• Agnes (10/5): Great apartment , nice area and views, located veryyyy close to the station for the airport - The apartment was really clean and cozy , very comfortable. Looks as renovated and new The guys at the reception of the building very helpful and informative. Air conditioner was not too good , the weather in Madrid was hot those days and the apartment felt warm at night.

• Dániel (7/5): Good - -Clean and nice. -Good location. -Well equipped. -Some windows weren't closed tightly. -Problems with the wifi connection. -No toilet paper. -Door opening/closing automatic device fell off from the lock. -Didn't get the receipt from the host straight away, had to write and call for weeks. -Poor communication with the guests as others already remarked.

• Edward (7/5): I would consider returning but would check to ensure that the aircon (summer)/heating (winter) works - Great location. Quiet. Excellent for a short-term stay for 2 people. Communication around access to the property was very poor: until we actually stood at the apartment door, we had no idea what the mechanism for getting into the apartment was. This was not an issue as we arrived during the day and could communicate with the owner/manager by WhatsApp. However, it could have been an issue had we arrived very late at night. The owners should communicate with guests, in advance, as to exactly what the access procedure is going to be and exactly what the fallback position is for a very late arrival. Communication during our stay was non-existent. We got in touch to let them know that the air conditioning did not work and that one of the main external windows did not shut. But we did not hear back at all during our entire stay (though they were quick enough to get in touch at the exact time of our check-out, as they had another set of guests doing a bag drop at that moment). "Putting the customer first" did not happen: certain basic things should be foreseen and dealt with if the owners had simply put themselves in the shoes of their customers e.g. communication around entry; air conditioning not working; main external window not closing; lack of small things, such as a rubbish bin, a sheet with basic information on it with information as to local shopping, wifi codes etc; communication around the fact that hot water (which would appear to come from a centralised apartment block heating system) runs out by mid-morning; and the provision of only one set of keys to the apartment. In summary, an excellent apartment for two people; great location; phenomenal transportation links; fantastic shopping nearby, but let down because the owners did not communicate and failed to do the basic Hospitality sector task of putting themselves in the shoes of their customers.
• Marcio (3/5): good location, terrible place to stay - Location is excellent Place was dirty, the air conditioning stopped working and I got awake in the middle of the night in a Sauna. I had to switch the power of the AC on the main shaft off/on and it took 3 hours to cool again. Terrible night of sleep. The pillows are not comfortable and there are no blackout meaning it gets really light early in the morning and you can't sleep. the place was not smelling good and the laundry was also not well maintaned. the sink had a lot of dirty and the stay was far from pleasant.

• Jordi (10/5): Exceptional - Very easy to locate, excellent customer service. We needed an iron and hair dryer and was easily provided, the flat is new and bright. Easy access to city centre by metro. We will definitely stay again in the future.
