• Sarah (10/5): Lovely cosy apartment - The hosts were lovely. The apartment was cosy and kitchen well equipped for self catering. Nice touch of water in fridge on arrival and washing up liquid and toiletries available. It was lovely sitting on the balcony in the evening watching the sun set behind the hills (we had a seaview). The location is good for access to the ferry, local restaurants and supermarket and car hire. It was great for our 2 day stay visiting Skopelos. There aren't heavy curtains in the bedroom so bring an eye mask if you like it really dark. There wasn't a side table/shelf on one side of the bed. The shower is bijou and hand held so was a challenge to keep the water on you and in the tray! (But these things wouldn't stop us returning or staying for a longer period)

• Antoine (9/5): Perfect place to visit this island! - Review of Nicolais apartment Skopolos. The apartments are very nicely situated a stone's throw from the town, with a beautiful view of the town and the bay. The evening stroll from the balcony is lovely to watch. The family makes sure you feel very welcome. The apartment is well-equipped and has sufficient equipment to prepare a meal. The hygiene is very good, and the changing of towels and linens is excellent. The cleaning and care are top-notch. We can highly recommend this; the family does everything to make your stay pleasant. The only what not ok was the 🛜 connection. It we think you have to try to get a better connection. The island is very beautiful, for us more beautiful and authentic than Skiathos. Partly because it has no airport, which makes it more special. There is a large supermarket nearby where you can find everything, and the village also has plenty of shops. The harbor is very cozy with nice things, beautiful shops, and a perfect climb to the Kastro through the town. BEAUTIFUL. We thought it was great. Antoine and Daniëlle The internet 🛜 was very slow

Whilst the water pressure is great, the shower is small and difficult to use as the shower head is hand held.

• Mazarine (9/5): Logement très agréable ! - L’accueil a été super ! Nous avons eu un problème de ferry et les hôtes ont été compréhensifs. Le logement était bien équipé, propre et le linge sentait bon. Lors du départ, nous avons également eu un problème de ferry et les hôtes, ont encore une fois, été réactifs et aidants. De plus, la situation géographique est idéale : Un peu excentré mais à deux pas de Skopelos (5min à pieds) et du port (débarquement ferry à 2min à pieds). Nous ne pouvons que recommander ce logement ! Les cloisons sont fines donc il est aisé d'entendre l'activité de nos voisins. Toutefois, cela n'a pas été dérangeant pour nous. Si vous êtes sensible, pensez à prendre vos bouchons d'oreilles. Cela dit, nous avons très bien dormis.

• Hannah (10/5): The best panoramic balcony with friendly owners in a quiet but accesible location - The location and balcony are about as good as it gets! Ten minute flat walk from the centre of Skopelos town meaning easy to walk from ferry and to access the island bus. The apartments are probably 60s/70s and so dont expect to be fully modern but the balcony is like an extra room. Typical greek bathroom and kitchen but we didnt plan to cook!

Shower wasn't the best and the bathroom in this particular room was 5 steps up from the rest of the apartment which was a little strange. But it's a great place overall, especially for this price range.

Besonders toll war die ruhige Umgebung und die großartige Lage – ideal, um sich zu erholen und die Gegend zu genießen. • Carles (9/5): - La situació és excepcional, fora del nucli urbà però amb vistes a tota la badia. El lloc és molt tranquil. Està molt ben cuidat i és molt net. Bones places de pàrquing. La comunicació amb el propietari és bona i fluïda. Per dir alguna cosa, la cortina de la dutxa, podria millorar-se. La televisió de la sala destar/menjador era bastant obsoleta.

Perfect stay totally recommended! - Κατά τη διάρκεια των ολιγοήμερων διακοπών μας στο νησί, είχαμε την τύχη να μείνουμε σε ένα κατάλυμα που πραγματικά ξεχώρισε και άφησε τις καλύτερες εντυπώσεις. Από την πρώτη κιόλας στιγμή που φτάσαμε νιώσαμε σαν στο σπίτι μας — και αυτό χάρη στο υπέροχο ζευγάρι που το διαχειρίζεται. Οι οικοδεσπότες είναι το ζωντανό παράδειγμα της ελληνικής φιλοξενίας. Ευγενέστατοι, πάντα με χαμόγελο και έτοιμοι να εξυπηρετήσουν σε οτιδήποτε χρειαστεί κανείς. Όσον αφορά τους χώρους, τόσο στους κοινόχρηστους αλλά και στους ιδιωτικούς, η φρεσκάδα και η μυρωδιά καθαριότητας ήταν παντού παρούσες. Ο καθημερινός καθαρισμός γινόταν με επιμέλεια και φροντίδα. Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία — ήσυχη, επίπεδη περιοχή, μόλις λίγα λεπτά με τα πόδια από το λιμάνι. Η θέα προς τη θάλασσα ήταν το ιδανικό σκηνικό για να ξεκινήσει η ημέρα με πρωινό στο μπαλκόνι. Γύρω από το κατάλυμα υπάρχει ό,τι μπορεί να χρειαστεί κανείς: εστιατόρια με τοπική κουζίνα, η Εθνική Τράπεζα για κάθε τραπεζική ανάγκη, ένα μίνι μάρκετ για τα απαραίτητα, και στάση λεωφορείου που προσφέρει εύκολη πρόσβαση σε όλες τις φημισμένες παραλίες του νησιού. Συνοψίζοντας, η εμπειρία μας σε αυτό το κατάλυμα ήταν απλώς μοναδική. Συνδυάζει ιδανικά την άψογη φιλοξενία, την καθαριότητα, την τοποθεσία και τη λειτουργικότητα. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα σε κάθε ταξιδιώτη που αναζητά ηρεμία, άνεση και αυθεντική νησιώτικη φιλοξενία! The couple who runs the accommodation are truly wonderful – incredibly kind, always smiling, and ready to help with anything you might need. They really made us feel at home. All the spaces – both private and shared – are spotless. It smells fresh and clean everywhere, and the daily cleaning is done with great attention to detail. You can tell they truly care about the guests' comfort. Κανένα απολύτως παράπονο – όλα ήταν τέλεια. The location is excellent – just a short walk to the port and the town, and the view from the terrace is absolutely beautiful. What made our stay even more special was the wonderful family hosting us. They are kind, warm, and always ready to help with anything you might need. A special thank you to the grandfather who suggested a perfect parking spot! We had a lovely time and truly hope to return one day. Warmest regards!

Loved my little balcony, such a wonderful view. The hosts are incredible, so welcoming and friendly, happy to help with anything. I can’t wait to come back one day! Absolutely nothing

• McFarland (10/5): Perfect location! Wonderful owners! - Amazing view, nice breeze, friendly owner, just a lovely place to stay! Everything that Skopelos town has to offer is within a short walk, but Nikolaos studios are quiet and peaceful.

• Jana (9/5): Enjoyable stay - Smooth, easy-going communication, friendly welcome, super modern equipment, nice location with lovely sea view, just a few steps from the very center, supermarket, fruit and veg markets, car rentals, basically everything you need, well-kept garden my husband is very tall so the bed was a bit small for us ... but this is the case almost everywhere :) there was an extra couch, so problem solved :)
• Nicolas (10/5): El apartamento perfecto para tu visita a Skopelos - Todo! Frente al mar, el apartamento muy completo y camas muy cómodas. A un paso del centro para cenar y hacer compras. Desayunar en el balcón del apartamento con vistas al mar es un recuerdo muy bonito! Y los propietarios son un encanto! Muy simpáticos y amables! Nuestra estancia en skopelos ha sido maravillosa! • Josef (8/5): Gute Wohnung in schöner Lage - Nikolaos Studio in Skopylos Stadt lag in der Bucht fast gleich am Wasser. Es war etwas spartanisch ausgestattet aber das nötigste war vorhanden. Es war sauber mit einem seitlich liegenden Balkon. Das von mir gebuchte Studio Appartment mit Seefront habe ich nicht bekommen obwohl bei meiner Ankunft nicht besetzt war. Die Besitzer waren nett nur der Bezeichnung der Studios war nicht eindeutig. Nikolaos Studio kann man aber empfehlen.
