(6 total), and that meant our sofa was used as a bed. Alessandro kindly had the bed made up for us, which was perfect. But it meant we didn’t have a lot of sitting area, which was on us.

• Luljeta (10/5): Excellent - The location it was perfect, it was very easy to arrive to a lot of attractions you plan to see in a Roma Visit. You may walk to almost all of them. The apartment is very warm and clean and well equipped for your stay. The host Alessandro is special , very helpful with detailed information and instructions. He is very attentive of your needs and ready to help you. I want to thank him as he made it ready for us the apartment almost 3 hours before the check in, just to help us to arrive our booked visit of Vatican museums.

Very comfortably slept 5 people. Location was fabulous in the historic section of Trastevere, close to cafe’s for morning espresso, and within walking distance of a full size grocery store. We were able to cook a hearty breakfast for the family in the apartment kitchen before heading out for the day. Nice living area with large tv, WiFi for relaxing after adventures in the city. Host is very gracious, welcoming and wonderful communicator with videos and instructions on everything you would need to know about the apartment. n/a - Everything was great!

The only slight issue was the size and comfort of the beds in bedroom 2 - perhaps one or two bigger beds rather than 3 small beds could be better.

This accommodation is located in a vibrant area full of wonderful restaurants. Every must-see historic site is just 30-40 min away. Every room has an AC. This can save your life if you are planning to visit Rome in the peak season.

Ryu (10/5): Sejour en famille - Appartement propre, bien équipé, climatisé entouré de nombreux restaurants et bien situé par rapport aux sites touristiques. si vous êtes du genre "couche tard" et aimez la fête, allez-y sans hésiter. L'isolation phonique. En face de l'immeuble, la "Chiesetta di Santa Maria in Cappella"  dont la cour extérieure a, semble t-il, été recement transformée en bar, une université à quelques minutes à pieds, résultat, de la musique et une horde d'étudiants bruyants qui vous empêchent de dormir jusqu'à environ minuit 1/2, voire plus tard. À Rome, les terrasses ferment à minuit mais les gens continuent de discuter bruyamment devant le bar et sous les fenêtres de l'immeuble.

• Lieke (10/5): Definitely recommend! - Our stay with Alessandro was amazing! The contact with him was great and he provided all kinds of food for us since we were arriving late which was really sweet. The location of the apartment was also very great, the Colosseum and the Forum Romana were a 20min walk and the Vatican 50min. We also felt very comfortable in the area in which the appartment was located and the restaurants nearby were also very good. The apartment itself had great airconditioning so it was amazing to come home to it after a hot day. The beds and even the sleeping bank were all made up and the facilities were more than enough for 6 persons. We would definitely recommend! The only thing we were missing was some sort of drying towel for the dishes, but for the rest we liked everything :)

• Polly (9/5): A lovely place to stay in a perfect spot! - We really liked Eterna. The apartment was in a good location, close to restaurants and everything we wanted to do, but very peaceful and quiet. The apartment itself was spacious and perfect for our family of 4 (and also would have been perfect for 5.) It was great to have a living area, and as we arrived quite late, Alessandro had made sure we had milk ready for our breakfast, which was lovely. The other things I’d looked for when booking were single beds for the kids rather than them sharing a sofa bed, so this was perfect, and air conditioning, as it was very hot on our stay- it worked perfectly. I am also very fussy about beds and I found this one to be very comfy! There were plenty of USB charging points, and we really liked the quirky decor and art! Alessandro couldn’t have been more helpful and quick to respond when we had questions, and he recommended a great pizza place for our first night. It took about 35 minutes to walk to the colosseum, and about 45 to the Vatican. I’m sure there was also public transport but we didn’t use it. We loved the Trastevere district and thought it was beautiful, lively and great for eating out. I would definitely recommend staying here! The only slight issue we had was that we are all used to having 2 pillows and all the beds only had one. A minor thing, and obviously personal preference, and we did find spares when directed by Alessandro, but they didn’t have covers.

• De (9/5): We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful neighbourhood and would definitively recommend it to friends. - The host takes good care of his guests. He makes sure everything is going well. Upon our arrival, we found fresh water in the fridge, cakes for a snack if we were hungry, and ample supplies for cooking and making coffee. The host gave us a lot of attention in case we needed anything. It was well appreciated. There can be a lot of noise from the street, and since the windows are neither very large nor well insulated, this may cause some trouble sleeping.

The apartment is in a great location to enjoy nearby restaurants and christmas markets. Felt like great value and easy to enjoy which is a great combo for a weekend getaway. • Nicola (10/5): Great location and very helpful host. Recommended, we would stay again. - Location is excellent, right in the centre of Trastevere, round the corner from great restaurants. It is also well located for the main tourist sites which you can walk to. Alessandro, the host was very helpful, providing information via 'whats app' about the apartment, the booking in process, how to get there, taxis, etc, He included a video of where the property is, showing exactly how to use the key code to get inside. He checked in, via 'whats app', during our stay, to ask if we needed anything, which was very reassuring. The property looked better than the photos. It was cleaner and had all the things you need, ie nice saucepans to use, bottle opener, enough toilet paper, etc. The sofa is big enough for 4 which was great and was comfortable. The double bed was very comfortable. The place is very quiet, has heating which we needed as it was November. There was milk and some breakfast cakes left (which was helpful). We asked for a late checkout, which Alessandro was able to give us. All in all, a good stay and I would recommend. Many thanks. It would be good to be left a broom, dustpan and brush so we could clean.

Very well located in Trastavere a few stones away from Santa Maria di Trastavere and at walking distance of all main attractions. Alessandro, our host, was super responsive and provided great tips and information about places to see and best restaurants. Alessandro went out of his way to delight us and was even kind enough to ship my wife's jacket that she forgot in the appartement to France. He did it at his own cost. Stellar customer service Nothing. I will definitely go back to Alessandro's place next time I visit Rome.

• Victoria (10/5): Perfect stay - We had an amazing time in Rome! As a couple with four big teenagers, we were thrilled with Alessandro's great apartment, which comfortably accommodated our whole family. The apartment was well-organized and spacious enough for six people, making our stay comfortable despite our large group. It was in a perfect location, close to everything. We could easily visit the old city across the bridge or explore the vibrant Trastevere area with its great restaurants and atmosphere. The place was spotlessly clean, with good-smelling towels and sheets, and even nice, fragrant soap in the bathroom. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Alessandro was the best host we could have asked for - always helpful and caring. He even welcomed us with water and cake! His thoughtfulness made our stay truly special. If you're visiting Rome, especially with a family, we highly recommend staying at Alessandro's place. It's the perfect base for experiencing all that this magnificent city has to offer! I, personally, will never forget Alessandro's humanity. His kindness and generosity went far beyond what we expected from a host, making our stay in Rome truly unforgettable.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​ Nothing, it was great!

• Robert (10/5): Perfect location from which to explore the Trastevere neighborhood and all the other major sites. - By far, the location makes this an excellent choice. Easy access to the bridges that cross the river and most all major sites are within a 30 minute walk or less. Apartment had a small stock of supplies which helped us get settled in. Two adults and four teenagers and we had plenty of room, and there was a lot of storage space. Only thing that would have been better was if it was two bath. But with plenty of places to hang towels outside the bathroom, we were able to manage with the one and keep it from becoming cluttered.

• Dawn (10/5): Great location and very clean apartment. - Great location! We loved being in the Trastevere area for all the cute eateries. The Hole was a favorite to go down to and have a beer at. Location was close to the river and a short walk to the busy city. Host Alessandro had great communication and helped out anytime I reached out. Nice to have water and snacks on hand when we arrived. We were a group of 5 and the one bathroom made it challenging but we figured it out. Also there was some banging on the building above us in the mornings while we were there. Never did see what anyone was doing.

• Harrison (10/5): Exceptional - Have stayed in a lot of airbnbs and this was probably the best setup one. Keys and check in process were a breeze and the owner provided waters and some snacks upon check in. Lots of extra outlets also with USB plugs have been put in the apartment to make it easy for those that may have forgotten their adapter. Fantastic location, clean, and just as the photos in the listening. Highly recommend! Nothing

Very busy and festive location (our apartment was very quiet). Perfectly situated to get into Rome center too. It might be worth noting that there is only one bathroom which I’m sure is in the detail but I’d missed that piece of information. However, we’d definitely stay there again regardless of the bathrooms.

The location was great, we were able to walk to almost all of the main attractions and there is a lively nightlife just down the street about a 5 minute walk with cute cafes and restaurants just down from the apartment as well. The host was kind and responded quickly to any inquiries. Overall we had a great stay and would probably come back for the next trip to Rome!

The host, Ale, was very communicative from the beginning. Emailing instructions along with videos of how to get to the apartment, get in, and how to use the amenities. He also provided restaurant recommendations and answered all of my questions immediately. The place was very clean and homey. It had everything we needed for our stay. Also, our host was sweet enough to leave some plum cakes, coffee and milk in case we needed it for the following morning. The location was perfect! Tons of restaurants very close by but still close enough to walk into Rome City center (about 20 min) Everything was perfect! :)

It's perfectly situated in the heart of Rome, being just a short walk from all of the major attractions. There are excellent cafes literally a one minute walk away and an excellent shopping district within a 5 minute walk. Alessandra is an exceptional as a host. We had a small incident that needed his attention, and he responded to the apartment within minutes. You can tell that he takes great pride in his hosting duties and of his property. Do not hesitate to stay here. You will absolutely love it! Thank you, Alessandra, for being such a great host! You helped make our vacation an unbelievable great memory! 🙏 There wasn't anything that we didn't like. Everything was perfect.

The location was ideal for exploring the local area of Trastavere, but also a short walk away from all the major sights. The location was awesome - close to many great restaurants and not far from the sights. The building was easy to navigate and the wifi & AC were great. Alessandro was a great host, provided us with water, snacks and coffee, and he always responded quickly if I had any questions. And the water pressure in the bathroom was amazing!!!

Apartment facilities were excellent and the air con very appreciated and kept the apartment cool enough to sleep comfortably. N/a it was excellent! The apartment could sleep 6 people (at a push) There were 3 single beds in one bedroom and a separate bedroom with a double bed , all very comfortable and a sofa bed in the living area.
