• Julie (10/5): Perfect location and perfect hosts - The apartment is absolutely beautiful, spotlessly clean, spacious, and with truly stunning views. Toni was an incredibly accommodating host, going above and beyond to make our stay seamless. They kindly arranged our airport transfers, and we were warmly welcomed with homemade crepes and traditional Croatian coffee on arrival, which was such a lovely touch. I would highly recommend staying here and will definitely be booking again, as we didn’t get to explore as much as we’d hoped during this trip.

Vlasnik je izuzetno ljubazan, susretljivi i uvijek dostupan ako nešto zatreba. Posebno nas je razveselio topli doček i domaći božićni kolači koji su nas čekali pri dolasku. Osjećali smo se vrlo dobrodošlo i opušteno. Svakako preporučujemo i rado bismo se ponovno vratili.

• Kamil (10/5): Best host - guest experience in Croatia! - It was our 5th place to stay in Croatia and it was by far the best experience! Hosts are super kind and very nice and helpful in every situation. They gave us a very warm welcome. Our host gave us a lot of tips and advice and was always in touch and ready to help. The apartment was super clean and tidy and very well equipped. It was large enough and very convenient. It offered beautiful seaviews at sunset. It had very comfortable beds and couch. Absolutely worth recommendation! Nothing! Everything was just perfect :)

• James (10/5): - The apartment was spotless, the hosts left a welcome pack including home baked treats,fruit, water. Tony collected us from the airport, gave us a tour of the town of Cavtat, showed us the shortcuts, and bus terminus. They also checked in during the week to see if we needed fresh towels and linen. Tony took us back to the airport for our return flight. His mum provided a tray of home baked treats plus coffee for our final breakfast. The family couldn't do enough for us. We are extremely grateful, and highly recommend.
• Claire (10/5): First class accommodation and hospitality in Cavtat - Everything about this apartment was perfect. It was by far the cleanest accommodation I've ever stayed in. The location was great (although could be a bit of a struggle for those with mobility issues as it's at the top of the town and has a few stairs). Every detail has been thought through for a comfortable stay. Great beds, air-conditioning, a really good hairdryer! But the best things about this place is the hospitality provided by Tony and his lovely parents. They are such kind and generous hosts. Tony's mum is a fantastic pastry chef and I think if I'd stayed any longer I'd have to go up a dress size! I can't recommend these apartments highly enough and if I ever visit Croatia again I'll be sure to stay here for at least a couple of nights. Nothing, it was perfect.
• HWANG (10/5): The best place I've ever stayed - First of all, it was our first trip to Croatia and we really excited to find out new country that we've never been to. But after the trip, what stood out to me the most wasn’t just the places I visited, but the host, Toni. He left such a strong impression that I felt I wanted to travel again just because of him. Toni was beyond kind to us and gave us so much help. The room was really clean, the air conditioning worked perfectly, the water pressure was great, and every facility was just perfect. The welcome food he prepared for us was absolutely delicious, and with such a great location and view, it honestly felt like the best place I’ve ever stayed in my life. 두브로브니크 여행할 때, 붐비고 차도 많이 막히는 올드타운보다 여기에 숙소 잡고 다니는게 정말 좋아요! 우버가 진짜 저렴해서 우버로 왔다갔다 하는 것도 부고 무엇보다 바다 수영하기엔 여기 만큼 좋은 곳은 없어서 여기로 잡고 다니는게 진짜 최고입니다. Cavtat 마을은 작은데 볼게 은근 많고 진짜 휴양지 느낌 느끼려면 올드타운보다 여기를 추천해요. 그리고 잔잔한 물에서 바다수영 할 수 있는 곳이 많고 음식 값이며, 심지어 해변 주변에서 선베드, 파라솔 빌리는 것도 올드타운보다 거의 절반이상 저렴해서 무조건 여기 추천합니다. 마지막으로 숙소는 진짜 새로 지은지 얼마 되지 않아서 벌레 하나 없을 정도로 깨끗하고, 세탁실도 있고 주차장도 넓어요. 그리고 숙소 주인 토니가 진짜 진심으로 도와줘요. 사람이 좋아서 다시 여행오고 싶다고 생각한 적이 없는데 진짜 여기는 두번, 세번 다시 오고 싶을 정도에요. 하나하나 세심하게 너무 잘 챙겨주고, 무슨 일 있을 때마다 연락하면 한결같이 바로 도와주고 토니 덕분에 진짜 너무 편하게 여행했어요. 만약 이 숙소가 비어있다면..그냥 믿고 바로 예약하세요!! • Alexander (10/5): Best Stay Ever - We spent four unforgettable days here, and these apartments will forever stay in our hearts. I have stayed in hundreds of hotels and apartments before, but I have never experienced such spotless cleanliness, thoughtful organization, and high-quality standards. Our host, Toni, was incredibly warm and welcoming, staying in touch beforehand and greeting us with genuine kindness. On top of that, his wonderful parents surprised our son on his birthday with delicious sugar-free pancakes—something we will never forget. The apartment was equipped with absolutely everything: brand-new furniture, kitchenware, appliances, linens, and towels—all pristine. The laundry room on the ground floor had everything, including detergent, and the kitchen even had dishwasher capsules prepared. Every little detail was taken care of with perfection. The location was also excellent: a 15-minute scenic walk to Cavtat, convenient parking right at the property, and a grocery store just 5 minutes away. Evenings on the balcony with beautiful sunsets were the perfect ending to each day. Everything in reality looks far better than in the photos!! The only regret is that we stayed just 4 days. If we could have spent our entire two-week holiday here, it would have been absolutely perfect.

• Claire (10/5): Perfect and would definitely visit again. Top class service and facilities from Toni and his parents. - Toni is the most wonderful host- he couldn’t have done any more to make the stay perfect. Right from helping with my (very heavy) suitcase up the stairs and showing me everything in the apartment/building to providing the airport transfer at the end of the stay (even picking me up from the town centre to make my journey easier), you couldn’t have a better host. The facilities are pristine and there is are very generous laundry facilities that includes washing pods, fabric conditioner and an iron. There is also a drying clothes horse in the terrace which is perfect to dry your clothes quickly in the Cavtat sun! The apartment was immaculate, modern, clean and perfect for a 3 night stay with WiFi, Satellite TV and a kitchen with a fridge and oven which made for a nice indoor dinner on one of the nights! As a solo female I felt so safe and comfortable and I attribute that to Toni’s generosity and accessibility. A bit of a strenuous walk up the hill from the town from the centre in the summer, but a great workout after all the lovely food and dinner! This is nothing to do with the apartment though- they’re just very healthy and fit in Cavtat!

Was the best of both worlds, could relax and enjoy the peace and beauty of Cavtat with incredibly easy access to Dubrovnik. Many thanks to Toni’s Mother for her amazing baked goods which made us feel so special. 🥰 Nothing . Possibly the hill at the end of a long day but was super easy to get an Uber .

• Mia (10/5): - Apartman je udoban, u kuhinji se nalazi sve potrebno, uredno je i cisto. Nas apartman nije imao balkon s pogledom na more, ali smo imali veliku privatnu terasu. Kod dolaska su nas docekali domaci kolaci i vlasnici su nam jos nekoliko puta donijeli kolace, palacinke, kavu… Bili su izrazito ljubazni i uvijek spremni za bilo kakvu pomoc. Imali smo svoj parking. Ovo je jedan od ljepsih apartmana u kojima smo bili. Jedini manji nedostatak je lokacija, do grada i plaze je 20-ak minuta pjesice, u povratku je malo veca uzbrdica.

• Brenda (9/5): We had an awesome stay! - It was quite lovely with outdoor space and amazing views. Toni was a gracious host who greeted us and even carried our bags upstairs. And what a nice touch to have delicious baked goods from his mom. Great communications throughout. And he even took us to airport! I didn’t realize I had booked such a small unit. I thought it was 1 bedroom but it was actually a studio, really more of a hotel suite. The other units were much larger - but we did get the gorgeous view☺️
• Karen (10/5): Lovely relaxing stay in a beautiful apartment - Stunning, spacious, very clean and well equipped apartment with the most amazing sunsets, over towards Dubrovnik. Nothing not to like, regarding the actual apartment. However, do consider the location if any mobility problems. I had read the reviews regarding the hill climb back up from the centre but it did unfortunately prove too much for my husband with bad knees, so we had to use taxis or the number 10 bus back up from the station.
• Kate (9/5): Extremely comfortable, helpful and gracious hosts, would stay again for sure - Everything. Lovely and airy ( v hot week!) with air con if needed. V comfortable bed. Large apartment with great views super clean, v quiet. Lovely host Toni and his parents who welcomed us with homemade pastries- delicious! Toni arranged to pick us up from Dubrovnik and also insisted on dropping us to airport - so helpful. We could use the washing machine which was great and we borrowed beach towels as we’d forgotten to pack. The house is a walk into Cavtat sea front but it’s a lovely walk downhill with wonderful sea views. We did walk back but then discovered the bus which starts in the port every 30 mins and one stop up hill brings you to the end of the road to the apartment. Simple.! We had four nights at Sea Breeze and it was great to have the views, the breeze (!), the cakes (!!) and the comfort of the apartment. Highly recommend Nothing.

The location was amazing. Bus stop is about 3 minutes walk from the hotel to get to Dubrovnik and about 15 minutes walk to the promenade. The hotel room was clean and very comfortable with a balcony to enjoy the amazing sea view. Absolutely no complaints and would highly recommend this place.

Anything needed Toni was available throughout our stay Wonderful clean, spacious apartment. Plenty of storage. Homemade cakes from Toni's mum were lovely Amazing view from the balcony Washing machine & dryer shared between 4 apartments Toni went through everything, lots of information regarding the property & the area. Uber, 25 euro from apartment into Dubrovnik old town. Domestico restaurant was a fantastic recommendation, the food was delicious & reasonable. The walk into Cavtat is steep & takes around 10 minutes, walking back a little longer but keeps you fit! Supermarket & bakery at the bottom of the hill. A smaller supermarket is closer (at the end of the road) Lots of restaurants in Cavtat, we recommend Local cuisine Dalmatino, excellent food, service & price. Lots of places to swim & watch the beautiful sunset. No a/c in the bedrooms.

• Tim (10/5): Exceeded expectations, with a fantastic view and propery. - Everything exceeded our expectations in every way. The host arranged a transfer from the airport, dropped us off down the hill, left us a delicious cake. I have never met such a positive and supportive host, full of great advice, made us feel welcome and safe. The property itself was spacious, modern, super clean, and sitting on the balcony watching the sun go down was stunning. All the facilities were great, from a big fridge, to washing machine, it had everything we wanted. Everything was better than we expected! The hill coming back up from town is quite steep, assume 15 mins walk for a healthy 40 year old with 2 kids.

• Aileen (10/5): Cavtat escape - Toni is an excellent host, picked us up at airport and let us check in early. Lovely homemade pastries awaiting us in the super clean apartment. Everything there we needed. Comfy beds, great walk in shower, washing up liquid and dish towels (often not supplied in self catering accommodation), laundry facilities with washing liquid and conditioner provided. Tumble dryer if required. Property is higher up in the town but this affords you such lovely views from the balcony. Toni available for any queries about day trips etc. Met his lovely parents who live downstairs before he took us back to the airport (armed with more delicious home made pastries). Loved every minute. Don't stay in Dubrovnik, stay here😀 N/A for us. It’s only 10 minutes walk down to the town, it's quite hilly and the way back up is a workout. We definitely felt fitter by the end of our trip which was good as we had ate out in such lovely restaurants. There's a taxi rank near all the restaurants so it's not a problem if needed.

He kindly met us at the airport, gave us a tour of Cavtat showing us where we could buy groceries and how to get to the waterfront using a short cut. Toni’s mother Greta has baked for us - a most beautiful selection of cake and later on in our stay cooked us crepes. Toni’s dad presented my husband with a lovely bottle of wine. We have never experienced hospitality like this before in any of our travels.

We were greeted by Toni who had a warm welcome and showed us around the apartment. He was very easy to communicate with and was accessible by phone and email at all times. His parents were also so welcoming and his mom made us some delicious pastries. The laundry facilities were excellent and clean. The location was nice and quiet with a gorgeous view of the sea from our bedrooms. The apartment is well furnished and very clean. We hope we can return some day. 10/10

• Bethany (10/5): Amazing, new accomodation. - Apartment was very clean and modern. Host, Toni, and his parents were beyond accomodating, so friendly and helpful. They couldn't do enough for you supplying home bakes and even a home cooked meal when one of us was poorly, transfers to and from airport and just at the end of a telephone if needs be! Even fully stocked laundry room to use whenever. The main hill can be difficult down to the main centre, however, we opted to take the bus on a few occasions to break it up so not a big issue.
• Wara (10/5): Perfect! - We very much enjoyed our stay at SeaBreeze. From the start, Toni provided excellent communication about our stay. We were greeted at the property, given a thorough tour and even received homemade baked goods. The apartment was clean, modern and had all of the facilities that we needed for our stay in Cavtat. It felt like a home away from home. Toni is an excellent host and we highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area. N/A
• Alan (10/5): Our family had an exceptional stay at Seabreeze apartments. - We had a fantastic stay and can’t thank Toni & his parents for making us so welcome. The apartment has amazing views over Cavtat and Dubrovnik and was clean, quiet and spacious for our family of 5. Cavtat is a great place to visit and was a 10 min walk to bars, shops and restaurants. The bus stop to Dubrovnik is 5 mins away and you can also get a water taxi too. Overall a brilliant stay.

The host was very caring, offered a free transfer from the airport to the apartment and back. A home-baked welcome cake was waiting in the fridge. Wonderful view and peaceful surroundings. Comfortable bed, good sleep guaranteed. I recommend!!
• Iben (10/5): 👍😄 - We think the apartment is great. Incredibly clean and inviting, and well furnished. The location is good in relation to the city and beaches. The host Toni and his parents are the sweetest and most helpful you can imagine. The balcony is fantastic om the mornings and evening, and with a view of a fantastic sunset. However, it was too hot for us in the afternoon when there is full sun. It wasn't a problem for us, but there is no a/c in the bedrooms so it can be a bit warm at night. With open doors to the living room where there is a/c, it was fine for us

And the cakes at arrival were amazing. Tony and his family (host) werefriendly and extremely helpful. The road from the village up is quite steep.

• Mariusz (10/5): Wonderful Stay in Seabreeze Apartments. Highly Recommended! - We recently stayed in a 77-square-meter apartment in Cavtat with our two kids, and it was a fantastic experience. The host, Toni, and his parents, who live downstairs, were incredibly kind and helpful in every aspect. We were warmly welcomed with special homemade pastries prepared by Toni’s mother. The apartment is spacious, featuring two bedrooms, making it ideal for a family of four. We lacked for nothing during our stay. The convenience of having a shop just 300 meters away and being only a 15-minute walk to the center of Cavtat added to the ease and enjoyment of our visit. We highly recommend this place and cannot wait for our next trip back!

Excellent location, and all the facilities I needed for my stay. 10/15 minute walk into the centre of Cavtat, and a 2 minute walk to bus stop for travel to other areas too. Toni was an amazing host, with superb knowledge of the area, great communication, and even offered to pick me up from my previous Dubrovnik accommodation, and drop me to the airport at the end of my stay. The delicious pastries and pancakes made by his mum was also a lovely gesture, and I loved chatting to his dad. A truly wonderful stay, would highly recommend to everyone. Thank you!

• Dzenana (10/5): Worth coming back! - Very clean, brand new, beautifully designed, specious apartment. We enjoyed waking up and having breakfast with a beautiful sea view. Walking up the hill, we used a car most of the time. Not for very old people with heart problems.

• Claire (8/5): Very good - This is a beautiful, new room. It has great views, amazing sunsets and is a short (if slightly hilly) walk from Cavtat. The family give a good welcome and we had delicious homemade cake delivered. The room is very small and it really is more of a hotel room. I should perhaps have paid more attention to the dimensions. Self catering from here doesn't really work.

From the minute we stepped in we felt welcome We met the family who owned the apartment and they were amazing and were fabulous hosts. Nothing was out of the way for them , they helped with no questions asked. The room and views was to die for And the apartment had amazing views of the sea and the sunsets in the evening. The price was fantastic and the rooms was very clean. Couldn't fault it at all 10/10 They even went out of their way, they baked my mum a homemade cake for her birthday with balloons and wine! You wouldn't get this service anywhere else! I was so in love with the place I was absolutely devastated I had to leave I would of stayed there for much longer The views of cavtat was amazing, crystal blue waters and lovely walks along the marina Ten out of then will definitely book again to thei apartment! • Lee (10/5): A lovely stay in sunny Cavtat with wonderful hosts. - We had a wonderful stay at Seabreeze Apartments. The accommodation was excellent and very modern with everything we needed. The lovely garden terrace was very private and quiet with nice sea views ( if you moved the furniture ) The host Toni was fabulous and very attentive, it was important to him that we had a good holiday. His parents who lived downstairs were so lovely and helpful. The location of this apartment was about a 10-15 minute walk away from the centre of Cavtat and the bus stop to Dubrovnik was very close by. This experience exceeded my expectations and I would definitely recommend this place if you're thinking of visiting Cavtat, a great base for exploring Croatia.

• Craig (10/5): Exceptional - Superb, brand new apartment with lovely hosts. By mistake we thought we'd booked an apartment with a kitchen but had booked the small apartment. Tony, the owner couldn't have been more helpful and moved us to the larger apartment. The apartments are brand new, finished and equipped to a very high standard. Could not fault anything. We didn't meet Tony the owner as he was working so were looked after by his father, Tony senior. An utterly charming man who kept us up to date every day with how his precious old cat was doing! Will we stay again? Absolutely. Leaving! Such a lovely place to stay.
