• Mari921 (9/5): Great stay - The location, the apartment's facilities and well lit areas. Overall a great stay. Steps near entrance and inside the bathroom were a bit dangerous but when you get used to them, it's fine.

• Marco (5/5): Great location, lots of inconveniences - Great location, in the middle of Florence close to the Duomo, easily reachable parking (separate fee) and supermarket. The apartment is clean and cozy, it has a small but useful balcony and a dishwasher. Stayed in April, the apartment was cold and the air conditioning couldn't keep up, even at max temperature. The bed is composed of two single beds, one is lower than the other, so they tried to "fix it" by adding 2 wooden cubes underneath 4 of the supporting pillars (why only 2?!), which made it move all over the place and not comfortable at all. The apartment is extremely dark, you need to have lights on most of the time during the day, which wouldn't be a problem if there weren't 2 potentially dangerous steps, one in the middle of the kitchen and one in the bathroom. You can't cook and use the air conditioning at the same time (to warm the bedroom for the night), otherwise the energy will go out and you need to go downstairs to re-activate it. There's not much hot water, so for example you will need to take the shower together, which wasn't a problem for a couple like us, but it could be for others. The night stands are laughable, they are extremely small and are loosely attached to the wall, so they are slanted and a phone might easily slip and fall to the floor. Some of the kitchen tools where clearly missing, like a strainer or a cover for the larger pan. Overall didn't meet my expectations considering the price, especially because some of these are easily fixable if the host showed some more care.
