- John Villabona (8/5): Cómodo y seguro - El hostal está ubicado en un sector muy comercial, se lograba realizar compras rápido por las cercanías (D1, ARA, Farmatodo, Dólar City, Panamericana, Centro Comercial, entre otros) una zona segura, fácil de transitar y de ubicarse, con ciclovía y bicicletas de alquiler en un parque a pocos metros. Contaba con buena conexión de internet por WiFi; El baño tenía ducha de agua caliente y fría, papel higiénico, jabón, shampoo, toalla, La atención de maravilla, el señor Juan es un excelente anfitrión. La habitación contaba con utensilios de cocina para 2 personas, horno microondas, estufa, nevera (Me ahorré dinero, compré para preparar) Lo que menos me gustó fue la TV, porque solo tenía canales de aire, contaba con internet, pero, no se lograba conectar a todas las APP de suscripciones pagas (Solo Netflix) De resto todo Excelente.

- Joseph (8/5): - The staff were very accommodating, I had a PC with me and the WiFi was very poor signal, they lead an ethernet cable up to the room from the router downstairs. They didn't have to do this but it was good to see that they went the extra mile. They did change the outside door combination a few days before I left and didn't inform me, it wasn't a big deal, but being locked out of the building I was paying for didn't need to happen.

Luego cuando le dije que no parecía la reserva que habíamos hecho me dijo que en el otro hotel probablemente ya estaba lleno y por eso me habían mandado aquí, y le dije que nos diera soluciones a lo que me dijo que me busque otro hotel, siendo más de las 3:30 am, y estando ya pagado el alojamiento. Pésimo trato, pésimo servicio, no vengan a este lugar. Finalmente las habitaciones que nos dio como solución no eran nada similar a las de la oferta

Si bien, nos dio la posibilidad de cancelarlo sin ningún costo e insistió en esta opción más de una vez, sabíamos que podría ser complejo conseguir otro lugar a último momento teniendo en cuenta que había un concierto en esa semana. La habitación que nos proporcionaron no era si quiera un poco parecida a la que habíamos reservado. El lugar al menos es limpio y cumple con las funciones básicas.

Nada me gustó, fueron pocos profesionales, booking tomó mi tarjeta y el dinero para asegurar la reserva y el hotel no lo aceptó que tenía que volver a pagar y no le dieron acceso a mi hijo a la habitación sino pagaba doble, booking los contacto y ne a ellos le aceptaron el reclamo, además las paredes de las habitaciones están deterioradas, la pintura, las sábanas sucias, huele a humedad, nada en comparación col las fotos no vayan allí, lo barato aveces sale caro.

NO recomiendo en absoluto este lugar, la atención al cliente es pésima, además el personal casi que te grita al hablar, son super desaseados, te indican que tu debes ser el que debe limpiar la habitación, el respaldar de la cama se muestra azul en las fotografías pero en realidad es practicamente negro del mugre que tiene, las camas super antihigienicas, tienen gatos y siempre huele a eses de gato, varias veces le contestaron de una manera arrogante a mi mama y a mi persona, no cumple con las medidas de higiene y salubridad, NO entiendo como el Ministerio de salud no ha cerrado estas negligentes, putrefactas línea hotelera!! Complemente insatisfecha..!

- Agnieszka (1/5): - Hard to say, since we were moved to another property, apparently due to a renovation. We were not informed and we were told to go to another place ONLY because we called to ask if we can come a bit later due to customs at the airport. So we didn't get to see the Manzini Suits, but we can speak for the other place - disguisting. 1. Nothing in the room looked like on the photo (even after going to the site of the actual place they brought us). From a cute spot with a nice taste we landed in a stinky room that the only reason we would ever stay there would be if someone hosted us there for free out as a favor in a desperate times. 2. It smelled like humidity caused by still invisible mold covered by cheap, chlorium smelling chemicals. 3. The floors were STICKY 4. There was no toilet paper. 5. The couch is filthy, as if no one maintaind it for years 6. And the cherry on cake, ladies and gentleman... when in desperation and exhaustion after 24h of travel we decides to sleep there, it turned out that there is a solid STAIN on the bedsheet. 7. We tried covering it with thw towels at first, but the towels turned out to be even worse, being stiff and decoloured as if the last time of their glory was in early 2000s. We are not luxorious, we travelled to very questionable places in the world but we were never disguisted as much that we would want to sleep in full clothing not to touch anything. So we went to the receptionist (nice guy, not his fault and trying to fix it somehow..). He gave us new towels and new sheet that he said he wont change for us. Fine by us, we are no royalties. But when we did change it, there was someones hair on the sheet.. We didn't sleep at all. In the morning, when trying to at least take a shower of course, the water was freezing cold. At this point it might not be a surprise - we packed our stuff and contacted the receptionist asking for the refund of the remaining nights (3 out of 4). Again, receptionist tried takjing to the owners, they said they will not refund. Of course, at this point not only we lost the money, but they had it extra and could fool another guests. DO NOT GO THERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTAnCES. Ps. Additionally, we got a message from the place asking us not to write a negative message and eventually told booking we didnt check in.

Nada en lo absoluto, tenía mi reserva y todo bien hasta que llegue al Aeropuerto, me comunique para confirmar la dirección ya qué por Boocking aparecía una Pero por Google maps era otra y la sra que me atendió me dijo que me iba a ofrecer otros alojamientos porque Boocking siempre reservaba varias veces el mismo lugar. Los que me envió se veian en muy mal estado me envió varias opciones que valían mucho menos y no hubo una mejor solución. NO ME ALOJE EN ESTE LUGAR TUVE QUE BUSCAR DE ÚLTIMO MOMENTO OTRO HOTEL y me salió más costoso por hacerlo a última hora. Genere reclamos pero no hubo solución de la aplicación y ya lo que sería lo último día de alojamiento me escriben para que no les de mala calificación o ellos también me califican mal a mi les reclamé Pero lo que hicieron fue cancelar la reserva alegando que no me presenté

- Riascos (1/5): Muy desagradable - Lo único que podemos rescatar fue que cuando llegamos el joven que nos atendió fue muy amable y atento, en el cuarto que llegamos no había jabón, papel, esponja de lavar y nos lo llevó en un momento. Al otro día te que cambiaron turnos ya la atención cambió demasiado. La verdad fue una experiencia nada agradable, platos mal lavados con comida pegada, había una fuga en el lava platos que molestaba, olía a humedad y a cañería. Las camas muy incómodas y tendidos sucios Lo que muestran en sus fotos de booking no tiene nada que ver a donde nos quedamos. Deberían ser sinceros con lo que enseñan ya que veníamos de muy lejos y nuestra intención era quedarnos a descansar en un lugar agradable pero nos decepcionó mucho la estadía en Bogotá.

- Carolina (7/5): - El apartamento tenía todo lo que uno podría necesitar para cocinar, dormir, estaba completo. Las personas que atienden son demasiado amables, te hacen sentir como en casa. Realmente las fotos son una cosa y el lugar otra. Soy muy alérgica y la humedad si estaba fuerte.

- Jose Omar (8/5): - Es un sitio muy bien ubicado hace fácil llegar a cualquier punto en la ciudad, es tranquilo no hay ruido , también proveen shampo y jabon liquido es un plus. El inmueble tiene varios años de construcción por ende tiene olor a humedad la cual se siente desde que se ingresa al inmueble

- karol Andrea (5/5): - La ubicación es muy buena y en general se siente bastante seguro El aseo era bastante regular, no nos dieron papel higiénico ni cobijas y teniendo en cuenta el clima de Bogotá la pasamos bastante mal y consideramos que es algo indispensable, no nos comunicamos ya que nos dimos cuenta bastante tarde, pero si seria bueno que lo incluyeran sin tener que pedirlo

- K (1/5): Awful experience - don't stay here - The manager Alex tried to fix things. The leaking roof, the shaddy people staying there (underage prostitutes and drug dealers), the location is not great (many security concerns) and the room is not comfortable at all and does not look anything like the pictures. I felt so uneasy and was unable to sleep due to the leaking roof, that I decided to leave after one night. Although they agreed and promised they would reimburse me for the other nights, they haven't. This type of establishments should not be on Booking, they don't meet even basic standards.
