• Hughes (10/5): Comfortable and home like - The location is brilliant 10 minutes on train to Bath and Bristol.The accommodation is very homely,we loved the kitchen/lounge/garden space. Garden was great, appreciated by our dog and a lovely suntrap to spend the evenings. The rooms are lovely and spacious, beautiful design. Has a homely feel to it, very comfortable. The host Patrick is a very kind and generous man, could not fault. As a family of four and a dog, we will be returning. Thank you :) I couldn't fault anything about this lovely holiday home. A true gem

• Ali (10/5): A fab stay in a beautiful home. - Absolutely beautiful large 3 floor house. Beautiful designs throughout. A great place for family to stay. We found it useful that people can be in different areas of the house but still be together at times. All wants and needs are catered for. Great communication from owner from booking til end of stay. It is very close to local amenities and an easy trip for Bristol too. Good parking and a quiet neighbourhood. We would definitely recommend. Nothing at all!

• Teresa (9/5): Thank you - Beautiful home and ideal for us as a family. Plenty of facilities for children (parks) jogging (paths and river). Dishwasher and washing machine and space for family. Very warm. Didn't like the 5pm check in and then a 10am check out. This gap requires shortening. Perhaps a 3 to 4pm check in

• Sammy (7/5): High quality house in a nice development - Clean and generally new decoration and furnishings; nice development Insufficient kitchen equipment, such as big pot, salad bowl, adequate number of glasses for a 4-bedroom house; cooking pans may need replacement; arrival info was only shared after enquiry, no check back after arrival, no response about departure question, no house menu/guide for (recycling) bin locations, essential local info, etc.
• Helen (9/5): - Perfect location for our trip. Plenty of living space. Clean rooms. Well equipped kitchen. Really good communication with host. Easy check in. We really enjoyed our stay, and hope to be back! There was a small problem with ants in the kitchen, but this was clearly being dealt with by the owner so would not expect this to be a long term issue (this is the only reason it wasn't a 10/10).

• Craig (10/5): Exceptional stay ! - The property is exceptional and furnished to a very high standard. We stayed for two nights (4 couples) and we were all very impressed with the property. Modern , large rooms and close to the train station (15 minutes walk) and town 20 minutes. Excellent location for visiting Bath and Bristol. Set in a residential area and nice and quiet day and night. Thoroughly recommend considering the Chocolate Quarter Townhouse of staying in the area. Nothing to report.

• Jodie (10/5): Fantastic property, with a safe garden for children and pets - The location was perfect as we were attending an event that was a 5 minute walk away. Also close to Keynsham train station and Bath for site seeing. The shower on the top floor was too hot and could not be adjusted. The host has been advised separately.
• Quinn (9/5): Superb - The house was very well equipped, even the fridge was stocked with milk for a very welcome cup of tea. It was spotless and well furnished. Not so much negative, just that the front door key was bent which made opening the door a bit of a struggle, and the freezer was completely iced over. Couldn't get the drawers open.

• Julie (10/5): Stunning accommodation, spotlessly clean, beautiful decor and literally everything you need. - The house is truly amazing, completely spotless and extremely well equipped. Patrick the host was superb and checked to see that everything was ok regularly. All the beds were very comfortable, the house overall is stunning. There is nothing that we didnt like, cannot recommend highly enough !

• Mae (10/5): Beautiful comfortable property, great for groups. - Beautiful property in convenient location. Really well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We caught the train to Bath one day and did a pub walk recommended by Patrick another day. There are three different living spaces which works well for groups. All double beds which were very comfortable. One en-suite bathroom and x2 others plus a downstairs toilet. Nothing all great. A mirror in the small double room would be useful.
