• Ιπποκράτης (6/5): - Και μόνο το γεγονός ότι χρέωναν τις πετσέτες είναι αρκετό για να μη μείνεις ευχαριστημένος με τις παροχές του καταλύματος. Το μόνο που παρείχε ήταν ένας καθαρός χώρος και άνετα κρεβάτια. Τίποτα άλλο κυριολεκτικά. Και προφανώς σε αυτή την τιμή δεν περίμενα να ήταν παλάτι αλλά τουλάχιστον να αντιμετωπίζεται ο πελάτης σαν άνθρωπος.
• Καλλίτση (4/5): Good location, neglected appartment. - Location was good and the house was big. It felt dirty, its an old appartment, not in the slightest renovated. They did not provide any towels or even a shower gel, nor cutlery (we had to ask from a restaurant). The door was very old and it felt a bit unsafe. Communication with the host was difficult since they only replied between a very short period of time. The windows were old and the shutters broken.

• Viktor (1/5): - Номер был грязный и неприятно пахло.посуда и мебель все старое.Не было одеял и полотенец. Для семьи из 4 человек нам предложили 2 простыни.Нету многих элементарных вещей, например сушилки для одежды. Сняли номер на 2 суток ,но провели там не больше часа, пока экстренно не нашли другое жилье.Не советую здесь останавливаться если вы приехали на отдых
• ΕΛΕΝΗ (7/5): - Άνετο διαμέρισμα. Ήσυχο και κεντρικό. Θα μπορούσε να περάσει πετσέτες και να υπάρχει ένα μπουκάλι νερό στο ψυγείο. Πόσο στοιχίζει πια ένα μπουκάλι νερό;; Και η αναχώρηση μέχρι τις 10:00 το πρωί; Έλεος!

• Amit (1/5): Don’t go - Nothing All. The apartment is old, the curtains are broken. The bathroom is broken. There is no towels!!!!! The apartment manager is unreachable. Don’t go there. Booking need to take the apartment down from the platform.

• Aleksandra (4/5): Acceptable for one night / come in the evening leave early in the morning. - Location was good, 20 mins into historical centre of Athens and right by a nice viewpoint Bathroom was horrible, and kitchen were poor, the property had no windows facing outside, just facing walls… towels weren’t provided unless we were willing to pay €6 per person
• Sara (3/5): Poor - The neighbourhood is very nice. Easy access to Keys and apartment. Place was dirty, there were holes in the bathroom and the apartment did not smell nice at arrival. Beds were not comfortable either. :(

• Pivovarov (7/5): Good location and naighbourhood but the apartment is a litle old, pretty close to metro station. - The location is good and very close to the center, the apartment is old so as the facilities (but everything is clean). The location is good but it is very hard to get to the appointment by foot with luggage because there are a lot of stairs to get up the street and the building, better to take the taxi, the closest metro station is "Evangelismos" (about 600 meters from the apartment)

• Χρήστος (8/5): Very good - My friends and i really liked the apartment and the location was really suitable for us. The rooms had lots of light and were pretty comfortable. The host was answering my messages almost immediately and enetering the apartment was a walk in the park. The place was really quiet and the time we stayed inside we were having fun. It was really nice staying there for the night and sitting with friends. Some things are unacceptable in my opinion. First and foremost, the towels had an extra cost such as 2.5€ per piece so 3 people is an extra 7.5€. As you can imagine we brought our own. Also we wanted to use forks for our delivery. In the kitchen drawer were only 2 forks and both of them dirty. Last we had to leave the apartment at 11 and we were asked to leave at 10 which was not a big deal but we'd like to get informed at first about that not the time we arrived in Athens while waiting the train from the airport.
• Eniks (6/5): Broken bed - good area, clean and space is big enough. No TV what is not a massive issue. Bet in the bedroom by the livingroom was broken, leg in the middle was broken hence the sleep was not very nice.
• Shyam (1/5): Booking.com should take some action against this property or unlist them. - Location is quite close to acropolis Firstly the apartment is on a hill so we had to climb with luggage and it is not a small distance. When we entered the place it was smelly. Every room was smelling weird. There were on blankets on the bed and upon checking we saw a pile in the cupboard with was very dirty and smelly. The blankets were kept besides vacuum cleaner in the cupboard. The cupboard drawers were so dirty that I could not even open them and there were used slippers inside the cupboard. In the kitchen too every utensils were unwashed and dry as if someone used them and kept without washing. The window of the kitchen didn’t have any ventilation it was opening inside the building only which was very weird. Bathtub was uncleaned with some hairs lying in it. There was only one toilet paper provided and we had messaged owner of he will be giving more but there was no reply from him. No toiletry no towels were given. Infant there was no bath mat in the bathroom!

• Andrea (7/5): Good - Nice house in a nice part of town, close to the center and all the things to see. Kind and helpful host. Pretty basic accomodation, good for a few nights if you eat outside
• Akgündüz (7/5): Good - flat has two huge bedrooms, one living room air condiotioning in both rooms. very comfortable place. And its located in a good neighborhood. You can find good restaurants around there and very close to touristic places ( Exerhia, Acropolis etc.) And flat nearby m3 airport metro line, station name called Evangelismos. You can easily arrive and find the flat and keys very comfortable way. Maybe cleaning could be better. Especially bathtub seems not good. Dont have any hand towel, shampoo and hair cream etc. just bath towels... And It would be nice to have an iron at home.

• Sahil (5/5): It was decent but not worth repeating - The property is in a nice neighbourhood. With nice cafes and restaurants nearby. The apartment was big with decent ventilation and sufficient place for 4. Had basic facilities. Working Air conditioner, fridge etc which was very good. I also liked the option to keep the luggage after check-out with an additional cost. The places need to be more clean. Bedrooms were clean in general (one blanket had stains and others also didn’t feel clean). What was disappointing was the bathroom and the kitchen. Not clean at all and was smelly probably thats why the whole apartment was smelly. Only 1 toilet paper roll for a 3 night stay for 4 people, no iron for clothes, the washing machine didn’t work at all as promised in the description, no hot water.

• Idell (5/5): Would be fantastic with a few small improvements - The location of this apartement is perfect! A quick walk to everything you need and an easy walk to Syntagma Square, the Plaka and Monasteraki. The place is spacious and very quite. The beds were comfortable and the linen crisp and clean This could be a fantastic accommodation with a few small changes. There are some factors you need to consider before booking this apartment - This is in a very hilly area and the streets are connected via steep stairways. There is a spiral stair case to the apartment (1st floor) and no access to a lift so getting luggage up and down was very hard. The marble entrance is very slippery. There are are no basic facilties such as a toaster or kettle. The washing machine in the kitchen did not appear to work either. No tea towels or hand towels. We boiled water in a pot for coffee. No hot water at all for a shower No anti slip mats or even a bath mat in the bathroom. I actually slipped and pulled a muslce when trying to get out of the shower after discovering no hot water. We tried the water several times through the days and there was never any hot water. Half a toilet roll for 2 pple for 4 days and none to replace it. We had to buy some Only 1 small towel per person The "Garden" view is some very unwell plants up against a concrete wall. We arrived 1 hour early (2pm) and accidentally met the owner as she was leaving. She would not allow us to even wait in the foyer while the aparment was cleaned and was told if we wanted access any earlier it would have cost more. Everyting seemed to cost extra. Wifi password she gave us was wrong We did find the security key on the modem and was able to access this. Owner expected me to take photos of the inside of all the cuboards when I said we couldn't find the coffee cups. We had to walk to the shop and buy some after being awake for 40 hours. Eventually we found 1 small glass coffee cup but there are two people. The clock in the living are was broken and there were no other clocks, radio or TV. We came back on day to the smell of cigarette smoke in the bathroom. We later discovered this wafted up from the "chute" outside the bathroom.
• Xristina (7/5): Good - Location , convenience There was nothing to entertain yourself. A bottle of water should be provided .
• Mădălina (9/5): Superb - The location is very nice. The street is good, beautiful and close to the city centre. You have a bakery nearby and two supermarkets on the paralel Street. The apartment is big, the bed is comfortable. There was a situation with the water installation. Not such a big problem but it felt a bit uncomfortable. It was solved in the end quite fast.
• Mari (4/5): Disappointing - There was no kettle and host asked extra 5 euros for it.
