pool and other communal areas during the daytime. There is no music so it feels very silent at times. This is good for people trying to sleep and relax but at least some gentle music could be on in the background. The do not disturb signs fly off the door handle due to the wind so you need to think of a better solution to keep them in place.
