Luckily it was 1 night. - Close to restaurants - The room had an awful smell - The carpet was wet due to leak in shower - Table and couch had stains that looked horrible - Open wires in bedroom plug which felt a bit dangerous - Drain in shower was the worst I’ve ever experienced
• Steve (6/5): Good hosts, but apartment was tired and fusty and in urgent need of an upgrade. - Good location for downtown. Good and helpful communication from the hosts. Shower was decent. Security team were class. Apartment was one of 3 I had booked for our team and whilst the most expensive 211 was by far the poorest. WiFi was very poor - my 4G significantly quicker. Room was dark, had an unpleasant fusty aroma. Various things didn’t work - bedside lamp, light near wardrobe meaning i had to use my phone to see in it. Bathroom had various bits broken and not replaced, toilet seat looked like it had been chewed by a dog.
• Steve (7/5): Good space & helpful communication - Bright space, easy to access near the elevator. Nice having separate bedroom to rest of apartment. Slightly strange aroma - room smelt a little fusty

When we called the host she said everything is washed but come on, How on earth would a guest be comfortable with sleeping on stained sheets and stained duvet. Room:221

• Mathodlana (8/5): - The whole experience, the room was beautiful and clean. The staff was very patient and friendly. The water situation, we didn't have water, but at least there was 1 stored bucket water, which was thoughtful, but maybe add another bucket. Also, there were not enough plugs as we had to either turn off the TV or fridge to plug the heater.

• Rayberry9 (4/5): - The wifi was good and the security was nice and helpful The cleaner only came once to ask if I need cleaning service i said no as I wasn't planning on going out but that was the first and last time I saw them I had to clean the place by myself and replace tissues

• Linda (6/5): - The unit is spacious and very clean. It was equipped with all necessary household equipment.Wifi and Netflix was appreciated. The check in process was seamless and i was allowed to check in an hour earlier at no additional cost. The carpets in the corridors and inside the unit are dated and need replacement. The lighting in the corridors and inside the unit is poor. The couch is old and uncomfortable. My unit was overlooking an empty swimming pool with decking that is broken.

• Radi (1/5): I really don’t recommend them. - Nothing at all. First day when i arrived, i checked in and when i entered the apartment, was no Water at all, i texted the manager asking for help, and no answer until 6pm, the comnincation was so bad that made me disappointed from the service, after he suggested me leave ( checked out) and they refunded me which they were lie , they wanted to wait until the water come , but i stayed almost 7h without knowing anything.
