• aisling (10/5): I would definitely book this apartment again. - Great location and host was very helpful, We had an early morning flight and we were lucky enough that we could get access to the apartment when we arrived. We only stayed one night and only negative I think of is that there are a number of steps to the apartment. Nothing too excessive for most people however if you have mobility issues it might be an issue for you.

• Lisa (10/5): Lovely Christmas Getaway - Excellent location, no steep hill. The views from the apartment were lovely. Apartment was well equipped, even had a washing machine. Would definitely stay again For us, there was nothing not to like.
• François (7/5): Bon séjour - ++++++ Positif : Avons passé 17 jours dans cet Appartement calme avec terrasse (sud) bien ensoleillée, belle vue mer + piscine proche… Bonne literie et canapé lit confortable, Aide à l’arrivée pour porter les valises et utile pour trouver le logement; informations reçues par WhatsApp avec indication du wifi , A notre demande : passage d’un technicien pour arranger différents problèmes ( d'électricité , au lavabo, à une fenêtre , etc) Idem pour le froid : reçu couverture supplémentaire ... Grand dressing pratique, grand frigo Magasin Spar proche Avons déjà réservé pour 2026 Manque un mot d’accueil/bienvenue et une notice appareils électriques (reçus par nombreux messages)…un plus à mettre à disposition . Sécurité incendie et secours à compléter obligatoirement de DÉTECTEURS de fumée au living et dans la chambre..+ des contacts tél et une pharmacie de 1ère nécessité )… Quiétude voisinage (bruit) à rappeler (par messages chez les voisins ?) Eau chaude à arranger pr faire couler moins longtemps (plus de 5 minutes) Logement moins adapté par temps froid et pluvieux : entrée d’eau, condensation sur les murs froids et traces de moisissures partiellement nettoyées …compléter d'un chauffage d’appoint électrique que nous avons dû acheter ... Installations électriques minimum (1 seule prise séjour et 1 kitchenette) arrangé via multi-prises obtenues … Plusieurs améliorations simples seraient un plus tels que : rideaux occultants , crochets ; Vaisselle à compléter de minimum 2 plus petites poêles et 1 poêlon , produits vaisselle, sacs poubelles , papier toilette + produit nettoyage, etc...

• Juan jose (7/5): Tranquilidad y correcta relación calidad/precio - Tranquilidad de la urbanización Terraza del apartamento por sus vistas despejadas. Se ve el mar a lo lejos. Electrodomésticos. Cortesía de botella agua, 2 cápsulas de café, y gel lavaplatos y de ducha Checking: más de 65 escaleras para subir las maletas. La opción de entrada por parte trasera es complicada, ya que hay que recorrer más de 1 Km desde donde están las llaves. Las cortinas del dormitorio no son lo suficientemente opacas. Dormir no es confortable por molestia tanto de los focos nocturnos de la urbanización como por la luz diurna. Añadir que otros huéspedes llevan tiempo comentando este problema y es triste que la Agencia no se haya preocupado de solucionarlo, siendo fácil y barata esta mejora. Llama la atención que no haya botiquín de primeros auxilios. Tiene que estar en el apartamento , y así así lo exige la normativa de VV
• Gary (8/5): Great peaceful place for a holiday but apartment needs some upgrading - Awesome swimming pool , great location, peaceful with decent views. The apartment needs some upgrading , sofa /couch is thilthy, years of grime on it but biggest disappointment is they don’t give you use of the Safe , wasn’t relaxing having no security for your passports and valuables!

• Stuart (8/5): - It was clean, handy for supermarket, and close to bars, restaurants The steps up to the apartment could be a problem for elderly people, not so much for me, having to check out before 11am wasn't ideal as I had 8.35pm flight.

Todas las noches hemos matado al menos 5, era horrible. Además el apartamento no tiene persianas, tuvimos que tapar las ventanas para poder descansar.

We thought that it would benefit from some improvements and have passed this on to the owner who has promised to implement all of those. This includes instructions for washing machine, dishwasher etc and additional bin bags, toilet rolls and tables for the use of machines above The stairs are difficult to climb but there is a more accessible entrance to the rear of the complex
• Michelle (10/5): Wonderfully relaxing stay - Lovely clean apartment in a fabulous (non hilly) area of PDC. It was comfortable had everything we needed. The host was extremely responsive to any query and rectified a small problem (light bulb went out) quickly. The apartment complex is clean and very well maintained and I wouldn’t hesitate to book here again.

• Julie (2/5): No hot running water and awful customer service from Canary Island Hosts. - DO NOT STAY HERE. There was no hot running water so we couldn't shower Monday to Thursday. Canary Island hosts (CIH) said it was a community problem, but this was untrue as neighbours were able to shower. We couldn't even get washed at the sink as the plug was broken. We had to pay to go to different accommodation. We did this review when we returned and the Chief Exec of CIU WhatsApped us to apologise. He asked us to take down the review if they paid a small amount of compensation. We gave them a few weeks and they failed to pay. We also put in a case to the Booking.com dispute centre and they have failed to reply too. Awful customer service.
