- David (10/5): Fabulous! Simply fabulous! - The location for this property is simply superb! So close to the Quay and town centre. It was immaculately clean and was equipped with everything you could ever need. The wine, biscuits and crisps we received as a welcome gift were very much appreciated. The owners even catered for our four legged friend’s stay too with bowls, blankets and towels! The only tiny criticism we could make and it is minor is that the bedroom was quite bright in the early morning so perhaps some blackout curtains would be a good idea!
- Alison (9/5): Great house great location would definitely return. - Was all good, location was excellent. Contact with the owners was also easy and pleasant. Wouldn’t go if very elderly or infirm as stair case was very steep and had a return at the top. Grab rail was provided and needed but soon got used to it.
- C. DOS SANTOS (10/5): - Wonderful house to stay in Kings Lynn, very close to the center, very clean, with everything you need for cooking and your well-being. I felt like I was in my own home. The beds are very comfortable, the bathroom is wonderful for relaxing with the bathtub, kitchen, backyard. Our stay was perfect, and the owners are wonderful! I recommend this house without hesitation. Nothing...
- Catherine (9/5): Fab little house in a beautiful town. - The location was perfect. The street was full of history and very interesting. Kings Lynn is a lovely place to visit for a few days. The welcome pack was a nice touch would recommend to friends. Just could do with another comfy chair in the lounge. Someone from our group had to sit on the bench seat which was a lovely item of furniture but a little uncomfortable.
- Jane (9/5): We enjoyed our stay - The house was lovely and very clean The stairs were very steep
- Clive (9/5): Great time had by all! - The location is excellent, very convenient to see the impressive buildings, including the Minister, some decent pubs and restaurants within walking distances. Our dog had a great time too! Two minor comments: (1) the tv is not the easiest to use; (2) a a non-slip match for standing in the bath when showing could avert an accident.

- Elspeth (10/5): A lovely holiday, I didn't want to come home! - The house is well stocked with everything holiday makers could want. I particularly liked the books of King' s Lynn history. The house is in an excellent position for exploring the town and it was lovely having some fantastic eateries within two minutes walk. (We specially liked Mallories by the quayside and Mem's Kitchen and Wenns, both by the Minster.) Although we didn't have a dog with us, a lot of thought had gone into making dogs comfortable too. Lots of little details raise this property to a high level; there are even umbrellas by the door; we didn't use them because we were there in the heatwave. Thank you for all your hard work.
- Ruthie (9/5): Great base from which to explore - Great location with easy parking nearby included. Great space inside with a living room, dining room, kitchen and patio. Lovely welcome gift. Great communication with the hosts. Bathroom had everything needed, including conditioner (which isn't a given). Good water pressure in the shower. A few niggles that wouldn't stop me from staying again. It was a warm weekend and the king bedroom where I slept was very warm. There was a fan in both bedrooms and I opened the window, both of which helped. I also appreciated that there was a flat sheet as well as a duvet. The sea gulls are very vocal early in the morning.
- Jeremy (9/5): Very good would definitely recomend it . - Handy great location very good amenities, nice welcome package , clean and comfortable , nice and quiet at night. The steep stairs could be a drawback for some people
- Sarah (10/5): Perfect in every way, we were in kings Lynn for an avent on the river Ouseso the location was perfect. - The house is gorgeous, very comfortable and it had everything every thing we needed, tea coffee sugar we were given a little welcome pack with a lovely bottle of wine. It was a very hot weekend but the house was so cool, and the fan kept the bedroom lovely and cool. We had a bbq one night and that was lovely in the little courtyard, the shower in bathroom was lovely with nice toiletries. I would highly recommend this house I didn’t want to go home! Nothing
- Peter (9/5): Superb - Great little apartment in a perfect location in King's Lynn. Good communication and easy parking. Spotlessly clean with everything you could need. Lovely welcome pack with wine, crisps and cookies Very steep stairs to bedrooms. Shutters on front window look like house is boarded up. However, everything else was so nice
- Mary (9/5): Highly recommended. The house is in a perfect spot and is tastefully fitted out. Excellent value. - Excellent location in historical centre of King's Lynn. A short walk from the railway station. Clean and comfortable flat with everything that we needed. Bed could have been comfier. Strong smell of cleaning products. But these are very small criticisms!
- Matthew (10/5): Beautiful house in a beautiful location would have no hesitation on recommending it to anyone. - Beautiful location and so quiet. Very well maintained and decorated with everything you could possibly need. Nothing it was perfect
- Jayne (7/5): Good -
- Isaac (9/5): Superb - Nice and quiet. Near Quayside. 5 min walk to high street. Great restaurants nearby. 2 min walk to the car park. Clean and cosy. Thanks for the welcome package. Would recommend.
- Lyndele (10/5): Gorgeous accommodation surrounded by history - The townhouse was so welcoming and warm. Attention to detail with all fixtures and fittings was spot on. The professionally printed info booklet was so useful and confirmed that this property and the holiday makers are cared for. The beds were comfortable and bedding was of nice quality. The rooms were all tastefully decorated and the street was so quiet with so much history. We slept so well. This side of Kings Lynn is definitely the best side. Absolutely value for money. Would recommend the Crown and Mitre for food , drink and a lot of history and make the most of the beautiful countryside , beaches and villages that are close by. Steps may be steep for someone who struggles physically. But that was just the way the Georgians built them.
- Craig (10/5): The best accomodation in Kings Lynn - The house is beautifully appointed, staged and every detail has been thought of. It was a little chilly when I was there, but it is an old house. Lots of additional blankets were available, but did not need them.
- Adrian (9/5): Superb - Had an excellent stay at 18 Nelson Street. Located within five minutes walk to the town centre, and good selection of restaurants. We would particularly recommend Mem,s Kitchen located Saturday Market Place next to the museum only two minutes walk from the accommodation. The car park was located within a few minutes walk and payment was organised, very easy and useful. The house was well equipped, and very cosy, two very good beds. Would highly recommend.
- Martyn (9/5): Great location, lovely home, well resourced with local tourist information, easy to use TV - Lovely townhouse in a superb location. It was a joy to walk out of the door and to find oneself in the 18th century. The stroll into town was pure joy with all that history just waiting to be appreciated and enjoyed. Easy parking very close by. Our host's instructions were spot on and worked a treat. Would stay here again. Nothing
- Sue (9/5): Property is very well situated to explore the town on foot. - Location was excellent . Property was spotless, and extremely comfortable. Nothing
- Jim (8/5): Very good - A lovely house, in a cracking location... Lack of on street parking was a very minor issue.
Slightly bigger towels..
- Colin (10/5): Exceptional - A super property with everything you need in a beautiful part of town. Very responsive hosts who left us a lovely welcome basket of goodies. We would definitely return.
- Helen (10/5): Great property in a fabulous location - we'll be back! - Superb location on a wonderfully historic street, very close to the quayside but nice and quiet. Great facilities within the house, really good communication with the hosts, and a much appreciated welcome package - thank you so much! Nothing, thanks!
- Hanson (10/5): Beautiful House! - Property is right in the middle of town easy to walk to all the shops and restaurants. This place is absolutely beautiful very clean, comfy. Don’t look anywhere else book here. Nothing
- Alacoque (9/5): Superb - Great location
- Marita (10/5): We stayed 9 nights, and we would go back! - Beautiful house in an historic location. Very quiet neighbourhood. Close to shops and restaurants
Ideal for visiting Norfolk Nothing to dislike. This was a super property
- Sean (10/5): The Perfect Property - Everything was perfect, the property is amazing. And the little welcome gifts were very much a beautiful touch. The stairs were a little steep for my wife as she has issues with her hip.
- Sarah (10/5): Fabulous house in a prime historic location- perfect base for a weekend break exploring the town and surrounding area. - Spotless, beautifully renovated house in a fabulous central location with easy access to King’s Lynn restaurants, pubs and historic buildings. Host is super efficient and provides an exceptional level of customer service. We had a lovely weekend and very much hope to return. Stairs are quite steep.
- Katharine (8/5): Very good - An elegant, welcoming house close to the town centre. The welcome gift was a lovely surprise.
- Jesse (10/5): Exceptional - It was a really pretty old house very tastefully furnished and decorated.
- Rebecca (10/5): Great location and homely home away from home - Great communication and responsiveness from the host. The house is beautiful, homely and great location, didn't want to leave. I will be staying here again! Thank you for our welcome pack, we loved staying here and cannot fault it! nothing, loved it
- Anonymous (10/5): Exceptional -
- Alex (10/5): A comfortable stay in a roomy clean house in an excellent location. - It’s a beautiful, comfortable house in a central location. The sofa is a bit hard.
- Arthur (9/5): Excellent - Location perfect for visiting family locally.
Ideal for walking into town but still a very quiet area in the old town. Accommodation for 4 but no extra crockery or cutlery for visiting family. But that's the only gripe!
- Carolyn (10/5): Great stay at Quayside Townhouse - Great location, very well equipped and spotlessly clean. Good communication with owners, easy to access keys, etc.
Both bedrooms were a good size and very comfortable. We enjoyed the outside space when the rain stopped!
Would return to Quayside Townhouse & would definitely recommend.
