• Mariana (7/5): El host fue muy amable con la información a la hora de entrar y el apartamento es bastante hermoso. - La ubicación es muy buena esta cerca de la plaza principal tiene cerca supermercados y estación de tranvía! El apartamento es hermoso sin embargo las camas no estaban cómodas y olía mucho a sifón los desagües se tapaban en las duchas y en los lavamanos.
• Concepcion (9/5): - Apartamento muy amplio y comodo. Ibamos dos familias así que nos quedamos una familia en la parte de abajo y otra en la parte de arriba. La entrada al apartamento ha sido muy facil y el anfitrion muy atento a nuestras necesidades. Un saludo Yara

• Tony Vigo (9/5): - Ubicación, limpieza e instalaciones Por poner algo vendría bien tener una escoba a mano y algún material más tipo papel higiénico. También el lavavajillas cuando estaba cargando se hundía un poco la bandeja. El resto muy bien

• Gabriel (9/5): - Acomodação perfeita para família ou pequenos grupos, com boa estrutura do apartamento. Limpeza, acessórios e leitos. Localizado próxima a catedral. Elevador antigo e meio estranho. Mas como é no primeiro andar, mais tranquilo.

• Patrick (10/5): Magnifique séjour à Florence - C’est un petit bijou, à proximité des transports en commun, ce qui vous permet de vous déplacer très facilement dans tout Florence. Départ idéal pour ceux qui aiment les ballades dans les vieilles rues de Florence. Appartement très moderne et décoré avec énormément de goût. Les matelas etaient un peu durs pour nous.

• Jayesh (8/5): Beautiful apartment at a nice location - It was just an access code and no physical keys were required. Beautiful apartment. Easily fits 7 adults. The kitchen was very well equipped. The water boiler stopped working one evening and started working the next morning. It wouldn't have been an issue normally but with an infant it was a bit of a hassle. You need the keep the lower floor bathroom exhaust running all the time to prevent smell build-up. The sofa bed in the living room was not comfortable and creaked a lot.

• Brink (10/5): Friendly staff and clean apartment! - The staff was great and the apartment was clean. Everything was in working condition. We felt safe walking home at night. The washer/dryer combo should just be used as a washer. Maybe the dryer would have worked for 1-2 items at a time, but with more clothes, they just came out wrinkled. We had planned to line dry out clothes in Europe anyway, so this was a minor complaint.

• Lushaj (10/5): stylish and clean - The apartment was located in a quiet area and was also close to every attraction. The apartment had a lot of space for a family of four. We parked the car in a very close parking for €35/night and walked around because everything was close by.. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed, we appreciated the fact that there was a coffee machine and capsules. The sink in the room above wasn't very good and I wish there was a bottle of water
• Thomas (10/5): Perfect stay in Florence 10/10 will come back - Everything!! If only we could have stayed longer. Located in a beautiful quiet area opposite the botanical gardens of Florence. Extremely modern and clean apartment with a great security system that makes you feel safe. Anita our host was readily available and very helpful with any questions we had, when we sadly had to leave she provided us with another location that was just as good. Excellent place to stay and extremely good value for money! Nothing!

• Tsapelis (7/5): nice area and modern apartment - the apartment is modern. not far away from the centre. the area is quiet. there are no amenities. at this price u would expect a bottle of water, some salt and pepper etc. the bathroom in the upper floor had issues with draining the water. the shower was full of water after the first day. the sofa was full of pet hair. we had to cover the sofa in order to use it.
• Anthony (2/5): AVOID THIS APARTMENT!!! - Location is good and the Apartment is spacious and well equipped except antiaircraft weapons Mosquitos!!! Never seen so many mosquitos in my life. It was unbelievable that we were not warned about this issue and that the apartment had no gadgets that you can use against these annoying flying blood suckers. Should have reacted immediately when entering the apartment because the walls are full of marks of dead mosquitos that were squashed by previous guests. We hardly slept!!! On the other hand, out of two toilets one was blocked all the time so we were forced to use only one. Last but not least, in the neighboring apartments there construction works ongoing and we were half a day without electrical power.
• Ivaylo (10/5): Exceptional - The location is one of the most suitable options for accommodation in Florence. The apartment is exceptionally clean and offers ample space. It features two bathrooms on different floors. The apartment is conveniently situated near the city's paid parking, eliminating concerns about vehicle safety. The location is approximately five minutes from the Santa Maria del Fiore Cathedral. Overall, we had an excellent experience and will undoubtedly return.
