- Annette (9/5): Great place at a great price - Good size, clean space. Comfortable bed. Easy parking. Only small things. It would be good to have a fitted sheet - the flat sheet was a bit small for the bed and kept untucking. Yellow staining around plug hole in shower a bit unsightly.

- Wendy (9/5): Great apartment with suggestions for improvement. - Good location with an easy walk to Chelmsford, where there was great shopping and plenty of food outlets. Nice apartment. Mostly very clean. At other places, there has been information left re the local area, how to use TV, and appliances and how to dispose of rubbish as this varies greatly between counties and Scotland. There was a fair bit to sign off on before booking could be completed, over and above Booking.com, so that was off-putting. The lounge chair was grubby, so perhaps a cover could have helped if it couldn't be cleaned. I say this as constructive criticism as we did really like the apartment and do recommend it.

- Riya (7/5): Pleasant but property could do with some more guest amenities for an easier stay. - The Property was newly refurbished and modern and great location for Hylands House. There was a few things missing - towels, milk, there was only one toilet roll, only enough sugar to make 1 tea (property says they provide milk, sugar and toilet roll for the stay)The Property could use some better curtains or blinds as the current blinds do not block any sunlight. There was also a lot of noise from building works happening downstairs and no pre-warning of this.
