- Estrella (1/5): Falta de empatia - La ilusión de haberlo reservado por la ubicación que tiene, cerca de playa y centro. No me gustó la atención al cliente. Íbamos a ir el fin de semana siguiente al accidente de trenes en Córdoba por lo que la vía rápida de trenes se cerró y nuestros billetes cancelados. Lo explicamos al gestor del apartamento para ver si se podía cancelar o cambiar fechas pero no tuvieron empatia con nuestra situación. El precio estaba bien para lo que ofrece pero fue triste que la balanza tiró más hacia lo económico que lo humano en tales circunstancias.

- Silvia (6/5): Si no vas a cuinar res en el piset, i vols proximitat a la platja, potser siga ideal per a tu. - La ubicació és boníssima La cuina és molt menuda, molt justeta d'utensilis. El llit, gens còmode i el sofà tampoc. Molt de soroll del carrer, les finestres no fan un tancat hermètic.

- Tomas (10/5): It was a perfect venue as our comfortable base for days on the beach. - Perfect location, reasonably quiet, sufficient facilities, easy to access the keys. The owner communicated very well and kindly. We really liked our stay and recommend the place.

- Martyna (1/5): Nie polecam, oprócz lokalizacji nic się nie zgadza - Jedynie lokalizacja Nie ma żadnego pozytywu, zdjęcia są przekłamane albo wygenerowane przez AI bo mieszkanie nie jest takie jak na zdjęciach. Żałuję że nie zrobiłam zdjęć faktycznego stanu. Było brudno, okna jak z PCV wszystko słuchać, nie szło spać. Nie było gąbki do zmywania, klimatyzacja nie działała. Brudno, poduszki z gąbki. Musieliśmy wyprać poszwy żeby położyć dzieci. Słabo wyposażone mieszkanie, nie mieliśmy nawet noża do krojenia. Strasznie słabo.

- Tatyana (7/5): Bien - Buena ubicación, cerca del mar. Internet funcionó bien. Dormimos en silencio. El Apartamento olía bien a perfume! La renovación del Apartamento no es nueva, las palomas en el balcón, la ropa de cama es vieja, no hay tendedero.

- Agnieszka (10/5): Jeśli Malaga to nocleg w tym miejscu. - Rewelacyjna lokalizacja. Wszystko na miejscu. Plaża, Deptak, sklepy, jedzenie. Blisko do turystycznych atrakcji na przykład ogród botaniczny. Można pójść na spacer lub do klubu. Na lotnisko ok. 20 minut. Nic mi nie przeszkadzało.

- Val (8/5): Had a wonderful time in Malaga , weather was glorious for our stay - raining on our last day . Apartment close to the Po - Great location, lovely walk to the Port with its vast array of shops, stalls and restaurants , city centre not much further away.quiet area, good choice of local cafes . The property was very clean and near the lovely Malaqueta Beach . Perfect location for the perfect weekend 😊 The shower head kept falling off 🙄 whilst using the shower otherwise no problems . The young man available at the contact number was very helpful helping me access the apartment .

- CARMEN (7/5): - La ubicación excelente Falta de limpieza, muy mala calidad de las toallas, menaje escaso.
- EWA (3/5): Nie polecam. - Lokalizacja Mieszkanie jest brudne i zaniedbane. Żółty od brudu prysznic, odpadające drzwi prysznicowe, czarne fugi, brudna podłoga. Podłoga w całym mieszkaniu była jedynie zamieciona, nic poza tym. Kuchnia również pozostawia wiele do życzenia. Niedomyte naczynia i zardzewiała patelnia, której czas już dawno minął. Do tego zepsuty ekspres do kawy. Mieszkania jest całkowicie niewygłuszone, słychać wszystko co się dzieje na zewnątrz oraz za ścianami. Pomimo doskonałej lokalizacji nad samym morzem, warunki lokalu są fatalne. Nie polecam.

Appartement sale et pas fonctionnel : traces noir sur les murs rideaux portes tv et poussière. Vaisselle et micro ondes pas lavés. Plaque de cuisson qui ne chauffe pas machine a laver hors service télécommande cassée sols sale douche jaunit et sale porte de douche sorti du rail et non fonctionnel tabourets branlants et j en passe ... Toute la nuit on entend les gens au bar restaurant d en bas fenêtres mal isolées . Annonce appartement mensongère et pas moyen de négocier avec un mr( luis) qui fait la sourde oreille . Photo de l annonce qui ne correspond pas a celui de l appartement que l on a eu .

- Buttner (5/5): Passable - Location. Check in was very poor. No key was provided for door to apartment block. Had to call host, who got back to me and said," that cleaner took it", washing machine did not work, etc.
- Nina (10/5): Exceptional - The accommodation is in a great location, directly on the beach. Very clean and nicely decorated space.
- Victor (10/5): Very good. - The washing machine broke and I wasted a couple of hours to retrieve my clothes that were stuck inside the washing machine. I informed the host about the issue. Apart from that, the apartment was excellent and we had a great time. it helps massively that the apartment is beachfront. Great option for going with kids.
- Dasa (5/5): Passable - The location cleanless was poor...we considered the apartment uncleaned (mainly the details - grooves on the windows, corners of the room, dirty curtains and pillows from the sofa that really need washing!, torn curtain, the walls also need to paiint again and so on...). And also the first moment - the front door of the apartment really need to change. There was really strange locking them, which was like on a garage :-/ Also the kitchen equipment was poor (there wasn´t any vine glass for example). And also lack of hot water for showering for two people, not even for four people as we were (the second person had the cold water in shower). Sorry, we travel a lot, but on the photo it looks good, but you also need to care about it really more. The keys were in the box on the apartment door, but the front door on the building was closed and locked up anw no way to get the keys, which were inside the building on the door on the 6th floor...Fortunately, somebody came in and opened for us. Then the keys from apartment were on its door, so then it was ok the next days.

- Władysław (5/5): Passable - Location is great Booking was for 3 people, on the day we've arrived there were no linen for the 3rd person. Water heating was off I couldnt get instructions how to turn it on so took us a while to discover how to turn it on. The sofa is so dirty, its disgusting.
- Constantin (9/5): One step from Malagueta beach. - Location Electronic link for the main entrance did not work. Once you get inside the building and get the apartment keys, you can use the building key to get inside.

- Haaris (8/5): Very good - The host was very helpful despite us not meeting in person. Throughout my stay he assited any queries on booking.com chat service and was very accomodating. The location was really good being right opposite Malguetta beach and also local shops. The smell in the bathroom coming from the drainage system was disappointing however i find this is a common issue in spain
