• Richard (3/5): Things started poorly and got steadily worst. I was told my host would be there when we arrived to explain everything an - The pool area is fantastic. The outside is secure and security staff friendly The condition of the individual apartment was not very good. When we arrived there was wallpaper falling down, kitchen cupboard door hanging off, a large hole in the wall, a worn and dirty carpet, limited and over used cooking pots etc, a worn out coach, walls that needed complete repainting and the refrigerator stopped working costing me 1500 pesos in lost food which the owner refused to pay any of. The place was a dump.
• Zelimir (8/5): Beyond expectations - Excellent servis by the landlord! We hAd everything what we needed. Dominic went few extra steps for us to make our stay comfortable. Central Park with three pools and beautiful trees was the best part of this condo complex. Our apartment balcony was facing the street (Av. Nichupte) that sometime can be noisee but was okay when you close the door.
