• Mayra (7/5): Die Lage ist Top! Die Zimmer sind auf einen Kurztrip super. Auch als Familie. - Gut Leider wurde ein Zimmer von den Reinigungskräften vergessen, was die Ankunft etwas gedämpft hat, aber es wurde am nächsten Tag behoben.
• Franz (6/5): Für ein Kurztrip ohne Absicht zu kochen war es ok. - Guter Anschluss an die U-Bahn, ruhige Lage Im Bad Wc Brille locker, insgesamt sehr eng, sitzen am Wc erschwert da der Waschtisch mit Unterschrank im Weg war. Dusche lief nicht ab und aus dem Abfluss hat es unangenehm gerochen. Eisfach im Kühlschrank komplett zugefroren also unbrauchbar. Staubige Möbelstücke und leere Schachteln(Deko??)

• Emre Tevfik CAMPINARI (10/5): A Wonderful Basic Accommodation for Families near a top Attraction - The apartment offers basic accommodation in a very good location. The value for money was quite good. It meets all your needs at a reasonable price. The interior was clean, tidy, and all the details were thought of. There was a large bed and a double bunk bed. The beds were clean. There were plenty of towels and toiletries. There was a kitchen counter, enough kitchenware (including a coffee machine), and a dining table for four opposite the kitchen counter. The apartment manager responds to your messages instantly, supports you in every matter, and is a very kind person. There weren't any negative aspects. However, I would like to make two suggestions: it would be better if they provided slightly firmer and more comfortable cushions. Also, they could address some minor shortcomings such as adding a pasta strainer and garbage bags to the kitchen counter.
• Géraldine (7/5): - Der Gastgeber Daniel hat sofort regiert, als ich ihm eine Frage per Whatsapp gestellt habe. Das fand ich sehr gut. Das Appartment ist klein aber modern eingerichtet und gemütlich. Da ich tagsüber unterwegs war, war das vollkommen ausreichend. Wenn man allerdings im Zimmer essen möchte, fehlt ein Stuhl. Das Appartement ist vom Standort her sehr gut gelegen (12 Min. zu Fuss bis zum Schönbrunn Park) aber die Haslikgasse ist eigentlich eine Strasse, die sehr befahren ist. Da die Fenster nicht dreifach verglast sind, war es in der Nacht sehr laut. Ich hatte Ohrstöpsel. Somit war das OK aber wie gesagt sehr laut.

• Megan (9/5): Easy access for an enjoyable stay - The apartment was close to the metro with easy access to the city. The kitchenette was well stocked with everything needed to prepare meals. The metro and a supermarket is in close walking distance. Only comment is that if you are a light sleeper the early morning traffic may be bothersome.

• Georg (3/5): Nächstes Mal in Wien wo anders. - Lage und Bahnanbindung Nach häufigen Buchungen über Booking ist dies meine erste Beschwerde: Bei Ankunft in der Unterkunft merkten wir, dass wir anstelle des gebuchten 15m2-Zimmers nur 10m2 (inklusive Bad und Küchenzeile) zugeordnet bekommen haben. Zudem roch das Zimmer leider leicht schimmlig, die Türklinke ins Bad fiel ab und der WLAN-Router funktionierte nicht. Auf Nachfrage bzw. Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Gastgeber erfolgte einzig die Zuteilung eines neues WLAN-Zugangs. Insgesamt und zu diesem hohen Preis leider sehr enttäuschend!
• Marek (9/5): Pěkný ale malinkatý apartmánek. - Vše bylo hezké, čisté. Postel pohodlná, k dispozici rychlovarná konvice, kávovar na kapsle (kapsle si ale musíte sehnat sami), dřez, nádobí a lednička. Plusem je určitě i smartTV. Výborná dostupnost, apartmán se nachází hned u stanice metra. Apartmán je hrozně malinkatý, pro jednu osobu to bylo více méně dostačující ale dvě osoby by mohly mít už problém. V apartmánu bylo poměrně chladno. Na zdi byl termostat, ale jelikož bylo topení pravděpodobně vypnuté, tak bylo úplně jedno co jste si tam nastavili. V koupelně je pouze malé umývátko, nikoliv plnohodnotné umyvadlo a chybí topný žebřík.

It has a small kitchen that allows you to cook the basics and everything was really clean. The location is also great, super close to the subway. We were unlucky with the weather so we had to spend a lot of time in the room, which is quite small. But nothing that they could do about it of course!

• Jozsef (10/5): Nice place. Good value for money. - Excellent location next to U4 metro station. Nice building, clean, well equipped apartments (we booked 3 apartments). We loved the small garden terrace. Good access to any sightseeing of the city. Car parking information was very poor (I would say nothing). We thought it was free on the street and got a penalty after half an hour parking. We understood from a local guy that parking ticket should have been bought in a Trafik/Tabak (or mobile app). We did it, but it was valid for max 2 hours and was very expensive. So, finally we park the car at a P+R quite far away. More info about parking in Vienna is needed.

Pakastimen ovi oli rikki, joten jääkaapissa olevat ruuat jäätyivät. Tyynyt olivat melko huonot. Paistinpannu oli käyttökelvoton irtoavan pinnoitteen takia. Olohuoneessa voisi olla sohva.
• Andreea (9/5): Cosy apartment and great location - The apartment looked nice and had everything we needed (the kitchen was very well equipped). It was clean and the location was great, 15 minutes walking from Schonbrunn, also 100m close to the metro station. At night it was a bit noisy, because the windows didn't isolate very well, but we got used to it after the first night.

• boucard (7/5): Bien placé, très bien décoré, mais il mérite des fenêtres insonorisées et un système occultant - le design, la proprete , l'aménagement du studio, la salle de bain. c'est un emplacement correct car il est placé à proximité de la ligne U4 et d'un petit supermarché Mais, les fenêtres ne sont pas assez insonorisées. On entend le bruit des voitures la nuit. c'est gênant car 'appartement est situé à quelques mètres d'un axe de circulation. De plus, il y a des rideaux épaix, mais la lumière passe au dessus( la forme est ondulée) et la lumière passe aussi sur le coté. La lampadaire sont allumés toute la nuit. donc il est difficile de dormi dans le noir. L'appartement est parfait sauf sur ces deux points. Il n'y a pas de volets, peut etre que ces une exigence pour la batiment. Dommage cela couperait un peu le son et la lumière. Il y a mon sens un investissement à prévoir fenêtres insonorisées et stores occultant de haut en bas. Cher propriétaire, votre appartement serait vraiment parfait avec ces points résolus! Bonne continuation.
• Κωνσταντινα Ε. (9/5): - Ο Daniel, ήταν εξαιρετικός και πολύ βοηθητικός. Ήταν πάντα διαθέσιμος στο να μου απαντήσει στα μηνύματα του και να διευθετήσει ότι προέκυπτε με ευγένεια και επαγγελματισμο. Το δωμάτιο ήταν πεντακάθαρο κι,αν και μικρό, πολύ βολικό. Η τοποθεσία ήταν άψογη με το μέτρο λίγα βήματα πιο πέρα. Ήσυχη σαν περιοχή και γύρω γύρω όλα όσα μπορεί να χρειαστεί κανείς. Ήταν πραγματικά value for money αλλά αν έπρεπε να προτείνω κάποιες αλλαγές θα ήταν ίσως τα μαξιλάρια και το κομμάτι της αλλαγής στις σακούλες στα καλαθάκια του μπάνιου κ της κουζίνας.

• Hannes (9/5): wirklich sehr empfehlenswert! - habe wegen problemen bei einer anderen unterkunft kurzfristig diese gebucht und war äußerst zufrieden! kommunikation im vorfeld passend. informationen zum checkin kamen früh genug. unterkunft sah genauso aus wie auf den fotos. es war wirklich sehr gut eingeheizt, was im winter nicht unwesentlich ist. mehr als ausreichend handtücher vorhanden. ubahn ist quasi gegenüber, dadurch ist man rasch im zentrum. gute qualität beim wlan. wenn ich schon was finden soll: geschirrspüler war noch vom letzten waschgang beladen. ich hab das einfach ignoriert weils mir nicht super wichtig war.

• Katherina (10/5): Ottima soluzione per passare pochi giorni a Vienna - Posizione ottima. 1 min a piede dalla metro. Camera molto ben riscaldata e attrezzata con tutto il necessario. La cucina è veramente MOLTO piccola (lo sapevamo dalle foto, ma siamo rimasti sorpresi). Non siamo riusciti a cucinare, ma solo a fare colazione con qualcosa di pronto che tenevamo in frigo.

• Laura (9/5): Top Lage - Anfangs funktionierte das WLAN nicht, doch nach kurzer Rücksprache mit dem Vermieter wurde das Problem sehr schnell behoben. Das Apartment war etwas kleiner als erwartet, aber für eine person vollkommen ausreichend. In Küche und Bad war alles notwendige vorhanden. Außerdem ist die U-Bahn-Station nur ca. 3 Gehminuten entfernt und die U-Bahn fährt im Schnitt alle 3 Minuten. Auch das Schloss Schönbrunn ist nur 2 U-Bahn-Haltestellen entfernt. Die Apartments sind im Erdgeschoss und das Fenster ging bei mir leider zur Straße raus, sodass der Autoverkehr recht gut hörbar war. Auch scheinen die Wände nicht sehr dick zu sein, da auch der Fernseher aus dem Nebenzimmer hörbar war.

• peter (4/5): The owner tries, but this 'flat' (number one, by the way) is to be avoided. - The mini-fridge didn't work on arrival. A phone call to the owner and the fridge was replaced the next day, with a complimentary bottle of wine. Easy access to local public transport (U-Bahn) , trams and buses. But that applies to practically anywhere in Vienna The room was miniscule, the double bed took up half the room. Opening the window or drawing the curtains involved stepping up and walking across the bed - frankly dangerous for anybody elderly. The one folding table was very high when up, the single stool was very low, so you need to be a baby giraffe to eat from it (I ate standing up). The cooking facilities, cutlery and crockery were very basic. To cook you need to fetch a 1-ring induction stove from a high wall cupboard. The floor heating didn't work, it was warmer in the corridor than in the 'flat'. The TV only shows streaming services, so if you don't have e.g. a Netflix account, it's useless. Flat is on main road, so it can get very noisy in the rush-hour even with the window closed.

• tpint10 (1/5): Dirty, not cleaned at all! NOT recomended! - Location is near Schonbrunn. We have booked this apartment to rest afternoon with kids. Apartment was not cleaned at all. There was dirty sheets with stains on it, dirty carpet in bathroom, some others hair all over floor, and on pillows, full bucket of garbage! We called imidiatley owner, and he sent cleaning lady which came after one hour, and cleaned apartment, but we booked this apartment from 3p.m. to rest children afternoon, that we can go after that on advent. So we missed advent because kids was so tired, and cannot walk on advent. Owner just appologized, he did not offer a refund nor anything in return. Really dissapointed! NOT recomended!

• Claudia Chiara (9/5): - La posizione è fantastica, proprio a pochi passi dalla metro, comodissima per arrivare in centro e muoversi per la città. L'appartamento era piccolo ma con tutto ciò che serve, va benissimo per soggiorni brevi. Molto carina anche la piastra che si può usare come fornello per cucinare. Siccome l'appartamento è molto piccolo, c'è un'unica grande finestra davanti al letto, con tende oscuranti, perciò molto spesso era necessario tenere accesa la luce artificiale.

L’appartamento è accogliente ma occorrerebbe avere delle accortezze in più… Non essendoci la pulizia sarebbe opportuno inserire una scopa è una paletta all’interno dell’appartamento. Inoltre la porta principale dovrebbe aprirsi solo con il codice digitato invece era sempre aperto.. non molto sicuro. Per il resto il personale è stato davvero molto gentile e ha risposto a tutte le mie domande.

• Kristýna (9/5): Ubytování doporučuji. Pro naší příští cestu do Vídně bychom volili opět toto ubytování. - Umístění ubytování bylo perfektní, blízko metra, blízko Schönbrunn. Vybavení bylo plně dostačující. Obchod s potravinami hned za rohem. V koupelně špatně odtékala voda ve sprchovém koutě. Jinak bylo vše v pořádku.

• Benjamim (9/5): Nice and conenvient (family) apartment - Excellent location near Schönbrunn, i.e. for the Tiergarten Schönbrunn. The U-Bahn is very close. It's right next to a busy road, but with windows closed that's fine and after a long day in the city we slept really well.
• Fritz (8/5): Kleines aber feines Appartement - Eine tolle Lage, fußläufig zum Schloss Schönbrunn und nur Minuten zur U-Bahn. Insgesamt gepflegt und gut in Schuss. Zuvorkommendes Team, wir durften beispielsweise unsere Koffer auch über die Check Out Dauer im Zimmer lagern. Unser Appartement war sehr klein und bestand praktisch nur aus einem Flur mit kleiner Küche und einem Zimmer mit Bett. An sich kein Problem, aber wenn man wie wir auch an zwei Abenden kochen wollte und dann kein richtiger Tisch zur Verfügung steht, ist es etwas ärgerlich. Gerade über den schmalen Flur und das Bett, das nur von einer Seite zu betreten ist, sollte man bescheid wissen.

• Zuzana (8/5): - Cena, čistota, pohodlná matrace, velmi blízko u Schönbrunnu, dobré spojení do centra. Přízemí (ale je avizováno v popisu), špatně fungující dveře do koupelny, nevyklizená myčka.

• Dreßler (8/5): - Das Appartement und das Badezimmer waren sehr sauber. Es gibt einen Fernseher und eine kleine Küche. Check in und out waren unkompliziert. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt jedenfalls weiterzuempfehlen. Für mehr als 2 Personen wäre es etwas eng, das hat mich persönlich aber nicht betroffen. Der einzige Nachteil ist die direkte Lage an der Hauptstraße, da wird es morgens sehr früh laut. Für das Preisleistungsverhältnis aber trotzdem top!

• Tihomir (10/5): - Sve pohvale! Jednostavna i laka komunikacija sa domacinom,udobnost,veličina i sadržaj smeštaja zaslužuju najvecu ocenu. Higijena i nephodan mir tokom boravka ispunjavaju uslove za visoku ocenu. Blizina dobro snabdevenih marketa i metro stanice..jednostavno 10. Od smeštaja do metroa 3 min.pešačenja,javni parking veoma blizu.Vodite računa da neostavljate kola na ulici dozvoljeno je kratko zadržavanje možete dobiti kaznu. Iako se smestaj nalazi blizu saobracajnice, imate potpuni mir z smeštaju.Sve u svemu preporuka! Ništa

• Travel With Andreea (9/5): 1 night stay - The location is very close to the metro station and Schonbrunn gardens. The flat although extremly small has all the facilities from microwave, plates, glasses and all you need if you want to cook. It was very clean. A little bit too small.

• Ilse (10/5): Cozy and comfortable - Cozy and comfortable, I traveled with my family and we really enjoyed the place. It Is super easy to enter to the building and it is located near to a ubahn station. They were super nice hosts:)
