Michelle's communication was excellent and she kindly upgraded us to the larger apartment and graciously thanked us for leaving the apartment clean and tidy. Kitchen had everything you might need. Utensils, crockery and cutlery were exceptionally clean - always a good sign of attention to detail. Beds exceptionally comfortable and we loved the views from the living room window and bedroom velux window. Off street parking was very useful, we could also have parked on the street. We walked to city centre in around 30 minutes. Nothing

Michelle è stata molto cortese e comunicativa, nonché rispondeva tempestivamente ai dubbi. Ampio soggiorno con TV cucina dotata di tutto ciò che occorre in un appartamento. Camera con letto matrimoniale molto comodo. Il bagno con una doccia spaziosa e la vasca da bagno. Se dovessi tornare a Leeds lo terrò sicuramente in considerazione, top! Nulla
• Paul (6/5): Apartment review - Beautiful apartment, friendly owner and good location. The layout is large, spacious and generally nicely decorated Nice big bedroom with 2 seater sofa. Crumbs on living room rug and dirty tray on footstool. Toast crumbs on the kitchen worktop by toaster. Previous guest food left in the freezer. Dusty lampshades that hangs over the kitchen island. Dirt in bathroom drawer.

Loved the layout, the decor, the structure of the apartment, the SIZE, cleanliness, utilities, everything. I've stayed in a lot of places, as a Genius Level 3 member, and this is one of the best I've ever stayed at and the highest rated one for the price. Parking, while available, might be a bit faffy. You get the feeling some neighbours don't want you parking there.

• Karen (9/5): Beautiful flat - Beautiful 3 bed apartment. Tastefully finished to a high standard. Everything you could need for your stay. Beds were very comfortable. My mum is 88 and struggled to get in & out front door without assistance as the step was pretty steep. Toilet seat was a bit shoogly. Only 2 patio chairs and there were 4 of us.

• Doris (9/5): A great place to stay - It's a very clean, comfortable accommodation. A lovely place in a quiet neighbourhood. The owners are replying quickly if you have questions. An instruction booklet would be good, telling for example about the type of recycling which can go in the bin, how to work the fireplace, what is expected to be done at the end of the stay etc

Bed was extremely comfortable, I also used the desk for working on my laptop. If anything could be improved, I'd add a bottle of some oil for cooking to not buy any big bottle for a short stay.

• Katy (10/5): Would definitely stay here again, thank you Michelle! - Me, my partner and my 12 year old son went for a long weekend to Leeds from Scotland to visit family and this appartment was perfect for us, it’s a lovely big clean space with everything you might need. The first night we didn’t arrive until midnight but the key box meant that wasn’t a problem. Michelle checked in with me during the day and gave us the code. The bed was amazing we slept so well and the sofa bed in the living space was already made up for my son and was also amazing. Beautiful kitchen too and just made a busy weekend very easy and enjoyable.

Didn't realise how far it was out of Leeds City centre, we booked to go to Leeds direct. We booked uber taxis, which were quite cheap for 6 of us. But in hindsight should have booked in the city. But no fault of the place we booked.

The hosts were very responsive whenever I had a question, and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. It was only 10 mins by taxi to Leeds town centre, would absolutely recommend to anyone travelling to Leeds soon. Nothing!
