Bed is confortable, appartment is warm and very silent, kitchen well equiped. The fact that there were two full beds (not a bed and sofa bed as usual) was quite appreciated. Every thing was super clean and there was easy communication with the hosts at all time. All was much beyond expectations

• André Pereira (10/5): Great, clean, spacious, confortable walkable to the center. - The rooms where well equipped, very clean, had AC, the check-in process was very easy to do and online which was great has we were arriving late. It was overall a great experience, but the room lock would only open at the second time you inserted the right code.
• ADI (9/5): cozy and nice place to stay - apartment is spacious, includes all the mentioned facilities, in "new shape". were a family of 4 and had room for all our belongings as well as the daily usage. accessibility is fairly good, in short distance there's buses and trams going all over.
• Dennis (9/5): - Mycket trevlig och hjälpsam personal i receptionen. Nybyggd, ren och funktionell lägenhet. Trevlig balkong för att ta ett glas vin på kvällen. Relativt lugnt och tyst område. Ambulanserna hörs ibland, och en av nätterna spelade en av grannarna hög musik till morgonen. I övrigt var det tyst. Bra kommunikationer, busshållplatsen ligger väldigt nära lägenheten och spårvagnshållplats ligger bara en kort promenad bort. Det finns ett bra bageri på andra sidan gatan (Baross Pékség) som har färskt bröd på morgonen, övrig frukostmat köpte vi på Prima eller Lidl vid Corvin där det även finns flera bra restauranger. Sängen var ganska bekväm, men tyvärr av dålig kvalitet. Ribborna i botten kan rasa ur när man sätter sig ner, så man behövde lägga dem tillrätta igen. Spolknappen till toaletten gick sönder vid ett tillfälle, men receptionen hjälpte till att ringa rörmokare som kom och löste problemet. Kakelplattorna var slarvigt fogade, så golvet såg lite smutsigt ut även när det är rent.

• Dragos (10/5): Everything was awesome - The apartament is cool and neat, it's very clean. There is dedicated parking, which is a huge plus as you can just leave the car there for your trip. And then you can take advantage of the location, either a short walk to the city center or just take the plethora of public transport options that you have there. Also there are several restaurant or brunch choices nearby in case you're in a hurry. The host is helpful and replies quickly. This will be my first choice when I return to Budapest

The location is perfect, just a 15–20 minute walk from the city center, yet in a quiet area so you can really relax and get a great night’s sleep. The free parking spot in the garage is a fantastic bonus. Just a small note, the mattress is quite firm, which could be an issue for people with back problems. Overall, highly recommended!

• Susanne (8/5): Smart new apartments - Apartment was modern and clean. Temperature of room was just right, and great to have air conditioning during a heat wave. Kitchenette was well equipped, beds comfortable and great to have a spacious balcony. Staff were responsive. The location was ok, with access to transport and local shops, but in an area that is still quite run down in places and there's a bad smell of drains on the streets around the apartment. We had an issue with the dishwasher being blocked when we arrived, that was fixed but meant we were without the dishwasher for most of the stay.

• EEJ DORNINGER (10/5): Super appartement calme, grand, moderne - Emplacement proche du centre historique, calme, beau, bien équipé, propre, fonctionnel et très moderne. Le parking niveau 0 est super pratique, sécurisé et surtout n'est pas dans la mode de places pour des Twingo (sans dénigrer les Twingo, ma femme en a une). Beaucoup d'équipements en cuisine comme par exemple grille pain ,bouilloire, four, lave vaisselle, lave linge séchant etc... Communication et échanges avec l'hôte super bien, rapide, précis et actions rapides (petit problème vite traité).
• Manisha (3/5): Not worth the money - Near central area and parking was included in the price. The apartment is really tiny and cramped. It's listed as two bedroom but it is one bedroom and the living area with kitchen is converted to a bedroom. The amenities list on the website is long but it's not true. There was no coffee machine. Kettle was disgustingly dirty. Bathroom needs through cleaning. Towels were paper thin.... Weather was hot but AC doesn't work. We had to sleep with balcony door open and then noise from the street woke us up really early. They wanted us to take out the garbage for them which we didn't do. If it was mentioned on the website, I wouldn't have booked it.
• Katja (9/5): Kommen gerne wieder. - Die Unterkunft ist sehr modern eingerichtet. Sehr sauber. Die Parkfläche direkt unterhalb des Apartments ist sehr angenehm. Kein Parkplatzsuchen notwendig. Alle notwendigen Küchenutensilien sind vorhanden. Die Betten sind super bequem und gemütlich. Das einzige was fehlt ist in der modernen Küche ein Backofen.

• Silke (10/5): Kleines Studio - für Budapest perfekt - Die Lage war perfekt - Metro, Straßenbahn, Bus - alles um die Ecke. Sehr gute Restaurants rund um die Ferienwohnung. Die Markthalle ist auch nicht weit. Das Studio war zwar klein, hatte aber alles, was man so braucht für einen Stadturlaub. Die Betten waren sehr gut - meine Rückenschmerzen waren am nächsten Tag weg. Besonders gut war die Tiefgarage - obwohl in der näheren Umgebung auch Parkplätze zu finden waren. Alles perfekt.

I think the apartment is on the more pricey side in comparison to other apartments I’d looked at, but I was happy to pay because it had good reviews. However, there was a whopping 42 euro cleaning fee added on which I think was too much given the list of requests to do before checking out, including clearing the fridge, washing the dishes and taking out the trash to the area on the main floor, not sure what I’m paying the hefty cleaning fee for if I’m also doing the cleaning which was a drawback and I wasn’t forewarned until I got there.
• Sara (9/5): - The location was great, and it looked exactly like the pictures. Some small spots could be cleaned a little bit better.
• Iulia (9/5): - I enjoyed the layout of the apartment and the shades . It's really good for sleep quality. Hangers for the towels on the bathroom door would be great as an improvement. Whomever is doing the cleaning should insist more, especially in the bathroom area. Even though we were close to public transportation , which is an advantage , the surroundings are not very friendly once evening comes.
• Marco (7/5): - Kostenloser Tiefgaragenparkplatz inklusive Leider war das Zimmer nicht komplett sauber, unterm Bett war sehr viel Staub und Brösel, auf der Bettdecke waren bei der Ankunft einige Haare. Im Bad waren zwei Becher für Zahnbürsten, diese hatten noch Zahnpastaflecken drin.
• Hyesook (10/5): - 조용하고 편안한 집이었습니다. 햇빛도 좋고 사진 그대로였습니다. 30도가 넘는 날씨에도 집이 시원했으며 에어컨도 적당했습니다. 설거지의 상태가 별로. 컵과 주전자는 사묭하고 싶지 않을 정도라 컵을 새로 샀습니다. 세탁기가있어 빨래를 하였지만 수건을 좀더 주셨으면 좋겠습니다. 주방세제도 비어 있었습니다.
• Irina (10/5): Тихое, уютное место с прекрасным расположением. - Замечательное расположение в тихом месте Будапешта. При этом недалеко от центра. находится станция метро Racozi ter. Буквально а 5 минутах. До центра 10 минут. Пешком можно дойти минут за 25. В квартире есть все необходимое для комфортного проживания:) Бесконтактное заселение. Все понятно и просто. Если вернусь в Будапешт, то снова это место забронирую
• Hannemiek (8/5): Prima alleen geen airconditioning - Balkon, ligging, fijne bank, prima bed Er bleek geen airconditioning te zijn alleen collectieve klimaatbeheersing met een minimale temperatuur van 21 graden. Kon je zelf niks aan bijsturen Minimale voorzieningen op keukengebied. Slechts één vaatdoekje verder niets
