Decía tener aire acondicionado y lo que tiene son dos ventiladores, la cisterna del baño grande funciona mal, la parte de la ducha no tiene donde colgar el teléfono de la ducha y no tiene donde agarrarse, y lo peor de todo era la plaga de Hormigas en la cocina y living.

• Karina (6/5): Ogólnie polecam, bo mieszkanie jest duże i przestronne. Jedynie przydałoby się porządne sprzątanie, które podniesie pozi - Świetna lokalizacja, bo wszystko jest w miarę blisko. Fajnie, że mieszkanie jest nasłonecznione, jasne i przyjemnie urządzone. Dużym plusem jest balkon i okna wychodzące na drugi, niższy budynek, a nie ulicę, dzięki czemu w mieszkaniu jest cicho. Jedynie za oknem coś kapie, ale wystarczy zamknąć okna i już jest ledwo słyszalne. W mieszkaniu jest wiatrak i małe klimatyzatory, w razie potrzeby schłodzenia mieszkania. Dodatkowo jak otworzy się okna to można wywołać lekki przeciąg i przewietrzyć mieszkanie w razie potrzeby. Jest suszarka i żelazko co jest również plusem. :) W mieszkaniu są mrówki, ale jest też w szafce środek na nie, wiec w razie czego można się ich szybko pozbyć :) W mieszkaniu jest też nieprzyjemny zapach, zwłaszcza w drugim pokoju… Mogłabym określić to jako taki zaduch lub babciny zapach. Po kilku dniach wywietrzyłam i jednocześnie przyzwyczaiłam się, co nie było ostatecznie tak uciążliwe, ale myślę, że przydałoby się porządne i dokładne sprzątanie mieszania. Bo kolejną rzeczą jest właśnie poziom czystości. Jak przyszłam pościel była zmieniona i czysta, ręczniki również. Jednak w pozostałej części mieszkania zauważyłam pewnie miejsca, które były dość brudne. Dodatkowo w drugim pokoju brakuje moskitiery. Kuchnia jest stara, jedynie pomalowana na biało, średnio wyposażona. Brakuje np.: deski do krojenia. Ogólnie myślę, że właśnie dokładne i porządne sprzątanie całego mieszkania moglby pomóc w podwyższeniu ogólnego wrażenia i komfortu pobytu.
• Collaku (3/5): - L'unica cosa buona era la posizione.... Tutto il resto lasciava desiderare, letti scomodi,pulizia scarsissima... Non mi è piaciuto niente,tutto sporco. Le prese della corrente ti rimanevano in mano... Lasciato per 4 persone 4 asciugamani grandi e basta .. Lavatrice non funzionante....
• HECTOR S. (4/5): Ubicacion bien el resto no vale - Ubicacion Suciedad, muchas hormigas y mosquitos en el apartamento, colchones para cambiarlos, muchos trastos viejos que acumulan polvo como cuadrod o libros antiguos, cocina antigua repintanda.
• Víctor (6/5): - La amplitud del salón, dormitorios y terraza. Mucha luz en todo el piso. El colchón de la segunda habitación es demasiado incómodo. El baño pequeño es extremadamente pequeño. Muebles, sobretodo de la cocina, bastante viejos, todo repintado de blanco de manera algo cutre, hasta el frigorífico está pintado.

• Kevin (9/5): Superb - Great location and good sized rooms. Everything was clean except for the floors but that was an easy fix. The place for it's size and location was excellent. Sure it's a little dated but all important things were correct. Quite building, hot water, WiFi, comfortable beds, nice balcony. Cold fridge and freezer. The stay wasn't long enough
• Agnieszka (6/5): Pleasant - Close to the old town, big balcony The apartment is nice but needs refurbishment. Very old amenities especially in the kitchen and bathrooms.
• T (1/5): Fire hazard. Not as described. Worst ever customer service I have ever experienced - The location is good for access to the old town This property is a FIRE HAZARD and is not as described on booking.com 1. It presents a health hazard and safety risk. There is NO INTERNAL DOOR HANDLE to exit the property. Instead, you must insert a key into the internal lock and turn it to open the door. In an emergency, you should be able to open the door without needing a key. Because of this, I cut my stay short and left after 2 of my 10 days I'd booked at this property. When I told the property, they did nothing about it, and have chosen to ignore me ever since. 2. The beds are not as described. One room should have two twin beds. It didn't. There was only one double bed in the room. When I told the property about this, they did nothing to put it right. 3. This property has provided the worst booking.com experience I have ever had and I use booking.com a lot. I have given the property over a month to respond and deal with my concerns. They have simply ignored me. I have just had a call with customer support at booking.com and they have sent the property 13 emails. The property has not responded at all. I have asked for a refund for 8 of the 10 nights. I am happy to pay for the nights I stayed there. The property has simply chosen to ignore all my and booking.com messages and emails. I have been very reasonable and waited a month before providing this feedback. I wanted to give the property the opportunity to discuss my concerns and find an amicable resolution. As they have totally ignored me, I wanted to share my experiences with other people who may be thinking of staying at this property.
• Tracey (3/5): Large apartment in great locations. Very noisy neighbors & the place needs a good clean. Beds need updating! - Great location ideal for all the city. Large spacious apartment both bedrooms have own bathrooms so idea for me & daughter to have own space. Balcony has no view but got sun all day. Supermarket very close if you turn left out of main entrance should you need. The noise. The walls are paper thin you feel like the neighbors are living in the same room. Can hear everything they say & do, dog barking next door, cupboards open etc and from above too. Sounds like ceiling coming though. Constant banging from above. The beds- one is like a brick and the other is so squeaky! Didn’t get much sleep. A lot of bugs & ants in smaller bedroom had to spray everything daily. Got bit a lot! The apartment needs a good clean. We had to sweep & mop the entire place as the floor was so dirty. Ants in the kitchen. We kept at bay by cleaning & mopping but no food can be stored in there so we didn’t use the kitchen much. Previous people’s rubbish was still there. No corkscrew or bottle opener so take one if you want a drink on balcony. No plugs for sinks or bath. Check in- you have to collect the keys from a different place. Was t given the key code until 5 mins before boarding plane in the afternoon despite chasing, was panicking a bit as didn’t know if phone would work once in Spain. All good but not organised and a pain to do a detour. Host not very good at replying to anything and no information on anything. No aircon - which wasn’t a problem for us in November but can imagine it gets hot in summer.
