• Christina (10/5): - In diesem supergemütlichen Urlaubs-Zuhause hat uns die Lage sehr gut gefallen. Der kleine Balkon und das Grün bis in das oberste Stockwerk haben den ganzen Aufenthalt in der gemütlichen Wohnung bezaubernd gemacht. Zu Fuss ist alles, was wir sehen und erleben wollten, erreichbar gewesen.
• zoran (10/5): - Odlicna lokacija svega par minuta hoda od Centra grada, parking 200 m od apartmana. Domacin ljubazan. Apartman cist, prostran i odlicno opremljen. Parking se naplacuje 22 eura po danu, te je preuzak za obitelji sa vecim automobilima.
• Guest (10/5): A lakás nagyon szép és hangulatos. - Nagyon szép lakás, jól felszerelve, hangulatos belső udvarra néző terasz. Rendkívül jó helyen van, közel mindenhez. A házigazda nagyon kedves. A hálószobákban éjszakára nem lehetett eléggé besötétíteni, ez minket nagyon zavart az alvásban, a nappaliban ahol a kanapéágy volt, pedig egyáltalán nem lehetett besötétíteni. A Booking oldalon az szerepelt, hogy van parkolás az Apartmanhoz 10-12 Eur/nap áron. Ez sajnos nem igaz. A mellette lévő parkolóházban kellett parkolnunk 24 EUR/nap áron.
• Zarma92 (10/5): - Appartement très bien situé dans Graz, très bien équipé avec un hôte disponible et aux petits soins pour les personnes qui y séjournent.
• Roman (10/5): - Прекрасный апартамент. Уделено большое внимание к деталям и чистоте. Хозяин добрый и отзывчивый. Есть замечательная терасса. Парковка для авто действительно рядом с апартаментом и ей удобно пользоваться. ( в парковке есть таблички с инструкциями их нужно просто сфотографировать и перевести через гугл переводчик надписи с немецкого на свой язык и все будет понятно) Локация апартамента очень хорошая, все находится в пешей доступности. ( если вы на Автомобиле, то вначале паркуйте авто и потом уже идите к апартаменту, остановиться перед дверью подъезда дома нельзя. Везде хорошие тротуары и проблем с чемоданами не возникнет) Замечательное место и город! Рядом много кафешек и ресторанчиков на любой вкус!
• Craig (10/5): Wonderful - Exceptional host! We arrived by car at the location and the host helped us with the bags and gave directions to the parking garage. There was water, wine, coffee and snacks ready for us. The apartment was very clean and the bed was amazing. Location is very close to the center. If we go back to Graz we will definitely return to this apartment if available. Nothing that we disliked but things we should note. 1. If arriving by car, get directions to the parking garage (next street) and park there before locating the apartment. 2. 3 flights of stairs but there is a lift
• Laura (10/5): A pretty and perfect flat !! - Beautiful apartment, top notch service- our host helped us with our luggage in the rain and couldn't have been more gracious and kind. A chilled bottle of white wine upon arrival was most appreciated, and we all had the best sleep in the very comfortable beds Nothing to dislike. Beautiful, comfortable, centrally located - a perfect stay.
