• Naif (1/5): المكان ضيق المضيف غير متعاون قام بخصم 200 يورو بغير حق - المكان ضيق حجزنا 8 اشخاص اظطر كل 2 ان ينامو في سرير واحد بلحاف واحد طلبنا زيادة لحف ولم يستجيب المضيف الخروج كان مبكر ولم نتمكن من ترتيب الشقة وقام المكان بخصم 200 يورو مقابل عدم ترتيب الشقة !! ايضا كان هناك عمليات ترميم في الشقق المجاورة وكانت مزعجة جدا لا انصح بالسكن ابدا في هذه الشقة

Vederea in spatele cladirii, unde se depozitau diverse resturi menajere.Lipsa totala a dulapurilor in apartament.Lipsa burete,servetele pt chiuveta.In apartament nu exista macar o sticla de apa imbuteliata, fiind necesar sa cari de la supermarket apa pentru filtru ceai, cafea,precum si alte consumabile (capsule cafea, zahar, gel de dus, sapun, papuci, etc.).Apartamentul nu este recomandat sa fie utilizat de mai mult de 2, max 3 persoane, fiind mic si avand o canapea destul de inconfortabila.In rest, la tariful perceput, este mai bine sa stai la hotel, avand in vedere ca transportul cu metroul in Milano este fff bun.

В информации объекта прямо написано, что двери открываются по коду, который отправляется гостям, поэтому мы были уверены, что сможем спокойно заселиться даже при позднем заезде. За неделю до заселения с нас запросили депозит в размере 300 евро. Это почти стоимость проживания. У нас была одна ночь, это стоило около 350 евро. И еще 300 евро они взяли с нас депозитом. Нигде и никто такого с нас не требовал. Но мы предоставили им данные карты и оставили требуемый депозит. Не ожидали, что наткнемся на мошенников. В день заезда от апартаментов в What’s App была направлена инфа в виде обычной инструкции по заселению, где было сказано: «если главная дверь закрыта, пожалуйста, позвоните мне, и я открою её удалённо». Мы поняли это как исключительную ситуацию — только если входная дверь здания окажется закрыта, а не как обязательное требование личного позднего заселения. В целом инструкции были представлены как стандартный процесс самостоятельного заселения с кодами доступа. В итоге в 2 ночи при попытке заселения, после долгой дороги и задержек, оказалось, что самостоятельный заезд невозможен без дополнительной оплаты в размере 100 евро и участия хозяина. Никакой понятной информации об этом заранее не было. Вместо помощи и нормальной коммуникации — давление и требования денег. Такие важные условия, как обязательная плата за позднее заселение в размере 100 евро, должны быть чётко указаны в правилах объекта на Booking.com, видимых гостям до прибытия, особенно учитывая значительный размер этой платы. Мы проверяли правила объекта в нашем бронировании на Booking.com, но там нет этой платы за позднее заселение в размере 100 евро. €20–30 - это выглядело бы как обычная сервисная доплата. Но €100 — уже похоже на воровство и хамство, а не просто компенсацию неудобства. Такие вещи должны быть четко указаны заранее Мы внесли депозит 300 евро.

La posizione è davvero imbattibile: a due passi dal Duomo, perfetta per visitare il centro e godersi la città senza dover usare i mezzi. L’appartamento era pulitissimo, moderno e dotato di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. Si vede che è curato con attenzione e gusto. Il personale è stato molto gentile e disponibile, sempre pronto a fornire informazioni utili e a far sentire gli ospiti a proprio agio. Anche se si è trattato solo di una notte, mi sono sentita subito a casa. Consiglio assolutamente il Fiorentini Residence a chi cerca un alloggio elegante, accogliente e centralissimo a Milano!

• Luisella (4/5): Very , very disappointing stay. The only good thing was the location. - Location Very disappointing with instructions on how to use air conditioning . Could not get it to work apartment was hot and we all felt so unwell, then we called Ines and she said she would do it remotely but still it was hot and very uncomfortable to stay in. We opened windows for a bit but the noise was so loud. When we were checking out Maurizio asked us to move our luggage outside but allowed others to have their luggage. He was very rude, not really helpful at all. We also had a bag go missing between my brothers apartment and ours and when we reported it there was no explanation for the missing bag.

It would be even better if there was an option for luggage storage after check out. Hot water supply is slightly time constraint. We also found air conditioning difficult to control.

• Esse (8/5): Great location but lacking in basics for kitchen - The manager of the property was super helpful and always available on WhatsApp to answer questions. She managed to reset the airconditioning for me remotely which was useful. That said, I came to learn that apartments in the north of italy dont come with any basics like cleaning things for the kitchen, garbage bags, water or any kitchen essentials. you need to buy this yourself.. which makes me think I could have just booked a hotel for the same price and had more value. I did love the location though - 100m from the main square and cathedral. Just a 400m walk to the closest grocery store. And a good washing machine. No basic kitchen amenities which seems to be the standard in the north of italy.

Great blackout shades, very nice bathrooms with mirrors. Host was responsive. I think it has central A/C which was not on when we stayed. We could not reduce the temperature. Need to change keypads on the doors, numbers are partially erased, so it is hard to enter the code.

The rooms are very large and comfortable. Especially the beds and linens feel like a 5 star hotel. I also like the USB chargers near the bed for my phone and watch. The bathroom was huge for a European bathroom and the water pressure and hot water were great my entire stay. I like the modern look of the decor. It also was exceptionally clean. 10/10 would recommend and would stay again. Nothing, it was perfect.

• Perry (10/5): Incredible - The location is perfect. Right in the heart of Milan, just a short walk from the Duomo and Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II. Having the metro and tram so close made getting around super easy, but to be honest, I ended up walking most places because everything was so close! The apartment felt like a home away from home. The space was modern, stylish, and had everything I needed—comfy bed, fast Wi-Fi, air con, and even a fully equipped kitchen (perfect for making a quick breakfast before heading out). The little details stood out too—soft towels, great shower pressure, and even a washing machine, which was super handy for a longer stay. The hosts were fantastic! Super responsive, helpful, and made sure I had everything I needed. They even gave me some great local recommendations, which made my trip even better. If you're visiting Milan and want somewhere central, comfortable, and beautifully designed, this is the place. Would 100% stay here again! Honestly, there wasn’t much to dislike!

• Keith (4/5): With no control over interior temperature, I would not return. - Excellent central location, and apartment was clean. Insufferable interior temp when I arrived (30.5 C/ 89 F). 2 interior thermostats did nothing. I called + they “shut off” heat manually, but after 2 hrs heat was still blasting. I was told that the bldg controlled thermostat + starting 10/15, entire city shifted from A/C to heat. Only option was open windows + wait to cool down. (Open windows also means bugs + noisy neighbors). By 6 am it had “cooled off” to 76 F. At $500 a night, hardly what I was paying for. The only reason I rank this above “Bad” is the local staff person was responsive to my messages + tried her best to resolve things.

• Konstantin (9/5): Perfect stay with some potential for improvements - The location is optimal: In immediate vicinity of the Duomo, very close to the Scala and the Ambrosiana, lots of public transportation possibilities within 100 meters of the residence. Flawless cleanliness, rooms absolutely quiet (for the apartment C on the 3rd floor - I can't judge the noise level of the apartments facing the Mazzini street, where trams are passing by). Spacious rooms with minimalistic but tasteful modern decoration. Lots of amenities and appliances are provided in the apartment, but, for the price paid, there are several possibilities to improve the perfection level: - Bathrobes are provided, but not slippers. - Dishwashing liquid is provided, but not a sponge nor a kitchen towel to dry the dishes. - In the room with twin beds, there is a bedside table only on one side of the bed. - In the room with a double bed there are no bedside tables at all, nor AC sockets at the bed sides (only USB sockets). - The scales in the bathrooms didn't work. In the one I checked the battery was missing. - Well aware that there are restrictions in the Milano community regarding heating periods and times, I think that there should be a portable electrical heating device available (similar to the vertical fan provided) to address exceptional weather conditions. When we arrived in the afternoon of October 3, the outside temperature was 15 °C and the apartment was really cold.
