• Johanna (4/5): - Bequeme Betten und saubere Bettwäsche Es war eine Notbuchung, weil die erste Wohnung die ich gebucht habe gar nicht gereinigt wurde. Die Lage ist gut, tolle Anbindung, der Vermieter war freundlich und hilfsbereit aber alles andere eine Katastrophe. Ausgeschlage Scheibe, Undichtigkeiten im Fenstern mit alten Socken zugestopft, kein Wasserkocher, kein warmes Wasser, erst nach dem der Vermieter mir erklärt hat wie ich den Wasserdruck wieder auffülle ging es. Nebenan eine verlassen Geister Wohnung, wo die Tür nicht abgeschlossen war und bei jedem Windzug geknallt hat. Küchen Ausstattung schlecht, die Wohnung soll für 8 Personen sein, da muss man würfeln wer ein Becher bekommt. Ich weiß nicht wer die Preise festlegt aber das war unverschämt.

• Francesco (7/5): Appartamento Spazioso per 6 persone - Posizione Ottima: fermata del tram sotto casa e della metro (Burggasse Stadthalle) molto vicina. Proprietario disponibile per qualsiasi problema e sempre pronto ad aiutare! C'è stato un errore iniziale sul numero degli ospiti e il divano letto non era stato preparato. Dopo aver parlato con il proprietario questo è stato immediatamente risolto, tuttavia è bene precisare che il divano letto è piccolo per due persone adulte, consigliato solo per bambini. Altro piccolo inconveniente: riscaldamento e caldaia che al secondo giorno non funzionavano. Dopo una chiamata con il proprietario in cui ci ha spiegato passo per passo cosa fare tutto è stato risolto.

We found almost everything we needed. The hosts are very kind. A few minor repairs are needed, but this does not significantly affect the overall appearance.

• Ingrid (4/5): Heel slecht appartement voor het geld (250 euro per nacht), - Locatie is prima, dicht bij openbaar vervoer Bedden waren oke Ruim appartement Appartement is slecht onderhouden, ramen waren kapot en gordijnen sloten niet goed af. Trappenhuis is vies en op het toilet ruikt het heel sterk naar rook. Douchegordijn is vies/schimmelig en douchekop moet je met de hand vast houden. Keuken was veel te krap, en je kunt daar niet gezellig koken en eten. Bedlampjes zijn kapot, veel stopcontacten werken niet. Er hing nog was op het wasrek en er zat nog was in de droger. In de slaapkamers vonden we een hemdje en sokken van een vorige gast. Er was ons chocolaatjes beloofd en er zaten er 4 in een geopend zakje, dat van een vorige gast was geweest. Er is eigenlijk geen woonkamer en ook geen tv aanwezig.

• Gabriela (5/5): Bardzo przeciętny. - Lokalizacja to jedyny plus tego miejsca. Niestety jest sporo minusów. Klatka schodowa jest w bardzo złym stanie – brudna, a inni mieszkańcy palą na niej, przez co często czuć nieprzyjemny zapach. Drzwi wejściowe do mieszkania wymagają wymiany. Podczas kąpieli występuje poważny problem z wodą – temperatura zmienia się na przemian z bardzo gorącej na lodowatą, co sprawia, że kąpiel jest praktycznie niemożliwa. Większość gniazdek nie działa, okna są stare i słabo wygłuszają, przez co w mieszkaniu jest głośno i wieje. Kuchnia jest słabo wyposażona, a pościel niestety nie była czysta.

• Júlia (10/5): Very nice - Las habitaciones son muy amplias y luminosas, y las camas cómodas. Además el anfitrion fue muy atento y amable. No está en el centro pero sí bien conectado con metro y tranvia. Hay restaurantes, puestos Callejeros y supermercados cerca. Solamente hay un baño, para tanta gente es difícil. Aunque el hecho de que la ducha y el retrete eaten separados es mas comodo
• Ania (10/5): Duzy i przyjemny apartament - Apartament jest duży przestronny i czysty. Znajdziecie w nim wszystko co jest potrzebne na szybki wypad do Wiednia. Sklep całodobowy, restauracje, blisko metro,tramwaje umili napewno pobyt.Polecamy! Przydało by się naprawić kontakty w jednym z pokoju bo nie działają, a to utrudnia podłączenie lampki nocnej czy naladowanie telefonu
• Monica Cojocea (4/5): - The location is close to the center and tourist attractions, with easy access to public transport. There are stores in the area where you can get everything you need. As soon as we entered, we were greeted in the hallway by a rack with sheets and towels hanging to dry, and the washing/drying machine was still running with another batch of laundry. The apartment was very dirty, with dirt on the floor that hadn't been vacuumed, and the toilet was disgusting; we had to clean it ourselves. We requested someone to come and collect the laundry and clean, but they only collected it and no cleaning was done again. In the first bedroom, the outlets on the wall with the bed didn’t work; we requested a resolution for this too, but nothing happened. In the third bedroom, the window was broken. In three wardrobes, there were only three hangers for clothes. The bathtub was clogged, and that wasn't resolved after our request either. The refrigerator was also very dirty. There was a damp dish sponge on the sink. The mattresses were stained. The bedding was poor quality. I do not recommend this accommodation. The only plus was the location and that we were out most of the day.

• Nicole (7/5): Positive Stay - The apartment was lovely and very spacious. There could be some improvements to be made, but overall, a good stay. Very strategic place with public transport close. Easy and quick to get the keys etc. The overall communal area of the building is not so clean unfortunately, but that's not the owners fault. It would be nice if it could be improved though.
• Diana (10/5): A spacious, well-located apartment with nostalgic old-style charm, perfect for our group of six from across Europe. - The apartment is very spacious and in an excellent location, just a one-minute walk from public transportation. The rooms are large, with a charming old-style character. We were a group of six people from different parts of Europe, and we found the apartment to be very nice and well maintained. The vintage furniture gave the place a nostalgic touch that we really appreciated. The host gave us all the information we needed, even for better parking near by. They had a gift when we arrived. We felt very welcome. An outside window was broken.

• Marko (5/5): Cost offsets lack of quality... Not for 6 people, 5 max... - We liked the price and the bathroom was clean. The location is ok, it is near the tram station. Overall it was fair, there are clear quality and management issues but the cost offsets it for us this time. I suggest to put some real photos instead of extra wide angle so people don't get disappointed. Only 2 bedrooms, third "bedroom" is tiny, it was probably a storage space where they fitted smaller bed, photo provided is extra wide angle, distorted. 3rd floor with no elevator, many many stairs. Kitchen and dining table very tiny and you can't have breakfast there comfortably (max 4 people), photos of a property are distorted very wide angle. There was a drying rack in apartment with bedsheets drying so the air was very humid, the sheets on beds had humid smell, probably can't dry thoroughly on a simple rack between guests. The owners provided only one key so it is hard to coordinate if you want to go separate ways, they suggested to leave the key in lock box but lock box is shared with multiple apartments so it is unsafe to leave it there with your bags in app.

• Natasha (8/5): Lovely flat for a girls weekend in Vienna. - Great location - very close to trams and subway. Lots of food options, restaurants and grocery stores close by. Huge space and clean, lots of towels provided. Lots of storage. Host is very responsive and accommodating. Appreciated the bottle of wine and chocolate. The shower was great but did not have a door which made it difficult to have a proper shower. A garbage in the bathroom and shower area would be useful and shower gel/soap vs. only shampoo would be great. Three flights of stairs with no lift might be a challenge for some, but great exercise every day!

• Esewi (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was very clean and spacious, close to the metro and free access to a shopping centre and great views. My kids love the area as they have alot fun during their stay. We hope to visit again soon. And the staff nice and was always ready and active to answer to all our questions.

Low price - not very luxurious but standard flat. - We got exactly for what we paid :) I used to live in Vienna in past and this is exactly the type of the old house and the type of flat most of people living in the centre live in. No elevator, huge rooms, colder in winter, very hot in summer, not AC, not very quite as the flat is directly over very noisy road. This is exactly what I expected and what we got. I dont understand why are some people complaining. The price is so low compare to other places in Vienna. On direct tram from the main train station (and other train stations) and very close to the city centre. There is Billa near and kebab and also very good coffee (it is difficult to find a good coffee in Vienna). Yes the place isnt the most modern and I cant imagine to stay there for longer time, but we were 3 families with small kids (5 adults and 3 kids under 3) and we spent most of the time outside, sightseeing, we ate out... When we came back home we appreciated our kids can run around and the rooms are so big there is enough space for everyone and for all our toys. The main two rooms are really big and full of air and light. It was very pleasant to communicate with the owner whom we have never seen but they were super nice and helpful. We could come earlier even the flat wasnt ready yet and let our luggages there even before check-in. It was great to be able to go and explore the city without all our things. And the cleaning lady we met was also very nice. The flat is obviusly older and not super modern or stylish, but the pictures were acurate and we got exactly what we expected. Yes, we could complaine about the noisy road, but the location was really good. Or about the hot weather, but thats the global warming... The place is not perfect. But for such low price its good. I would generaly invest more into the renovation. But then the place would not be cheap anymore :-D
• Mariana (9/5): Great location and spacious rooms - The place is a great hit. The rooms are huge - even bigger than they appear in the photos. The place has all the basic necessities for a stay - coffee maker, stove, refrigerator and dishwasher. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for each of us (7 people). The biggest plus is certainly the location, which is easily accessible by public transport, but also within walking distance of many of the city's landmarks. We would certainly visit again! The building is a bit shady and the neighbours were constantly making noise. At times it was a bit disturbing. As a possible improvement - the apartment only had 1 key and for a large company like ours this was not convenient, but the hosts gave us a code from the safe to keep the key in for ease. Overall everything was nice and the problems were minor :)

Good points: One tram station away from westbahnhof, easy to commute One minute away from urban loritz platz station, which was very good Check in & out was very easy 3 rooms was more than enough, although the sizes may varied Apartment was really spacious, too much space Other amenities was sufficient for short stay Host was responding via whatsapp (very good) IT WAS AT THIRD FLOOR (3RD FLOOR) I'm not sure how the host get confused while stating its on the 2nd floor. 3rd floor only by stairs, so not advisable for those having large luggages like us. Internet not working. Even host trying to help to resolve the issue, but it didnt work out (but its fine, at least we still had our sharing mobile data)
