• Annie (10/5): - This is a lovely apartment with lots of room and we awoke in the morning to the sun streaming in. The owners had thought of everything we required and more. It is very convenient and has a lovely outside space. No faults

It met all of our expectations! - The quality of the workmanship in all rooms and the modern utilities made for comfort and convenience. The bedrooms were spacious and well appointed. The owners were welcoming and interested in our comfort. The location was perfect for what we wanted to do in Salsbury The upstairs bathroom could be improved with a mirror over the sink. Also the bathtub/shower in the main bathroom needs a handrail on the wall as the tub is very high to get in and out of safely. More bags for garbage and recycling were needed for a 2 week stay.

• Raymond (10/5): Perfect for a city stay ,with everything very close - The apartment was right in the middle of town/shops with reserved parking . Only 2mins from M&S and Primark . Cathedral is only a very short walk . Pubs and restaurants are also really close . Accommodation is superb , spotlessly clean and lacking nothing . We will definitely be visiting again . Can't think of anything that could be better

• Diane (9/5): A spacious clean flat in central location close to all amenities. Convenient dedicated parking close by. Great for explo - The flat was spacious with outdoor space. Location was central and there was dedicated parking. The settee was a bit too soft and the temperature of the upstairs shower was difficult to control. There was no recycling so we took ours home.

• Tony (10/5): - Excellent location. Close to city centre, many shops, restaurants, cafes, pubs etc. Also close to public transport so no need for a car. The apartment has a clean and modern feel. The facilities are of good quality, with everything you need for a stress free comfortable stay. The bed is comfortable with everything you need for a quiet night's sleep. The shower is over the bath and works fine with plenty of hot water. The kitchen is well equipped, with everything you need to self cater. There was nothing to dislike about this accommodation. We did note that there was no milk as stated but that wasn't an expected item so it didn't affect us at all. In fact there was other food items like fruit, bottled water, jams, marmalade and butter. All above and beyond our expectations.

The accommodation was clean, surprisingly spacious and nicely decorated. The hosts were lovely and communicative. Parking included which was very beneficial. No recycling facilities

Easy key collection. Lots of useful items already in the apartment e.g. teabags, washing-up liquid Large upstairs en-suite twin bedroom. Lovely rooftop seating area. Great location. Limited seating for 4 adults in the lounge area, but more than adequate if you're not planning to spend a lot of time in the apartment. Outside area more than makes up for this if the weather is nice enough to sit out (it was) Water pressure in the upstairs shower was a little hit and miss.

• Cheryl (9/5): Perfect space for short city-centre break - We had a wonderful break in this quaint, comfortable, central accommodation. The location is perfect for sightseeing, shopping and entertainment. There are lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. The place is well decorated and furnished, very clean, the beds and showers are great, kitchen is well-equipped and it is pleasantly warm. There was a welcome pack with milk, fruit, butter,etc. which was nice, but M&S and convenience stores are close to buy more food, if you do want to eat in. There are steps leading up to the front door and more to the second bedroom in the attic. It's a great space upstairs, though, with shower and separate free-standing bath. I only mention this in case steps are a problem for anyone. The view over the rooftops is amazing and there is a roof terrace for use on warm days. (See photos) There is space for parking one car and other vehicles can be parked in Culver Street at a modest daily cost (currently £9.90). You need the MIPermit app. There is only seating for three in the lounge area. We just pulled up a kitchen chair. It would be nice for four to sit comfortably. This is clear from the property description and photographs so not a surprise to us. It's just a comment.

• Cathygenovese (10/5): Exceptional - A luxurious, clean and spacious apartment right in the heart of Salisbury. Tea and coffee, cereal, fruit plus dairy milk provided. Also kitchen paper. Well stocked kitchen in terms of cutlery and utensils, too. Beds comfortable and bedding and towels smelt lovely and clean. TV with loads of channels. Nothing. Would be good to be able to recycle food waste, plastics, etc.

Great standard of accommodation and spotlessly clean. A really nice touch to have milk and drink facilities in the cupboard after travelling. Comfortable beds. Host, Izabela was very helpful and responsive. I would highly recommend this apartment for a stay in Salisbury. The apartment is advertised for 4 and had 4 beds, but only 3 comfortable seats in the lounge and only 3 dining chairs. Just by adding another comfortable chair, it would be perfect!

• Vanessa (10/5): We needed accommodation relatively close to the centre with parking - this appartment met all the criteria and exceeded - The property was very welcoming, light and clean. It was very well equipped with everything we needed for our 2 night visit. The beds were very comfortable. The little extra touches such as butter, jam, milk, cereals and fresh fruit were appreciated. I cannot think of anything that we didn’t like about the appartment!

It was a special treat to find that Izabella had stocked the kitchen cupboard with cereal, put milk in the fridge, and left fruit on the counter for us. Very thoughtful and kind. The apartment was comfortable and stylish, as well as spacious.

Perfect for elderly father with limited mobility. Isabella made us feel very welcome. A real wow apartment which I would definitely return to or recommend. Parking spaces very tight but it was great a bonus to have them. Not sure if there was a smoke alarm upstairs

The host lives close by and can help with any issues. - The host has created a lovely book with tons of details and excellent recommendations about Salisbury. We were able to use these recommendations to find our restaurants and all were wonderful. It is important to keep in mind that there are a number of steps to access this apartment, especially the second floor bedroom. This is not a fault of the host it is just an important item to consider when renting.

It’s so quiet of an evening you forget you are in the middle of town, and the outdoor space is a huge bonus, getting the sun for much longer than we expected. • Bruce (10/5): An absolute gem! The accommodation and location couldn't be better. - Extraordinary! Clean, spacious, well appointed with foods, appliances, linens, and toiletries. We loved the loft! Exceptional space with sky lights, small sofa, and large bath with tub and shower. I also appreciated the clear floor space and lack of clutter throughout the apt. Our hosts were the best! Kind, welcoming and always easy to contact! slight drain smell...common with old buildings and I appreciated that it wasn't covered over with air fresheners. I suffer from migraines and am grateful when strong soaps, air fresheners and laundry items are not used.
• Susannah (10/5): Delighted with our stay at Catherine Street Apartments - My Mum and I visited Salisbury for a family wedding and were really delighted with our stay at Catherine Street. The location of the apartment was ideal for us and we also used the parking space which was really handy too. The apartment felt safe and comfortable. We also didn't find it too loud or a problem being in the centre of town and right next to Old George Mall. It was good to know that Izabela lived just next door and Izabela herself was so friendly and helpful. We were late to arrive and Izabela was still so kind and gave us a tour of the apartment. The apartment was spacious and really lovely. The information pack left for us to read had numbers for takeouts and ideas for days out (we didn't use these as we had the week planned due to the wedding, but it was very thoughtful). There were also food items (jam, butter, milk, fruit, cereal, tea and coffee) left, which was another thoughtful gesture. The apartment was heated and plenty of towels were left as well. The beds were comfortable too. To be honest we really can't think of anything.

• David (10/5): Exceptional - The Catherine Street apartment is very recently renovated to very high standards. It was both comfortable and elegant. The location was very central and just a couple minutes walk to all the Salisbury sights. We were warmly welcomed on arrival. We're very glad we stayed here. We appreciated having parking included, however, the parking space was almost inaccessibly tiny. Parking and then getting out of a modest sized car was an extreme challenge.

• Paul (9/5): Would recommend to our friends and family - This is an excellent place for a stay for a visit to Salisbury. It is close to all facilities such as supermarkets, shops and restaurants. We appreciated the fact that the owners met us and put a personal face to our stay. The apartment is large and very clean and the master bed is comfortable. That it also provides parking is an extra bonus for travellers. Within 500 metres to the Cathedral. Salisbury and its surrounds is an excellent place for a short vacation.

The terrace sitting area was a real bonus giving us the opportunity to enjoy a glass or two al fresco. Izabela was very friendly, informative and on hand if help needed. There was loud noise from passing revellers in the early hours, the price you pay for a city centre location!

It's spacious and airy with a small roof terrace. The owner is next door for any problems! We had a welcoming supply of essentials, including milk. Plenty of towels provided too. Very comfortable stay. The apartment is accessed by a staircase and it's on two floors, so more stairs inside. For an older person/couple with luggage, the stairs were difficult. Not suitable for anyone with mobility issues.

• Stephen (10/5): Just fabulous, this property was a home away from home I highly recommend it! - The apartment is in central Salisbury, minutes from all facilities and attractions other than old Sarum, which is minutes away by car. Set in a lovely city its proximity to other major attractions in the Wiltshire countryside makes the entire locale a great stay. The apartment is clean and tidy, with plenty of room and a rooftop outdoor terrace.
• Bob (10/5): A comfortable, spacious, well appointed apartment right in the centre of Salisbury. - This is a very nice property - comfortable, spacious, centrally located and with a modern well appointed kitchen. There is new carpet throughout and an external balcony overlooking an arcade. We were met by the owner and she was very helpful in getting us into the property and during our stay. We were very happy with this property and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
