• Gabyy (8/5): Excelente lugar para pasar tu estadías estás en Florencia - Las camas muy confortables. Vajilla completa. Con una ubicación ideal. Está en una zona segura, con muchos bares para visitar. A pocas cuadras del ponte Vecchio que es imperdible Luminaria de bajo voltaje. Falta un poco de luz, pero solo por ser exigente La bañera no tenía mampara por lo cual se mojaba todo el piso cuando nos bañábamos, pero tampoco era un gran problema
• Artem (9/5): - Квартира дуже велика, красива і схожа на музей. Всі зручності присутні. Три телевізора з hdmi. Нормальний інтернет, але і не супер. Джакузі. Слабкий напор води. Гаряча вода не завжди одразу тече, третьому не вистачало гарячої води помитись в душі, навіть при тому що всі дуже швидко мились. Вночі внизу відкриваються нічні бари і стає шумно. Сміх, п'янки таке інше.

Unable to sleep as had to leave windows open to try to get some air however extremely noisy street. Temperature over 35°.
• Stephanie (10/5): Perfect stay for a family or couples in the heart of Florence - The property was beautiful and had everything we needed for our 3 night stay, including complimentary espresso for early morning risers. The apartment was beautifully furnished and beds were comfortable, including the sleeper sofa (good for our teens). Air conditioning was only available in the living room g room and the primary bedroom, but fans were also provided, perfect for our group. We loved the location, we walked everywhere from the train station to major sites like the Uffitzi and Accademia, and had amazing meals in the neighborhood. Try the pizza and Molecola at Berbere, I think it’s the best pizza I’ve ever eaten! The neighborhood is very active into the late evening / early morning hours but it was quiet enough for sleep at any time. We would not hesitate to stay here again.
• Sebastian (10/5): A wonderful stay - Everything was wonderful. The apartment is awesome with old furniture but is at the same time modern and very spacious and is located 10 minutes walk from the Uffizi Galleries
• L (3/5): Non-Kid-Friendly Antique Apartment in Prime Location - The location offered easy access to numerous restaurants, bars, and grocery stores. This property resembles a museum, brimming with antiques and various furnishings. A notable concern is the deteriorating condition of the light fixtures. Additionally, the owner has partitioned a spacious apartment into three or four smaller units sharing a common lobby, creating a considerable security vulnerability; we experienced an intrusion into our room while our children were inside. The environment also contains several non-kid-friendly items, including sculptures and a nude painting displayed on the ceiling. Prospective occupants should be aware that the property's maintenance staff is unmotivated, leading to potentially prolonged repair times.
• Hsiao-ting (5/5): Passable - The apartment is like a small palace with the interior style we like. One thing not appropriate at all. The host insist come to fix the bathtub even though we feel uncomfortable to let workers in because we are away. We formally rejected the request, but hosts still let them in (without our permission). This is very disturbing and we didn't get any apology for this. Instruction to get the key and location need to be more clear.
• Valetri (10/5): Great for a 1 night stay! - - clean, spacious, luxurious, great amenities. It has everything we needed! - the only downside is the night noise, we use earplugs so no problems for us 😝
• Yidan (9/5): Superb - The apartment is like a museum. The host has great taste—the apartment is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The cleaning team was also very professional, and everything was spotless when we arrived. the unit is located above a bar, and it gets extremely noisy on weekends. It would be great if earplugs were provided. We had a hard time sleeping the first night, but things improved a lot after we bought our own earplugs the next day.

• John (8/5): Amazing location - Wonderful location and accommodation was perfect for Florence - full of antiques and period features. Chose it for the over the top decorations, but the pictures were not quite accurate, as the apartment was actually quite dark. Kitchen was small but had everything we needed. The apartment gets quite a lot of street noise - even with all the windows closed. There is a lot of furniture, some of which is broken and tricky to sit on. Also some of the cupboards/ dressers have big chains on - pity as would be better to not have those items that did not work or were chained in the room at all. The host was not particularly communicative, and did not reply to whatsapp or communication on bookings, except for the last day, when we let her know that we forgot to leave money to pay the local taxes!

They were so worried that we might not pay the city tax that they even wrote a message threatening to call the police if we didn’t pay. I’m shocked and very disappointed by their behavior.

The interior was truly stunning, with a perfect blend of classical elegance and historical charm. The living room, with its high ceilings and intricate cornice work, transported us to a different era. The large fireplace and antique furniture gave the space a warm, regal atmosphere, making us feel like we were stepping back into a Florentine palace. The bedrooms followed suit with grand, gold-framed artworks lining the walls and beautifully restored ceilings. The combination of modern comforts and timeless, historical decor created an atmosphere of luxury and serenity. Every detail was thoughtfully curated, and the ambiance of the house allowed us to truly immerse ourselves in the history and beauty of Florence. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a unique, historical stay in the heart of the city.

• Ghosh (10/5): Beautiful apartment, an ideal place to stay in Firenze once logistical issues addressed. - Stunning art collection, in beautiful setting. Location was brilliant, provided you could tolerate noise from late night outdoor revellers. There are shutters on the windows, and this helps. Lockbox code for key collection was difficult, as the details didn't appear to be accessible on the booking.com link at the stated time. Although this is beyond the remit of the host, people should be aware that taxis and Ubers could be extortionate and hard to find. It would be good to have a booklet outlining local facilities with instructions for equipment. The generic automated messages sent out requesting details that had already been submitted and offering to send an invoice, (rather than receipt) were confusing, although something may have been lost in translation.

• Arun (6/5): Pleasant - The living room airco was not working so couldn't sleep. The second bedroom didn't have an airco. Only 1 bedroom was air-conditioned, rest of the rooms were extremely hot so the second couple couldn't sleep. I paid for 2 bedroom so that i have a comfortable stay but unfortunately it was a horrible night of sleep. The room was on the top floor, so it was very hot. All the rooms for rent with similar names are managed by an agency so except zero customer service.

• April (10/5): Elegantly decorated and nice hospitality. - Very nice and comfortable stay! The house is elegantly decorated that gives you a true historical experience in Italy. The super market is right around the corner and walking distance from the train station. The home owner is very nice, patient, and ready to assist with any questions. She was also kind enough to have the AC running so it was nice and cool in the room upon entering. Definitely recommend for your stay in Florance! Thank you so much for the great hospitality!

• Katerina (7/5): Good - No breakfast included It was self catering The appartment was very specious with antic furnitures There was coffee machine ,stove and fridge The first impression was a little disappointed as we arrived late ,the market was close ,and we didn’t found not even a bottle of water in the fridge It was very noisy due to the bars that exist in the area The temperature was high and we have to keep the windows open,so we have noise until late in in the night and early in the morning that the community service cleans the area!!! The worse was that there were some chairs that were completely disdroid,but cover with nice pillows,so the couldnt see it and that causes a painfull accident when my husband wants to sit on one of them Also there were rotten curtains but this doesn’t really matters I have photos of them I know that it was a palazzo but rating with 10 I thing is exaggerating !!

• De (9/5): Historic renaissance style with modern comforts - Absolutely stunning apartment with antique furnishings and ceiling art as well as a fabulous mix of framed pieces and sculptures. Epic fireplace and deep bath. Very comfortable beds and luxury linen. Plenty of coffee pods! Not enough drinking glasses. Only 1 wine glass and 2 tumblers. Plenty of mugs though. WiFi reception not adequate but in fairness, the building was at least 200 years old and all 6 of us were using it at various times. Heating wasn't turned on when we arrived but quickly fixed.

Only 15 minutes or so from the center of Florence for shopping and visiting the museums. With a kitchen, living room, two bedrooms and one bath, it was perfect for us to stay several days. Everything was excellent. We had never stayed at an apartment before, so we were a little confused about the check-in process, but once we understood it was all very good!
