The host, Dan, was kind and very responsive to all my questions. The location is great — easy access to the city center either by walking or taking the bus right outside the street. There’s also a lovely gelato shop nearby. I felt truly happy and comfortable during my stay. I would definitely recommend this place to others. Nothing

Like a spatula. A knife for the bread. Some spices other than salt. But other than that perfect.

• Anca (10/5): A wonderful citybreak in Florence - The apartment is on the ground floor of a block of flats on a quiet street, in a private courtyard. It is located 15 minutes walk from the most important sights: the Duomo of Santa Maria del Fiore, the Piti palace, the Uffizi galleries, the Accademia gallery, terraces, trattorias, train stations, etc. The apartment is very neat, modernly decorated and equipped with great care. The keys were handed over to me personally by Dan, who waited for us at the location and who gave us very useful instructions on how to get to the apartment (we came by public transport), but also very useful recommendations about restaurants and tourist attractions. A very successful citybreak. Thank you, Dan! We will definitely come back🤗 N/A

• Minsuk (10/5): Highly recommend - Dan was wonderful host and the place was the best during my 2weeks Italia trip. There was no review when I book this place so i felt a bit worried. (If there are somone who has same idea with me, you must catch this !! ). Furnish and the all stuff are decent and all required things are prepared. Distance to the city is about 10 mins to walk. I liked the more local environment in neighborhood. Nothing.
• Claire (10/5): The perfect place to stay! - Perfectly located outside the busy tourist areas but still within walking distance of all the main attractions. Many nice local restaurants nearby as well as some of the best gelato we had in Italy just across the Piazza. It was easy to catch a bus from the train station. The apartment is on ground level so no steps to climb. Dan was an excellent host and was very friendly and helpful. We were able to leave our bags both before and after our check in/out time. The accomodation was beautiful and spacious and had everything we could want including a washer/dryer for laundry. Highly recommend! This was easily one of the best places we stayed on our trip. No complaints.
• Carol (10/5): Pick this one, you won't be disappointed!! - Dan was so helpful and a gracious host. The apartment was perfect for 2 people. Comfortable bed, great shower, everything brand new in an older charming building. Espresso machine for your morning first cup....and then on to breakfast right around the corner. Friendly cafés with delicious cornettos. Walking distance to downtown. Dan also greeted us with a bottle of wine and glasses 🥂. Would definitely stay there again.
