Kaikki laitettu viimeisen päälle valmiiksi ja erityisen mukavaa tässä paikassa oli selkeät ohjeet, miten asuntoon pääsee, sekä autopaikasta kattava info - niin ettei itse tarvinnut alkaa kyselemään erikseen mitään. ❤️ Kaikki oli laitettu valmiiksi, jopa retkisänky liinavaatteineen! Pääsimme matkustuspäivän jälkeen suoraan lepäämään, iso suositus tälle paikalle, myös lapsiperheille! 😊

• Rolandas (10/5): Worth money - Great place to stay with family. Cozy apartament, here you will find everything you need for cooking and living. Calm suburb area in the outskirt of Helsinki. Additional, soft mattress topper was a knife for our hurting backs. However, we took it off and enjoyed pleasant sleep therapy. So if you like sleeping on a hard surface - I recommend doing the same.

• Maarit (8/5): Onnistunut reissu, tyytyväiset asiakkaat. - Viihtyisä asunto! Toimivaksi tehty ja kivasti vanhaa remontoitu. Iso plussa: tuulettimet 2kpl, kun sattui reissu hirmu helteille. Sekä autopaikka kuului mukaan.👍👍 Voimme suositella. Helposti voisimme samaan asuntoon toistekin tulla.😊 Helppo kulkuyhteys keskustaan. Yksi isompi kattila olisi ollut kiva.😊
• Aldona (10/5): Byłam zadowolona ze względu na lokalizację, dobry dojazd, udogodnienia w mieszkaniu - Lokalizacja, gdyż było cicho spokojnie, kicały pod blokami zające, trel ptaszków.
• ISABELLE (10/5): Très agréable - Appartement plus grand que nous le pensions d'après les photos. Propreté impeccable. Chauffage agréable malgré le froid extérieur ('-15 degré en janvier). Bonne literie. Cuisine très bien équipée. Thé, café et ingrédients de base pour cuisine à disposition. Il faudrait ajouter le numéro de l'appartement et simplifier les explications pour rentrer dans le logement. Nous n'avions pas de réseaux internet et nous ne pouvions pas ouvrir le lien pindora. Nous avons appelé les propriétaires qui étaient disponibles pour nous ouvrir à distance. Merci à eux !

• Pohodina (9/5): Удобное расположение и приятное проживание - Квартира в целом соответствовала описанию. Было чисто, заселение прошло без проблем. Расположение удобное и комфортное, всё необходимое находилось рядом. В квартире было всё нужное для проживания. Сложно выделить какие-то конкретные минусы. В целом всё было нормально, без существенных недостатков.

• Maire (8/5): Meeldejääv seiklus. - Mugav korter, puhas ja vaikne. Sissesaamisel kasutatav turvasüsteem pehmelt öeldes kummaline. Pealegi see ei toiminud, pidime omaniku kutsuma. Kõik eluks vajaminev köögis olemas, välja arvatud kahvlid-noad ja lusikad.

Rdome viską, ko reikia trumpai viešnagei, tik mums jau nebeliko kavos dėžutėje😁 Šalia laiptinės, pirmas aukštas, tad atsidarius langą, girdėjosi garsai, įeinant ir išeinant iš namo. Labai keistas durų užraktas😄

• Carolyn (9/5): Enjoyable stay in the suburbs of Helsinki in a clean and spacious flat. - Really clean, spacious flat in a local area that gave us a feel of what it is like to live in Helsinki. Undercover parking in a nearby building. Everything you need for a good stay including a clothes washing machine. Bus into the city close by. The keys were in an odd spot and I felt daunted about finding them, but once I was there and followed the detailed instructions the keys were easy to find.
• 72LB (10/5): Wonderful flat that has everything. - Wonderful. The owners were excellent - they let us know all the details in advance. They answered any questions quickly and were very helpful. The flat contained everything and more. The owners really thought about most things that you could need. Location is good - less than 10 minutes walk to train station (Huopalahti). Which is about a 10-15 minute journey to the centre. Two shops nearby too.Really recommended. Local restaurants seemed quite expensive. Probably best to get a train into centre for more choice.
• Heidi (10/5): Todella hyvä ja viihtyisä majoitus! 🌹 - Majoittaja antoi hyvät kirjalliset ohjeet kaikesta ja oli oikein ystävällinen. Asunto oli hyvällä sijainnilla, rauhallinen taloyhtiö, oma parkkipaikka todella iso plus, sai suojaan parkkihalliin. Maalaisen ei tarvinnut lähteä seikkailemaan yhtään lähemmäs keskustaa vaan julkisilla pääsi asunnolta liikkumaan ihan vierestä 😄 Asunnossa oikein hyvä varustelu, kiva ja perussiisti. Ovessa sähkölukko, kätevä liikkuessa kun ei tarvinnut huolehtia avainta mukana. Lapsetkin viihtyivät tosi hyvin ja teini tykkäsi myös tervetulokansiosta mihin oli koottu lähistön palvelut ym. 😄 Kuulemma ”ihana”. Takuulla varaamme majoituksen uudelleen kun seuraava matka Helsinkiin taas koittaa ☺️ Kaikki sujui hyvin mutta jos nyt jotain pientä kritiikkiä niin uuni oli likainen ja samoin suihkunurkka pesun tarpeessa (seinälaatat likaiset), sohvan alla sipsiä ym. roskaa edellisen majoittujan jäljiltä. Nämä nyt tosiaan pieni miinus kaiken muun rinnalla.

And there is a lot of great positive things! 1. Responsive, approachable and polite hosts 2. Free parking spot which is a great value for money in Helsinki 3. Clean, cozy apartment that has everything that is needed: kitchen and appliances, towels, bed linen, even cotton pads and washing liquids in the bathroom. 4. Although the location itself is a bit far from the centre, the bus stop is just meters away from the property, there are grocery stores nearby and pharmacy in next building. 5. Quite residential area. 6. Very good value for money - although not very large the apartment was enough for 4 people and is very comfortable. Not the fault of the property, but the building itself is quite old and the sound proofing is not good at all, but it is not a big deal at all. The district is quite, and the neighbours are respectful of the quite hours. Also a very minor detail which was not problematic, but the property has a small yard and car parking with a steep hill. Was a bit difficult with a front wheel SUV to park.

The hosts ensured that everything was available, hairdryers, extra towels, bedsheets, iron, amongst all other items. Very cosy and beautiful apartment, definitely recommend. On top of all the amazing things,the apartment comes with a bonus, Great hosts! Will definitely be back!
