- Carolina (5/5): Passable - Bed was comfortable. Location was close to the city center by bus or train. Not many things in the surroundings. Very difficult to contact the owner to have the keys. They were unresponsive until the last minute. BEWARE that I noticed the apartment is duplicated in booking so several families/people were left out because they booked the exact dates as I was staying! I guess I was lucky to arrive first. I would not recommend to book until this is sorted as you may end up spending your first day on the phone with booking.
- Andy (4/5): Host was uncommunicative, would not stay again. - The location was the best part of the stay and the apartment was clean. Communication with the host was extremely poor. We never received any check-in instructions which was frustrating and stressful as we were traveling from another country. Furthermore, there was no information provided regarding wi-fi, how to use the television, and what sort of responsibilities were expected upon checkout.
