Czyste pokoje , skromnie urządzone ale wygodne - Urocze oryginalne otoczenie, możliwość spędzenia czasu poza mieszkaniem na ładnym podwórku , z grillem , ławeczką itp. Duży przestronny apartament. Kuchnia wyposażona we wszystkie naczynia i przyrządy. Byliśmy w 6 osób przez kilka dni,więc miało to znaczenie. Łatwy check in i check out. Nie mieliśmy szansy po sobie posprzątać w oczekiwany przez gospodarzy sposób, gdyż brakowało akcesoriów do utrzymania czystości w apartamencie (szczotka do zamiatania, worki na śmieci). Ale problem został zgłoszony, więc teraz już na pewno doposażą.

Wir wollen nächstes Jahr wieder zu ihren Hof besuchen und hoffen das wir wieder herzlich willkommen sind. Ich wollte sie noch fragen ob es möglich wäre einen Grill mitzubringen? Gibt es auch eine Möglichkeit den Hof für einen gewissen Zeitraum komplett zu mieten? Freuen uns auf nächstes Jahr Lg Julian Bischoff Zu kurz da gewesen

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, immer bereit, bei allem zu helfen. Die Umgebung ist sauber und einladend, insgesamt herrscht eine sehr angenehme und ruhige Atmosphäre.

You can also visit Aquapark (10 minutes) and Phantasialand theme park (30 minutes). We encountered some technical issues in the flat, but they were quickly resolved by the owners. - Stephen (1/5): Worst apartment I have stayed in. Would not book this again. - I didn't like anything about the apartment. It was that bad I only stayed one night. It was suppose to be for 4 nights. The facilities did not work and there was no heating. The only thing I liked was leaving. The information emailed to me with the details of the apartment missed off the number of the apartment, consequently I ended up in the wrong room. The existing oven did not work and you could not switch the oven light off. I had to cover the oven door. The temporary oven I was given was perched on top of the Microwave and some settings on the oven tripped the breaker in the consumer unit. The room was cold because the heating didn't work so I was given a temporary heater. There were 3 single beds in the apartment none of them were comfortable and there was no comfortable chairs to sit down in. The bathroom was colder than the main room and it had this stupid heater in it. These apartments are advertised as holiday apartments. There is no way these are holiday apartments. They need improving and checks should be made to ensure that all the facilities work correctly.

Für mich war es nahe bei meiner Arbeit. Einfach aber sauber und zweckmäßig. Das Parken ist eine Katastrophe! Wer so viele Zimmer hat sollte mehr als 5Parkplätze zur Verfügung stellen. Die meisten Autos stehen irgendwie illegal.

- Sarah (7/5): Overall, very nice. Super staff support! But could use some bug-nets for the windows :3 - The place was cozy and far away from the busy noises of the city. But not too far away from it, since everything was easily accessible via a short 11-minute stroll (small shopping spot with REWE and a Bakery nearby) and the Subway Train, which was driving every 10 minutes. Enough room for everyone, reasonable prices, two refrigerators, a kitchen, a bathroom, four beds AND a couch to sleep on. We could also have food delivered to our place, which enhanced the comfort. Staff was super friendly and even allowed us entry 2 hours before check-in, since our train arrived early. Free Wi-Fi and a TV. Very nice <3 The place was clearly being renovated, which might change the rating if we decide to take this option next year, again. Some walls were bare or had stains from squished bugs on it (should totally paint those over). One window couldn't be leaned (might have been broken by a previous tenant, like the cupboard, which we were informed of, however), and there were no bug nets on any, which means that we couldn't leave windows open for long - otherwise we've got frequently visited by bugs, moths, spiders, flies and mosquitos. Something that totally should be added. The bathroom was a bit smaller than expected, but that's more of a nit-pic, I guess.

- Simom (10/5): Wonderful, welcoming will be returning - Our weekend stay at these apartments was great. The location is genuinely beautiful and well worth the very easy tram ride out of central Cologne. Both gentlemen that run the apartments are very welcoming, helpful and full of local knowledge. I recommend talking to them to find out about the history of the area and where to go. The rooms are clean, relaxing and well looked after. The courtyard is inviting and the location is steeped in history. We are planning on returning to stay here due to how welcome we were made to feel. Also the only lime tree in Cologne :) Thanks for helping us have a great time! Perhaps having adjustable heating or extra blankets for the late part of the evening in the summer would be good as my friend was a little bit cold on the evenings.

Uns hat alles gefallen, auch der Empfang über WhatsApp hat super geklappt. Parkplatz vor der Unterkunft.

- karin (8/5): Verspielter Hof mit süssen deteils - Sehr ruhig, etwas abgelegen und trotzdem alles gut erreichbar. Der Innenhof ist sehr verspielt und romantisch, es gab auch einen Grill, sitzbänke zum verweilen. Hinterm Haus hatten wir noch ein kleines gärtchen mit großem Tisch, Für uns. Die klärgrube richt etwas, allerdings nur am Parkplatz. Der Herd ist etwas tricki denke da würde was falsch verkabelt aber die vorderen 2 Platten gingen nur gemeinsam und die hinteren große Platte nur allein, war etwas umständlich, zudem hätte ich mir ein Schneidebrett gewünscht.

Tout le reste est négatif. La description dans Booking était au moins rusée (pour mon gout mensongère) qui m'a fait croire de venir dans un hébergement spacieux et confortable. - Kristof (1/5): Onaangenaam verblijf , doordat het niet proper was. - De tuin Alles. Was vuil overal. Keuken: microgolfoven en oven plakt van de vettigheid. Badkamer: douche en lavabo niet proper. Overal stof en vuiligheid in de hoeken en op de vensterbanken. Staat zelf water in een pan in de lade. (Heb deze dan ook zo laten staan) wel vriendelijk bij ontvangst, ondanks onze late check in. Gelukkig was het niet lang .
- Bruno (7/5): Idéalement situé et spacieux - Emplacement idéal, au calme, à proximité de 2 terminus de tramway et d'un magasin Aldi. Très beau corps de ferme. Le nombre de chambres (et leur taille) dans le logement. La connexion wifi La propreté des lieux (logement intérieur et jardin extérieur). C'est dommage car le logement est beau (corps de ferme rénové) mais un peu plus d'entretien permettrait de le mettre en valeur. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de coin "séjour". Il y a 5 chambres spacieuses, 1 salle d'eau et 1 SDB mais seulement une pièce cuisine et pas de canapé, ni TV
- André (4/5): Leider nicht sonderlich schön - Die Lage ist sehr gut um sich Köln anzuschauen. Nur 10 Gehminuten zur S-Bahn. Die Wohnung ist schmutzig und ungepflegt. Wir haben uns beim Vermieter beschwert. Er lies die Wohnung zwar am nächsten Tag von einem Mitarbeiter reinigen. Aber der Dreck ist so alt und sitzt so fest, da nützt saugen und wischen nicht mehr. In der Küche sind alle Geräte schmutzig und kleben. Im Kühlschrank waren Krümel von Speiseresten. Der Mülleimer im Bad war nicht geleert. Unter dem Bett lag ein gebrauchtes Taschentuch.

- Alexander (5/5): So, nicht noch einmal. - Der Innenhof Zusammengewürfelte Möbel, keine Deko, sinnfrei gestaltete Räume. Teilweise nicht funktionierende Haushaltsgeräte.

- Dr. Michael (1/5): Nie wieder! So etwas haben wir bisher noch nicht erlebt! Deutlich unter Standard. - Apartment 2: Der Kühlschrank war verdreckt und klebrig, Essensreste waren vorhanden, Gemüsefach schimmlig. Der Herd war dreckig und klebrig. Das Bett musste um ca. 20 cm verrückt werden, damit wir die Badtür öffnen konnten. Der Rauchmelder lag demontiert auf der Fensterbank außerhalb des Apartments. An der Wohnungstür innen hingen noch Krepp-Klebestreifen. Das Mobiliar, mit Ausnahme der Betten, gehört eher auf den Sperrmüll als in eine Ferienwohnung. Elektrokabel hingen isoliert, aber ohne Endgerät von der Decke bzw. von der Wand. Teilweise war der Putz von den Wänden abgefallen. In den Wänden waren größere Löcher unverputzt. Die Duschkabine war schimmlig an den Rändern. Es gab pro Person nur ein kleines Handtuch. Die Parksituation ist unzureichend, da viel zu wenig Parkplätze vorhanden sind und die geparkten Autos standen so in der Einfahrt, dass Notfallfahrzeuge keine Chance gehabt hätten, in das Objekt einzufahren.
- Guest (4/5): would not recommend for a family , its cold and dirty location is poor nothing around in walking distance. - nothing very cold, heating does not work , they had to bring the electric heaters, dirty. nothing around in the middle of the woods.
- Chrizz76 (4/5): Tegenvaller, maar prima als je alleen een goedkope slaapplaats zoekt. - Goed bereikbaar en behulpzame beheerder. Er was (ondanks dat dat wel was vermeld) geen wifi in het appartement, maar de beheerder heeft dat de volgende dag deels verholpen met een extra router. De locatie ziet er leuk uit aan de buitenkant. Het hele appartement was erg vies. Beddengoed was wel schoon (denk ik). Vooral de keuken zag er uit alsof de vorige bewoners na een lang verblijf net waren vertrokken. Er waren 12 bedden, maar het app was zeker niet ingericht op 12 personen. Te weinig serviesgoed, er is geen woonkamer om 's avonds te zitten, een eettafel met slechts 4 stoelen enz.

- Patryk (6/5): - Najładniejsze co tam było, to dwie małe rude wiewiórki co przychodziły po orzechy. Brudno i śmierdzi fekaliami . Dno.
- Anna Lisa (4/5): Sehr enttäuschend und nicht zu empfehlen! - Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage war für uns gut, weil mein Partner dort in der Nähe eine Fortbildung gemacht hat. Der Hof ist von außen sehr schön. Von außen alles sehr schön, aber innen wurden wir echt enttäuscht. Die Zimmer sind nicht gemütlich, schön oder sauber. Als wir ankamen, roch es extrem nach Reinigungsmittel, das Zimmer und der Boden waren eiskalt. Am nächsten Tag haben wir nach der Heizung gefragt, da die im Raum nicht funktionierte. Die Betten sind fürchterlich, nach einem Tag schon hatte ich extreme Rückenschmerzen. Der Ofen war dreckig. Für 4 Nächte über 500€ zu nehmen, ist echt dreist. Zum Schluss soll man alles besenrein hinterlassen - mit welchem Besen bitte??? - Müll entsorgen usw…aber für die Reinigung zahle ich doch!
- Guest (1/5): Wir haben uns eine andere Unterkunft gesucht. Ich konnte meiner neun Monate alten Tochter das nicht zumuten. Geld haben - Die Lage ist ruhig Sehr unsauber, heruntergekommen nicht wie auf den Bildern. Müllsäcke, Mülleimer usw stehen in der Einfahrt, Die Anlage macht einen ungepflegten Eindruck.

- Fischer (3/5): - Es war dreckig, hat gestunken, da Abfluss kaputt/verstopft. In den Zimmern hat es nach Rauch gerochen, somit auch die Bettwäsche. Türen fielen auseinander. Böden dürften schon mehrere Wochen nicht mehr geputzt worden sein.
- Cristina (10/5): - Housemeister claimed we took portable AC from the room, device which we bought in the summer. This acusation was made after we left, claiming he's got picture before and after. We got back showed the receipt and device and he claimed that maybe the manager made the claim... nuts.
- Dana (1/5): Urlaubsbewertung - Das Außengebäude, der Landhausstil Die Innenausstattung ist nichts für einen angenehmen Urlaub. Schlechtes WLAN nichts für Teenager.

- Ewart (6/5): - Locatie was mooi. Lekker rustig, maar met OV is Keulen prima te bereiken. Geen last gehad van andere gasten. Parkeer plek was prima . Appartement was niet goed schoongemaakt. Er lag op meerdere plekken sigaretten as, terwijl het appartement rookvrij zou moeten zijn. Alle brandmelders waren verwijderd, nadat dit gemeld was kregen we 3 brandmelders in de handen gedrukt, deze werden niet door het personeel geïnstalleerd. De verwarming is centraal geregeld en konden we niet zelf aanzetten, hierdoor was het de eerste dag best koud. Wifi was er wel, maar het signaal was zo slecht dat het niet bruikbaar was. Er werd geadverteerd met BBQ faciliteiten, maar er was alleen 1 vieze bbq rooster in het midden van de Plaza. De druk van het warme water valt tegen.

- duckworth (10/5): The place to go if in KÖLN - Wonderful and historical Perfect if you need peace and quiet. The proprietor was helpful and very accommodating. Set in a peaceful woods off the main road that makes easy access for us older folk. Would recommend to all my travel friends.
