• Jessica (10/5): Exceptional - Very friendly and kind host sent the airport pickup service for a small fee which picked us up and helped to exchange money at a very good rate. Also the host allowed late check out. He gave us some helpful tips for any local attractions, restaurants and so on. Super bright and modern apartment right next to the main police station and parliament of Georgia, the area really was very cozy and secure even to take a walk at midnight. We really enjoyed our time there. If possible to visit Tbilisi again, I definitely would like to stay here. Strongly recommend this apartment no matter short visit or long term stay, worthy though. Thanks a lot!!!

Help with the city's orientation, free parking spot under the building, and airport shuttle. Accommodation met expectations, was very clean and cozy, I recommend it to those who want to explore Tbilisi from the center.

Fully equipped kitchen made our stay even more convenient. Also I want to specially mention the highest quality soap, shower gel and shampoo which we found in the bathrooms. We have never stayed in that fully and high quality equipped accommodation before. The location also was awesome, with every facility nearby, and walkable distance to most tourist places…
• Maija (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is in the center of the old town and allows you to walk to all the restaurants and attractions throughout the day. The apartment is modern, clean and includes all of the listed amenities. With comfy bedrooms and a big living room offers enough space and privacy for a family to rest after a full day out. Given the location, size and modern features it was of great value. The host was a great person and helped with check-in and was always just a message away to answer any questions. Would definitely stay here again during the next visit.

They went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The apartment is beautiful and furnished with exquisite taste. Everything was within walking distance that we wanted to experience. 10/10 if you’re thinking about going to Tbilisi and visiting its amazing restaurants or the cable car or the city center, this is the spot to be. Staff is always very quick to respond and very friendly.

Host is very nice, was very helpful and provided everything we needed for our stay. They even prepared delicious Georgian wine as a present for our 3rd time stay. Property arranged an airport transfer service, whose driver later offered a tour around the city and became our guide. We absolutely loved the decoration, and it’s full of useful details, like enough hangers for your clothes, bathroom shampoo and conditioner, soap for the washing machine, cot for kids, and so on.... Excellent place!! They were very attentive, always in touch, and replied very fast. They definitely would deserve 5 stars if the apartments could be rated that way.

Everything is within walking distance: terraces, station, bus , metro and nice restaurants and shops. Host is very friendly, thinks along and always responds to message/email right away
• Andrej (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was new and with very nice interior design (unexpectedly nice). It was spacious, had a very comfortable bed and a nice sunny blacony. Location was also great (good restaurants and bars and coffee shops/cafes within a minutes walk, metro stations were quite near also) and communication with host was quick and easy. The apartment was quiet and on a peaceful part of the city central neighborhood. Wish we could have stayed longer. Very glad we made this choice and would definitely stay there again.

It is super convenient to get around and the host provided thorough amenities to make the stay comfortable. The interior was modern and cute, looked even better than the photos. Would recommend it to anyone visiting Tbilisi!
• Ivan (10/5): Many Thanks - An amazing apartment in a quiet neighborhood but super close to everything. Liberty square is within just 5 minutes by foot. All the sights are basically within walking distance even with kids. The apartment itself is really well furnished and modern. I can't say one negative thing about the apartment! If we go back to Tbilisi again, we'll definitely stay here again!

It is in a convenient location, it is very comfortable and clean, and comes with lots of useful amenities. We especially loved comfy beds, the dishwasher and dryer, and the kitchen fully equipped starting from the kettle ending with the microwave, also we found coffee, tea and sugar. The host had the apartment full of nice touches to make us comfortable. The living room was big with a comfortable sofa-bed. Everything here was wonderful!

Host was very responsible and easy to communicate with. Remarkably professional. Highly recommend it and would love to return.

• Leymanler (1/5): An apartment that represents the city badly - Location was not bad. The owner of this apartment directed us to another apartment. We paid the fee in cash. They told us that they removed the apartment in the visual from the rental ad, but next day they put it back on the ad. This is like a phishing method. We were sleepless and tired when we got here, we had no other choice. Nothing about this place meets your expectations except the location and size of the house.

The apartment is comfortable and perfectly located in the heart of Tbilisi with a mall and Metro station close by. Everything interesting (the Church, Georgian national Opera and Ballet theater, Mall, museums, restaurants and bars) were within walking distance. GIorgi is a great host. We got a very easy and thorough instruction for our check in/out. Host also recommended the highest rated food places in the city. I highly recommend this place. Thank you for everything.
