- Denys (3/5): Don’t go there unless your budget is extremely tight. It’s better to pay 20 EUR per night more for something that will m - It was relatively cheap for this area. It was very dusty. The fan blades were literally black with dust that had apparently been accumulating for who knows how long. We ended up cleaning the fan ourselves because, without it working, it was difficult to stay in the room due to the heat and humidity. The bed was a bit uncomfortable to sleep on. The only window in the room faced the road, so it was noisy at night. The Queen Suite is located right next to the main entrance of the building, so you can always hear other guests coming in and out.

- Inmaculada (4/5): - La cocina Seleccioné habitación con baño privado y me dieron una sin baño, lo comenté al anfitrión y me dijo que no había sido ésa mi elección sin mediar más palabra, no disculparse y sin buscar una solución para que nuestra estancia fuese acorde a lo que habíamos pagado. Trato al cliente pésimo.
- Anna (6/5): Voor deze prijs een prima verblijf. - De locatie is goed. De gezamenlijke ruimtes zijn ook ruim en goed uitgerust. De kamer was heel basic en lag direct aan de weg waardoor redelijk gehorig. Ook de gang/voordeur was vrij gehorig. Parkeren was ook niet eenvoudig.
- Vidal (6/5): Wäre schön dort aber falsches Zimmer - Der Aufenthaltsraum, Dachterasse & Pool sind sehr nett gestaltet (und sauber). Wenn man das aber nicht nutzt besser Zimmer ohne Bad mit Aussicht aufs Meer buchen dann hat man es schön. Da es recht laut ist liegen Ohropax bereit. Waschmaschine & Trockner (+Waschmittel) kann man auch verwenden. Es ist sauber. Unser Zimmer MIT Bad war sehr abgefuckt. Es gibt nicht mal ein ordentliches Fenster. Es war auch sehr kalt, feucht & es hat nach grausigem künstlichem Duft im Zimmer gerochen. Das Zimmer war Richtung Straße und das Fenster mehr oder weniger zugeklebt. Besser viel Lüften oder als Abstellraum benutzen. Die Zimmer ohne EIGENEM Bad waren sehr nett. Schöne Aussicht & mehr Platz. Maus war auch im Zimmer. Hätte gerne Nüsschen genascht. Haben wir auf die Straße gesetzt. Mich stört es nicht wirklich, andere vlt schon.

La camera purtroppo si trovava nel seminterrato senza finestre e l’odore non era gradevole…muffa! Inutile il deumidificatore. Per il resto il posto è OK

- María Emilia (10/5): Estancia inovidable - Este alojamiento es una maravilla, tanto por su ubicación a los pies del centro histórico de Icod de los Vinos, como por la calidad excelente de todos los servicios. Tanto la habitación como las zonas comunes estaban impolutas. Cuenta con todos los servicios necesarios para la comodidad. Nada que decir. Todo excelente.

- Natalia (10/5): Buena elección - Sitio acogedor, con todo lo necesario, muy limpio y relajante. Para mí lo mejor la zona chill out y el jardincito, para cenar es espectacular. Muy bien decorado y muy limpio. La habitación olía de maravilla, el detalle del difusor de olores un puntazo. La atención muy buena. Es cierto que el tema de lo ruidos es para alguien con sueño ligero un poco difícil, pero tuvieron el detalle de dejar unos tapones.

- Bart (6/5): - Beneden ruimte met Zetelhoek, keuken, tuin en uitzicht, erg mooi Het bed was erg goed Kamer 3 was erg klein met zeer klein, klein raampje. De kamer rook erg muf, er was een ventilator die reeds draaide die iets hielp.
- Florian (6/5): - Die Lage war hervorragend und das Personal war freundlich. Vom Koch-& Essbereich hatte man eine sehr gute Aussicht! Schimmel im Zimmer (siehe Bilder), sowie Motten. In der Küche hat für eine zweite Person die Teller gefehlt und ein ordentliches Messer zu schneiden. Unser Küchenabteil war verdreckt. Wenn wir schon Geld ausgeben erwarte ich auch, dass sich der Gastgeber um sein Hostel kümmert.

- Raquel (8/5): Molt recomanable. Boniques vistes. Amplia cuina, es pot cuinar, conservar aliments a la nevera. - M'ha agradat molt els espais comuns compartits. Molt macos, decorats amb molt gust, molt endreçats i nets. L'habitació normal, però aquests espais milloren molt l'estada, sobretot el jardí amb la piscina, i l'amplia cuina. Wifi no ens va funcionar. El codi QR no era vàlid.

No parking, hard to find where to park. Very bad sound isolation - you can hear everything that is happening in the hall. Our room was next to the entry and it was not possible to sleep as there were people coming in and out.
- Anne (7/5): Lieu sympa, original, d’un bon rapport qualité prix - La grotte, même sans fenêtre, était plutôt confortable. La cuisine et le rooftop étaient plutôt sympas. Un groupe de jeunes Espagnols étaient très bruyants, ils parlaient et riaient très fort, et marchaient dans leur chambre comme des éléphants, déplaçant des meubles, et ce jusqu’à très tard 😠😣☹️ Ce n’est malheureusement pas de la faute de l’établissement 😊

- Julian (4/5): - Gute Ausstattung, Küche, Garten und Aussicht sind echt cool. Wenn man das richtige Zimmer bucht, kann man hier sicherlich eine gute Zeit haben. Das Economy-Zimmer zur Straße geht wirklich nicht. Es lässt sich kaum lüften, ist trotzdem viel zu laut und die feuchte Luft/Wand wird versucht mit Duftstoffen zu übertönen. Das gilt auch für den Wohnraum. Unten gibt es noch weitere Zimmer, die eigentlich eher Abstellräume sein sollten.

- Laurie (10/5): - This place really amazed me for the price. It was perfectly situated, the room was great and the shared space even better with a big kitchen and a very cute balcony. One of the best place I've been till now. The owner was also easy to reach out (via booking) and ready to help. Some people were really loud during the night in the corridor... but this is not the fault of the owner as it is written to avoid making noise after 11pm.

- India (10/5): Bello ma con qualche accorgimento in più potrebbe essere favoloso - Location ottima e struttura come da descrizione Il servizio che danno all’interno delle camera non è eccellente in quanto il ventilatore fornito era rotto (non abbiamo sollecitato perché era ventilato icod de los vinos) e inoltre manca di ventola il bagno e ciò provoca cattivi odori
- Laura (9/5): Per repetir. - Les zones compartides (sala d'estar, cuina, menjador i terrassa amb piscina) estan impecables i els espais son acollidors, amples i nets. A la cuina tot és de fàcil accés i té moltes prestacions (paelles, olles, minipimer, ganivets afilats, microones, bullidor, forn, vitro...). I també una rentadora i assecadora per a la roba allà mateix. Des del menjador hi ha molt bones vistes. Facilitat per trobar aparcament molt a prop de l'allotjament. Zones comunes i WCs sempre nets. Valorem positivament la nostra estada. Per repetir! L'habitació que ens ha tocat (2) tenia molta humitat. Segurament el fet de donar a peu de carrer dificulta la ventilació...

- Ifachrock (7/5): Bien. Es muy práctico - Relación calidad precio, disponer de cocina con nevera, decoración y vistas. Cama cómoda. Tranquilidad y silencio... Aunque por las mañanas hay unos gallos que no te dejan dormir Al no tener aire acondicionado entraban mosquitos, y había que abrir la puerta para que corriera aire y refrescar la habitación. Los gallos no te dejaban dormir por la mañana. La zona de piscina no resultaba relajante con un aparato que supongo que es para espantar animales del huertito pero que hace un ruido constante. Algunos cuchillos que corten bien y una machinetta mejorarían la cocina. Faltan enchufes o un ladrón en la habitación

- Silviu (6/5): Good location and clean, but horrible mattress - Easy entry, ok noise isolation, clean, small space but ok for a short stay. The mattress is terrible, you can feel every move of your partner, and it's really soft and unconfortable. A 200 EUR mattress would be such an improvement for future guests.

If you are happy to share a bathroom, this is an excellent choice, the rooms with no bathroom are airy and have a lovely view - unfortunately the rooms with a bathroom are a little dark and on the main road

- Vera (9/5): Excellent budget hotel away from touristic hotspots - It's an exceptional value for a budget hotel. It has a fresh modern design and the common area is very cozy. It's a bit something between a hostel and a hotel - guests have their rooms but can meet if they want. The walls are very thin so you hear everything. My room was facing the street an busy road so opening it was impossible and it was quite noisy.
