• Maria Fernanda (4/5): - We had a power outage and we were in the darkness for almost 2 hours, the staff didn't give us the proper instructions to reset the power. They offered us a bottle of wine in order to apologize for the inconveniences and we never received it. The staff were rude with us, the apartment had an unpleasant smell and was dirty. There weren't all the facilities and amenities they offer on the web.
• Georgi (4/5): - Нямаше нещо за харесване Апартамента е мнооого влажен, мирише на мухъл, пише че има 2 бани, а е една баня и една тоалетна. Няма Wi-FI. Климатиците не работят, хладилника също, течеше вода от него из цялата стая. Домакина го снима и не предприе нищо повече. Няма никаква посуда в кухнята, трябваше да молим за чаши, гъба и препарат за съдове. Много неприветливо място… Силно НЕ препоръчвам!
• Giovanni (1/5): NON CONSIGLIATO - La posizione Una volta arrivati in struttura, erano predisposti solo 4 posti letto. Il quinto posto è stato aggiunto dopo qualche ora. In pratica era un materassino da 2/3 cm appoggiato su un divano , senza rete o doghe. È presente umidità ovunque, la pulizia inesistente, lenzuola e asciugamani molto datate. Non lo consiglio
• Ilaria (6/5): - la posizione Purtroppo la casa era maleodorante, soprattutto in una camera c'era puzza di fogna.
• MICHELANGELO (8/5): Quattro giorni a Firenze.... - Appartamento comodo e confortevole per quattro persone. Privacy per due coppie. Pulito ed essenziale ,si capisce che rinnovato di recente. Situato a 15 minuti a piedi dal centro ed in zona ben servita. Il bagno di servizio collocato in una delle camere è davvero piccolo e mal posizionato. Purtroppo risalgono odori dall' impianto fognario, si presume non vi sia valida installazione che,anche con porta chiusa si avvertono.

• Mariaconcetta (9/5): Ottimo - Casa moderna e spaziosa, zona molto tranquilla e vicinissima ad uno dei bar, a mio parere, più buoni di Firenze Bagno di servizio un po’ troppo piccolo
• Loddo (7/5): Media - Ottima posizione, servita da mezzi Unica pecca non c'è possibilità di stendere nulla , in quanto è piano interrato, infatti c'è puzza di chiuso
