• Marcos (9/5): Muito bom. - Tudo ótimo no hotel. Atendimento excelente. Note que os quartos não possuem água quente no chuveiro, o que pode ser um problema em dias menos quentes. O hotel parecer ser familiar, e todos os funcionários são muito educados e corteses. A única coisa que nos incomodou um pouco é que pareceu que os donos do hotel (pareciam os donos) convidaram amigos em um sábado de sol para aproveitar o hotel (e nós éramos os únicos hóspedes na piscina no dia). Isso mos deixou um pouco desconfortáveis, pois eles “tomaram conta” do espaço comum, com brinquedos de crianças e coisas pessoais espalhadas pela piscina. O café e mais simples, mas feito na hora e com capricho. A comida do restaurante é excelente e feita na hora. Os quartos não tem ar condicionado, o que não foi um problema no mês de maio (estava agradável) O hotel fica há uns 9 km do centro da cidade. Durante o dia tem ônibus a cada 20 minutos (1 us$). Entre 19h e 6h tem como chamar um Tuk Tuk (8 uS$)

Esteban and Vanessa in particular are excellent at making arrangements for excursions and helping with anything you need. The visit to mondo Amazonas was particularly enjoyable. Lovely grounds, great pool, comfortable beds. The breakfast(included) and evening meals (optional)were ok. Portion sizes good, sensibly priced, but fairly limited menu, most dishes served with French fries. But the ladies cooking were all lovely.

Er is geen klamboe. Muggen hebben vrij spel. Het is warm, er is geen airco. Er is ook geen warme douche.
• david7 (10/5): Un sitio encantador - Me encanto las instalaciones, pero sobretodo los trabajadores, Esteban, Adriana, y Rocío, son un amor, es un buen sitio para descansar y hacer excursiones. Además ellos nos conectaron con la conductora de un tuktuk que aunque no es del hotel trabaja con ellos, y para mi es la persona mas especial de todo Leticia, (Ana), que entre risa y bache te roba el corazon y no te avisa. Que esta un poco mal para llegar al pueblo y volver según q horas, aunq ellos te intentan solucionar, y me gustaría un poco de ambiente salsero.

A serene escape from city life, and on an adventurous trek to the amazon is the most relaxing place to stay. We booked our tours through Hotel Villiana upon arrival, and had been recommended the perfect tours. The food prepared here is some of the best food we’ve had out of all our travels! Esteban and Vanessa were so accommodating and made this the most special place on our travel throughout colombia. This place will forever stay with us, and without a doubt we will be back. We also got engaged!
• Max (10/5): - Great quiet getaway only 15 minutes from the airport. Alex clearly cares about taking care of his guests! Food was solid and accommodations were made to fit my wife’s vegetarian diet. The grounds are lovely, the pool is a welcome respite, and our room had all the amenities needed - no AC, but a strong fan and mosquito net had us sleeping deeply under a choir of jungle insects. They have reliable contacts with knowledgeable local tour guides who showed us a great time hiking the Amazon, visiting an indigenous community, and navigating the mangroves to view pink river dolphins. Would 100% recommend and love to return one day!

We received a very warm welcome and they did everything to make our stay enjoyable. We had a different breakfast every day and could also come for breakfast very early. This is important if you have planned excursions that often start very early. There's not much to say, really. We felt completely at home here.

• Andrea (10/5): - Fue la primera vez que visitamos Leticia y fue maravilloso. Este hotel fue todo lo que necesitamos para pasar unos dias excelentes en Leticia. Es muy tranquilo, comodo, el desayuno es delicioso y abundante, las habitaciones tenían todo lo necesario para estar a gusto, la relación calidad-precio fue mejor de lo que esperabamos. Es a las afueras de Leticia, lo que hace que sea muy tranquilo y perfecto para descansar, aproximadamente 15 min del centro. Se puede ir al centro en tuk tuk, el hotel nos ayudó a conseguir uno, o sino en bus publico que pasa cada 20 min. Lo que más nos gustó del hotel fue la amabilidad y servicio por parte del todo el personal, nos sentimos muy bien atendidas, como en casa, gracias a Esteban, Don Alexander, Eulalia y Gloria, sin duda volveríamos a Villa Liliana.

• Goffaux (8/5): Bel hôtel hors du centre de Leticia - Petit hôtel très propre avec un nombre réduit de chambres et une belle piscine dans un très beau jardin hors du centre de Leticia à l’orée de la forêt. Parfait pour un retour de 5 jours en Amazonie. Tout ressemble aux photos. C’est un bel endroit agréable. Le personnel est gentil et discret. L’attente pour être servi au repas du soir a été treeeeees longue pour nous (>1h), les prix des repas sont relativement élevés. Nous avions les deux chambres proches de l’espace commun et on y entend le personnel et la musique très tôt le matin (5h30, les chambres ne sont pas fermées sur le dessus ce qui explique qu’on entend tout).

Cabe resaltar también la comida, muy buena sazón y porción. No es un aspecto negativo, pero por el tema de los zancudos, sería buena idea implementar cubre lechos como protector.

• Karin (8/5): - Die Unterkunft war sehr schön, außerhalb vom Zentrum und nur mit Taxi oder Shuttel erreichbar. Es gibt ein schönes Pool und ein nettes Restaurant. Das Frühstück war auch lecker und liebevoll hergerichtet. Leider kann man sich im Hotel nur auf spanisch verständigen ,was Touren buchen und weiteres etwas kompliziert machte mit Google Translater . Es wurden dann auch zwei Touren vom Gastgeber empfohlen,wo es hieß dass die Tourguides Englisch können,jedoch war alles auf spanisch. Für uns war das wirklich sehr schade weil wir von all dem was auf der Tour erzählt wurde nichts verstanden und Zwei Tage verloren wo wir was anderes machen könnten. Die Zimmer sind nicht abgedichtet, was heißt Insekten können in den Raum geraten. Was für mich ein bisschen unentspannt war.

• Jack (10/5): Absolutely stunning property. - Beautiful grounds, lovely swimming pool, excellent restaurant and generally a lovely place to spend time relaxing. Very tasteful rooms also. No hot water - although this seems to be the case everywhere in Leticia so not a negative point.

All our travel and tours were organised very efficiently. Especially the Mundo Amazonico Tour is highly recommendable but you should speak Spanish. However one of us didn’t and still enjoyed the tour.
• Bernd (9/5): Traumhafte Unterkunft - Tolle Anlage, parkähnlich mit viel exotischen Pflanzen und eigenen Bungalows, toller Pool mit kleinem Wasserfall, offener Aufenthaltsbereich mit Küche und Bar. Super leckeres Frühstück. Toller Service, nette und aufmerksame Privatbesitzer, haben sich wirklich um alles gekümmert, der Chef hat uns vom Flughafen (9km entfernt) abgeholt und uns auch wieder hingebracht.In unserer 3 wöchigen Reise mit 5 Stationen war das mit Abstand die beste Unterkunft. Echt ein Traum! Alles, auch die Bungalows sind mit viel Liebe gestaltet und es fehlt an nichts. Nach Leticia sind es 9 km, aber da die Hauptstrasse, "Los Kilometros" genannt, an der Unterkunft direkt vorbeiführt und TukTuk's günstig sind und auch viel Spaß machen ist man schnell dort. Nichts, wir waren rundherum zufrieden
• Sina (6/5): - Sehr weitläufiges Areal mit Pool und überdachtem Gemeinschaftsbereich. Sehr herzliche Gastgeber, die jedem persönlich das Frühstück zubereiten. Der vorab organisierte Transfer vom Flughafen über das Hotel hat gut funktioniert. Sehr hellhöriges Zimmer - es sind quasi immer Doppelzimmer in einem „Haus“. Die Nachbarn hört man, als wenn sie direkt neben einem stehen - leider war das auch mit lauten Schnarchgeräuschen der Fall. Die Besitzer sprechen so gut wie gar kein Englisch, was jegliche Kommunikation erschwert, wenn man kein Spanisch kann. Es gab kein Moskitonetz über dem Bett, was in der Amazonas-Region aus unserer Sicht ein No-Go ist. Die Toilette ist mitten im Zimmer ohne räumliche Trennung (nur mit einer Art „Western-Klapptür“). Wir haben uns 2 Flaschen Wasser gekauft und es konnte nicht mal Geld zurückgegeben werden (am Ende haben wir weniger gezahlt für das Wasser als wir müssten, weil nicht herausgegeben werden konnte). Sauberkeit konnte man nicht wirklich gut prüfen, es gab jedenfalls einige Tiere im Zimmer (womit man auch rechnen muss in der Region). Die Gastgeber hatten einige Hunde, die laut bellend auf uns abends zugerannt kamen (sowohl bei Ankunft, als auch als wir zum Gemeinschaftsbereich wollten) - das könnte beängstigend für einige Gäste sein. Die Lage ist nicht optimal, man fährt 20 min nach Leticia.
• Ángela (10/5): Villa Liliana, la mejor opción para disfrutar de Leticia - Un auténtico descubrimiento en plena selva amazónica. Hotel Villa Liliana es un alojamiento espectacular, rodeado de vegetación, muy privado y con tan solo 8 cabañas perfectamente equipadas que te hacen sentir en un lugar exclusivo y especial. El personal es de otro nivel. En nuestro caso, Vanesa y Esteban nos atendieron de maravilla, siempre atentos, cercanos y con una disposición increíble para ayudarnos en todo momento. Te orientan sobre excursiones y planes que hacer, y ellos mismos se encargan de organizarlos. Se nota que disfrutan lo que hacen y eso marca la diferencia. El hotel cuenta con todo lo que uno puede desear: piscina, jacuzzi, tranquilidad y naturaleza. El restaurante es pequeño e íntimo, con comida muy rica y siempre acompañado de música agradable que hace la experiencia aún más especial. Los desayunos son excelentes y muy completos, con fruta fresca, jugos naturales, tortilla y mucho más. Un lugar que transmite paz, atención personalizada y calidad en cada detalle. Sin duda, volveríamos sin dudarlo. Recomendadísimo para quienes quieran disfrutar de Leticia y la Amazonía con todo el confort posible.

Alex y Vanesa, con los que más contacto tuvimos, nos trataron de maravilla y siempre pendientes de nosotros. Además el resto de personal del hotel también fue muy muy amable. Las instalaciones son preciosas, la piscina es genial y las habitaciones muy limpias y cómodas. Ayudan además en la gestión de todas las excursiones, preocupándose por cada detalle. Recomiendo el alojamiento al 100% y si volviese, me encantará volver a visitar a esta familia encantadora! Irme!!

• Sara (10/5): Beautiful family run hotel in a tranquil location a short drive from the airport - The property is about 15 minutes outside of Leticia and the airport, set in tranquil and beautiful surroundings. There are several independent cabanas which are very spacious and beautifully decorated and have their own outdoor terraces with comfortable outdoor furniture. The room is very comfortable, the shower has great pressure, there is a large bed and a large tv screen and the fan is great. There is a pool, we didn’t use it but it looked lovely. The food is freshly prepared and delicious. The hotel is new and family run, they are so friendly and helpful. We had an early flight from the airport and they made us a really great breakfast before our departure and even took us to the airport themselves. Book this place, you won’t regret it! Nothing

From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the owner himself and felt truly cared for by the entire team throughout our stay. The property is beautiful – spacious, rustic in the best possible way, and maintained to an impressively high standard for this region. What stood out most was the discreet and attentive staff: always present when needed, without ever being intrusive. You can feel they genuinely care about the well-being of their guests. All tours were organized directly through the hotel – smoothly, reliably, and tailored to our preferences. Transportation was also fully taken care of, which made everything stress-free. The meals were freshly prepared with care and love – a lovely touch that added to the overall experience. The pool was a great spot to relax after our adventures in the jungle. No request was ever turned down – we truly felt at home. One thing is certain: the next time we return to the Amazon, we will stay here again!

The family collaboration and attention to detail along with personalized tours/amazing food made our stay here very special. The staff were all very friendly and could not do enough for us and were genuinely always there to help and ensure we got the most out of our trip.

The setting is absolutely beautiful — surrounded by lush jungle, it’s peaceful, clean, and the perfect place to relax and disconnect. Alexander, the owner, and his team were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. Their hospitality was genuine, and they were always happy to help with anything we needed, including tips for exploring the area. The food was excellent, with fresh, local ingredients and great flavors. After long days of jungle adventures, coming back to a delicious meal and a quiet evening under the stars was perfect. If you’re looking for a place to rest, recharge, and experience the Amazon in a comfortable, authentic way, Villa Lilliana is a hidden gem. I’d definitely go back! Nothing!

Excellent hospitality by the family, more than tasty food at their restaurant and the drinks were perfect. Every detail had their highest priority. As a hospitality industry professional myself, I was very impressed. We had been travelling in the amazon jungle for 4 days, this was the perfect place to relax afterwards. We are both experienced travelers and both absolutely impressed by the location and mostly by the hospitality of its owners. HUGE RECOMMENDATION! • Jovana (10/5): A Reclusive Stay We’ll Always Remember - Absolutely everything. We wanted to have some time off from the world, in nature, and that’s what we got. The little houses are divided in two (at least most of those I noticed) and provide a wonderful seclusion from the road noise. The hotel is some 15-20 minutes from the airport. The host, Alex, is one of the warmest and most hospitable property owners I’ve dealt with. My husband and I both understand Spanish but speak a little and Alex and his wife Liliana did everything to understand us and meet our needs. The food was exceptionally tasty. There were different types of beer. The room was clean. We had the necessary amenities. The only catch was that we didn’t know that in this part of Colombia, there’s no hot water from the shower, but that was fine as the lukewarm-coldish was endurable and fine. I want to thank Alex and his team for wonderful welcome, assistance in booking trips that were perfect for us and for a little excursion he organised for us to go to Brazil as there was a local festival going on. Everything was great.
