• Sean (4/5): Disappointing, expected a clean and working apartment given the expense. Location was the only good - The location of the apartment and the sauna. The keys were not in the key box on time, we were made to wait in the cold for almost 20 minutes after the stated time. The apartment hadn’t been cleaned, there was red onion chopped all over the drawers in the kitchen and dirt and dust around the sofa. We also had only 2 forks - were were a family of 3. Also the dishwasher was on when we arrived, completely full - meaning we couldn’t have a hot drink and we had to unload dishes - on holiday! Also the toaster did not work.

Prima di prenotare avevo letto alcune recensioni in cui veniva segnalato il cambio di indirizzo dell’appartamento all’ultimo momento. Proprio per questo ho contattato il locatore chiedendo esplicitamente rassicurazioni. Mi è stato assicurato che l’appartamento e l’indirizzo indicati su Booking sarebbero stati esattamente quelli prenotati. Nonostante ciò, un’ora prima del check-in mi è stato comunicato il cambio totale dell’appartamento e della posizione, creando forte disagio e dimostrando totale mancanza di correttezza, soprattutto considerando che avevo concordato tutto in anticipo anche via email. Inoltre avevo chiesto se fosse presente il sapone per la lavatrice e mi era stato confermato di sì. All’arrivo ho trovato del detersivo già nel cestello e inizialmente ho pensato a una gentilezza. In realtà ho scoperto che la lavatrice era inutilizzabile perché mancava un pezzo fondamentale per la chiusura dello sportello. Ho segnalato subito il problema, inviando anche un video come prova, così da poter capire se poterla utilizzare in qualche modo ma ho ricevuto risposta solo il giorno successivo, quando ormai avevo già lasciato definitivamente l’appartamento. Quindi quel sapone era lì perché anche gli inquilini prima di me avevano provato ad utilizzarla e non per gentilezza del locatore. Comunicazione tardiva, informazioni non veritiere e servizi promessi ma non funzionanti. Alla luce di quanto accaduto, non consiglio assolutamente questa struttura.

• Maggie (7/5): Nice apartment, mediocre letting agency - The flat itself was nicely decorated, quiet and clean. It was located near the centre and in the vicinity of a bus stop/supermarkets. The beds were comfortable and the facilities modern including a good size sauna, nice sitting area and an open shower. Unfortunately the agency that is in charge of the property seems to be focused purely on profit, not the experience of their customers and was not accommodating at all. They did not leave the key at the property for us and we had to walk for 15mins to the town centre upon late arrival from the airport, in cold weather with our luggages. They then required us to drop the key off at that same inconvenient location on the day of our departure. They would not let us check out a bit later than 11am free of charge and asked for a €10 for every additional hour which we declined. We were also told to take out the rubbish and strip the bed even though they have a cleaner who is employed to clean the property (and despite different instructions inside the property). All the above really affected our experience at this overall nice apartment and we would not choose to stay there again knowing that the rental company does not really care about their customers, and seems to only care about their own comfort.
