• Jan (10/5): Bardzo udany pobyt. - Apartament bardzo wygodny, czysty i funkcjonalny. Fajna lokalizacja. Bardzo dobry kontakt z Właścicielem. Łatwe i wygodne zameldowanie i wymeldowanie. Polecam bo warto.

• Durla (10/5): Minunat pt 6 zile de stat in Viena. - Apartamentul foarte bun pt familie cu copii. Este utilat si bine amplasat, la 7 min de mers pe jos de U3. Magazine la 2 min. Sau langa U3. Se ajunge in centru in 20 de min. Terasa este un super plus cand e cald. Cred ca saltelele merita un upgrade pt ca sunt deformate si o canapea mai confortabila. Dar in rest perfect.
• Ivica (8/5): Odličan smještaj uz jednostavnu mogućnost poboljšanja - Lokacija objekta je u mirnom susjedstvu, mogućnost parkiranja u garaži.Čistoća objekta je dobra. Postoji perilica suđa i dovoljan broj tableta. Kombinirani hladnjak je prostran, i dočekao nas je rashlađen. Lijepa i prostrana kupaonica, dva wc u objektu. Jedan krevet je bio klimav i škripav, neki vijci na krevetu su bili olabavljeni. Domaćini čekaju gotovo pa zadnji trenutak (na dan dolaska tek oko podneva)da pošalju upute za ulazak u apartman i garažu. Ručnici nemaju baš neki miris svježine, neki su čak zaudarali na rublje koje se usmrdilo. Moguće da su još nedovoljno suhi ručnici bili složeni pa su se usmrdjeli. Ne bi bilo loše da ima koji komad bešteka više. Nisu ostavljene nikakve upute za odvajanje otpada. Također nema nikakvih uputa za aktivaciju klima uređaja ako zatreba.

• Jasmin (10/5): Tolle ruhige Wohnung mit guter Anbindung - Gute ruhige Lage! Tolle Wohnung, perfekt für 4 Personen. Check In und Check Out hat super funktioniert. Alles sauber, gute Matratze, gut ausgestattet. Anbindung Straßenbahn um die Ecke. U-Bahn Station ~10 min entfernt.
• Habekovic (9/5): Odličan smještaj s mogućnošću privatne garaže, sve odlično osim signala i wifi-a. - Svidjela nam se garaža. Imate mogućnost privatnog parkinga odmah pored smještaja za 15€ po noći. Samo za stanare tako da je bilo super sigurno. Stan je bio opremljen sa svime stvarno. Čist sve super. Domaćin odmah odgovarao sve super. Imali smo problem oko signala kojeg uopće nema u tom djelu i smještaja i zgrade. Također internet nije radio niti smo se mogli spojiti pa ako vam je jako važan internet i signal to bi bio problem. Al mi o bili kratko i na momente je bio signal dobar za podatke pa smo se snašli.

• Martin (8/5): Skvělý byt, nepříjemný hostitel - Moc hezký mezonetový byt, nový, moderní Dostatek prostoru Lokalita blízko centra města Dobře uklizené (kromě špinavých žaluzií) Byli jsme čtyři, ale v bytě byly jen dvě velké peřiny. Chtěli jsme dodat ještě dvě peřiny, ale hostitel se s námi dohadoval, že takto je to v pořádku. Nakonec nic neřekl a nějaké nepovlečené peřiny do bytu zanesl, když jsme tam zrovna nebyli - velmi podivná a neochotná komunikace. Byt byl nevytopený, když jsme přijeli. Chybí sprchovací zástěna, k dispozici je jen vana. Při sprchování si tedy zamočíte celou koupelnu. Když si ale chcete napustit vanu, tak za chvilku teče úplně studená voda, takže se vana nedá napustit. Hodila by se v obýváku nějaká lampa na čtení.

• Asli (10/5): alles super immer wieder gerne - alles super schön und modern eingerichtet, man ist in wenigen gehminuten an der Haltestelle Ottakring, was zwar am Stadtrand ist aber gut angebunden ist. Das Auto kann man am Wochenende vor der Tür abstellen und sonst im Parkhaus in der Nähe (15min) für 4€ am Tag.

• Janel (8/5): Great location. - The house is modern and clean. Underground paid parking was very handy. It is close to a nearby supermarket and driving distance to the city centre. Nice neighbourhood and running around. The only downside is no shower screen and awkward to take a shower however, a map was provided to dry the floor. No window in the bathroom. A clothes dryer, shampoo/conditioner would be nice.

• Jana (9/5): - Pekné ubytovanie v blízkosti potravinových obchodov a zastávok verejnej dopravy. Výhodné parkovanie v garáži. Trochu nepohodlné sprchovanie vo vani.
• Zoltán (9/5): - A lakás szép, elegáns és tágas, pont megfelelő volt egy családi nyaralás számára. Néhány perc sétával elérhető a belvárosba menő villamos, illetve a metró. A közelben vannak parkok és szupermarketek. Nyáron, hőhullám idején nagyon meleg volt az emeleti hálószobákban és nem volt légkondícionálás.
• Dieter (10/5): Die Zeit in der Wohnung war sehr erholsam. - Für uns (4 Erwachsene) war die Wohnung die „Sachertorte“ unseres Wien-Aufenthalts. Heißt: großzügig, gut geschnitten, einladend, sauber, gut ausgestattet und komfortabel. Sehr zu empfehlen! Gute Anbindung an den ÖPNV.
• Robert (10/5): Schöne Ferienwohnung in Ottakring - Die innerstädtische, aber ruhige Lage und die Nähe zum ÖPNV, die relativ neue Wohnung und Ausstattung war Top. Die Parkplätze in der Tiefgarage sind etwas teuer.

• Elena (9/5): Superb - We really enjoyed this cozy and very well-kept apartment, which is actually a self-contained two-story house, with a small, very comfortable patio. It is ideal for 4 people. There are two bedrooms and two toilets. It is very close to the metro and tram, with which you can quickly and comfortably reach the center and the sights. There is a convenient connection between the metro (U3) and the train to the airport (S7). There are restaurants and a supermarket in the immediate vicinity. A drawback is the lack of air conditioning in the bedrooms on the second floor. In the summer, the temperature in the rooms is around and above 30 degrees Celsius and it is impossible to sleep peacefully. Check-in after 21 o'clock is charged an additional 30 euros. It's not a problem that there is a fee, it's just good to know in advance.

• Lotar (10/5): Definitely highly recommended - Outstanding place. New, 2-floor apartment with all possible facilities, excellent for a medium-sized family. The location is very good, with easy transfers by tram and subway to the center (12 min. by subway to the center; 7 min walk to the subway U3). Shops and restaurants around, within walking distance. We spent there 8 days, but this place is suitable for longer stays. Perhaps the underground parking fee could be less expensive. Also, the Internet connection upstairs is very weak.
