• Neil (9/5): - A marvellous apartment with plenty of character in an impressive building. A great location to see plenty sights and feel the local vibe. Having the top apartment was a real bonus, especially with the art installation on the roof. A tiny fault, towels were sufficient for one day's stay, but we were there for three. After contacting the owner, problem fixed.
• John (10/5): Super! - Location is excellent - access to everything you need to see and do. Right opposite the market which is a must see whilst in Madrid. But 3 streets away and you’ll be in the heart of where true madrileños live. Well equipped kitchen for a few nights and extremely comfy beds Lack of toiletries. These days when you try to travel light with no liquids it’s very handy to have good toiletries provided. Just a sachet of shampoo and shower gel here. No outside seating for the terrace - we used the dining chairs but a couple of little outside seats and a table would have been a nice touch.
• Nancy (9/5): Once we got into our apartment, we loved every minute and would love to have stayed there longer. - A fantastic apartment overlooking a small plaza with great transportation and restaurants and downtown Madrid all at your fingertips. We had some trouble finding it, and the check-in arrangement was a bit confusing.

• THELMA (9/5): Perfect location - Great location, plenty of space, lovely terrace, very comfortable. The step up to the terrace was very deep and shallow, it would really benefit from 2 wider steps, especially when coming back inside.

Manque d'obscurité dans le séjour ( rideaux inefficaces) Literie moyenne surtout dans le canape lit qui est pas adapte pour 2 personnes
• Lorraine (7/5): Very enjoyable, comfy place with lots of bustling city life at your doorstep. - Location was great if you like to be in a bustling area. We liked it..convenient for walking everywhere. The only two things I would say are the towels probably needed replaced. They were older and thinner so have been used a lot and the leaking shower door needs fixed.

Второй раз не остановилась бы: очень старый дом, старая лестница на входе, ремонт номера минимальный, старые окна, запах сырости; когда мы зашли в номере было 14 градусов и это май месяц; мы включили кондиционер, стало теплее, но в спальню дул более мощный поток, спать было невозможно; очень неуютные ощущения, на фото выглядело место другим; я была счастлива, когда мы покинули эту квартиру, другая наша остановка была тоже в самом центре и тоже в старом здании, но, качество ремонта, воздуха, температуры оставило самые приятные впечатления; однозначно завышена цена для такого качества апартаментов
• Anida (4/5): - The location was great, easy to walk to all tourist places. Balcony and many windows wrapped around the living room. This place is old and dated. The elevator is located on the first floor. So we had to carry luggages up the narrow stairs from ground floor to the first floor. No bed linen provided for sofa bed so both of us had to sleep in the same small bed. Bathroom looked new but water leaked out on the floor when taking shower. We're instructed to take all garbage out of apartment before checking out. The luggage room are for you to use at your own risk.

• Ester (7/5): Estancia correcta - La ubicación y el apartamento estaba decorado con muy buen gusto. La limpieza de la habitación era correcta a excepto de algunos rincones como rodapiés o cabecero de la cama qué tenían polvo. A pesar de tener una ubicación fabulosa, el problema era que estaba muy cerca de una plaza con muchos bares y si te cuesta dormir por la noche se oye mucho jaleo y es difícil coger el sueño.

You can enjoy watching crowds going to and from Mercado de San Miguel or Placa Mayor The kitchen s poorly equipped, cooking something is nearly impossible. No dishwasher but a washing machine - for short stays sounds like wrong choice. For this reason it's better to rewash anything you can use - in my case the teaspoon was left with residue of the egg for example. To get in you have to call someone who then send you codes of entrance by SMS (the codes are extremely simple btw) - although i communicated almost exact time of our arrival and then waited sending messages until I understood that the only solution is to call (from whatever number asking to give codes of the flat - no security at all) The staircase door is automatic so every time entering or leaving you need to wait about 1 minute or so for it to close - it opens to busy street full of people

Apartament na samej górze z tarasem super widok i mega klimat np aby skonsumować śniadanie na dworze, albo wieczorem wypić drinka. • Elsa (6/5): Valoro positivamente la Ubicacion, el departamento tendra que estar mejor, en limpieza y servicios - No teniamos desasuno. la ubicacion muy buena Llegamos y nos encontramos con edificio, antiguo, con una escaleras complicada por lo gastadas que esta. Pedimos un apartamento con dos camas y solo tenia una, y un sillon, para el cual noteniamos ropa de cama y que no sabiamos como hacerlo cama.insistiendo con el encargado conseguimos unas sabanas que pusimos sobre el sillon para poder dormir. Pero esto no fue lo concertado. tambien encontramos una lagartija pequeña en el baño.

The host was very rude and asked me not to come on the day of arrival - one hour before my arrival. Promised refund, but never did it. Unbelievable approach to guests.

Staff is accommodating and friendly. Manager Alberto if not mistaken was helpful to us to leave our luggages because we arrived early they are still cleaning the apartment. Cleanliness spot on. The leaking water in floor from the shower every time you use the shower for bath .

Ajungi foarte usor catre toate punctele de interes din centrul orasului, ai multe restaurante si magazine la fix 2 pasi. Accesul s-a facut foarte usor si chiar daca am ajuns inainte de ora check-in-ului am reusit sa depozitam bagajele in interiorul cladirii. Comunicarea a fost excelenta si fara probleme si am avut toate cele necesare unei sederi placute. Faptul ca esti fix in centru, daca ai un somn sensibil ar fi bune niste dopuri de urechi :)

Alles in de buurt, zoals supermarkten, restaurants, eettentjes, lokale barretjes etc. Appartement heeft alle basisvoorzieningen die je mag verwachten, al is het soms was 'basic'. Leuk uitzicht op de oude markthal.

Plaza Mayor yürüyerek 2 dk, Puerta Del Sol 6 dk, Gran Via 10 dk uzaklıkta. Çok emniyetli ve çok canlı bir bölge. Binanın karşısı Mercado De San Miguel. Gezmek ve yemek yemek hiç bir yerde daha kolay olamaz. Apart tertemiz, ihtiyaç olacak her şey dairede mevcut. Çalışanlar çok yardımcı ve mesajlara anında dönüş yapıyorlar.
