- Morvayné (9/5): Kellemes pihenés. - Nagyon kényelmes volt az ágy. Okos tv volt.A foglalásnál nagyon segítőkészek voltak.Ár érték arányban kellemes apartman. Visszatérünk még. Nem volt főzőlap,sem kenyérpirító,ezért nem tudtunk se rántottát,se pirítóst sütni. Nagyon pici a hűtő.Ezenkívűl minden rendben volt.

- Zsolt (8/5): - Az, hogy a kádban is gyógyvízben pihenhettünk. A be- és kijelentkezés hosszadalmas. Parkolásért érkezéskor, távozáskor dîjat akartak felszámolni, pedig a foglalásban az szerepelt, hogy ingyenes. Volt olyan italfogyasztás, amit duplán próbáltak kiszámlázni. Az apartmanban volt köntös, de wellness törölköző nem. A kapcsolattartó telefonon közölte, hogy azt nem szoktak bekészîteni. A más tulajdonú apartmanok vendégeit megkérdezve kiderült, hogy ez minden más szálláson az alapfelszereltség természetes része... A felmosó vödör a fürdőben, a lelakatolt szekrények a nappaliban és a hálóban elég hatásrombolóak. A bookingos foglalásból nem derült ki, hogy mi nem a Karos Spa hotellel állunk szerződésben, hanem privát apartmanban foglaltunk szállást. Îgy is álltak hozzánk. Nulla segítőkészség a recepciónál. Az előre kifizetett félpanziós ellátás árát kiszámlázták távozáskor is. Valami hiba lehet a rendszerek közti kommunikációval. Gondolom.

- Anna (7/5): - Duży apartament. Baseny. Oddzielne WC. Hotel z basenami bardzo ładny. Połączenie hoteli tunelem. Duża łazienka. W dniu przyjazdu dostaliśmy informację o konieczności sporej dopłaty za możliwość korzystania z basenów. Po mojej reakcji, że nie było mowy na stronie booking o dodatkowych obowiązkowych opłatach, dostałam informację że to pomyłka. Radzę to wyjaśnić przed rezerwacją, aby nie było tak nieprzyjemnych nieporozumień. Personel, słaba komunikacja po angielsku, brak uśmiechu. Apartament 626 jest na parterze zaraz przy wejściu do budynku, taras przylega wręcz do wejścia, brak prywatności na tarasie, brak żadnych barier pomiędzy tarasami, jak i tarasami, a chodnikiem. Z tego powodu nie korzystaliśmy z tarasu. Kanapa w salonie bardzo zniszczona.

- Szabolcs (9/5): Large Apartment with Excellent Location and Good Value for Money - Large, nice apartment with a separate bedroom and living room, both spacious. Excellent location either to Zalakaros Spa or to the hotel facilities. Nice, large bathroom. Good air conditioning. Comfy french bed in the bedroom. Nespresso machine in the kitchen. Perfect for families with 1-2 children. The sofa in the living room is not comfortable and it's leather is getting off from the arms. The fridge is small and the freezer does not freeze - probably gas issues, should be repaired.
